Panera Bread in Elk Grove

I come here occasionally and it always tastes so good. whether i order online or in store it’s always fast and delicious. i order the chipotle chicken avocado sandwich with a side of tomato cucumber basil salad, all so tasty i had to make a review

I signed up for the free drink for one month and I keep buying more and more food. I think it was a great marketing campain... they got me to go there for a free drinks, but overall I think Im the winner. Great food great atmosphere, free wiFi and a nice little gas fireplace..

I always do my best to avoid this location. They have by far the worst customer service with Folsom in line right behind. I am unsure of why the staff here avoid to work or greet customers. When you place an order from rapid or kiosk please expect to wait an additional 10-15 mins post the prep time. The staff works hard to ignore customers and they are very slow paced for whatever reason. They treat you as if you are a nobody! Hate it here!!!! I am so happy THE HOWE location gets most of my visits. They are AMAZING.

When I ate at the restaurant it was great. We had a $200.00 takeout order last night and I had to search for the meat on the sandwiches. I couldnt believe that you would put out such a different sandwich from the one you serve in house. They were awful. Id rather go to togos. They are consistent. Bad business putting out almost meatless sandwiches for takeout.

Very disappointed in the value and quality you get for what I consider an expensive lunch.I spent $14.21 on this?!? With a 2$ tip.I received a spicy sandwich, bread and NO drink. If I ordered a drink this would have been around 17$ with no tip.I ordered the Spicy chicken sandwich. They were out of the normal bread so I substituted sourdough bread. I thought, with bread being their thing, it would have been a roll, but it was sliced sourdough sandwich bread.The spicy of this sandwich is generic buffalo sauce. Nothing unique or tasty. Hardly any other condiments on there. The food wasn’t old or stale and my disappointment with the sauce is a relative opinion…. But for this amount of money I expect more. I was still hungry after eating.. the choices around town for 14-17$ are waaaay better!So unless you’re rich, and value has different meaning in your world, Panera isn’t worth it.FYI- that is the entire sandwich in the picture, not half. That is 100% what I received.

The food is decent, but they are apparently having serious issues here. Its 6:45 pm and there are dishes and garbage piled up in the areas that hold them. It cost $3.49 for a regular drink, and they are completely out of everything except at the soda fountain.The place is 3/4 empty, so why is nothing bring taken care of. We have yet to get our food.This will be the last time we come here.

The food was ok. A bit disappointed considering how much they are charging for a combo meal. I got the pick 2 combo and got a soup that is very sweet and a sandwich overly loaded with mustard which I absolutely hate.Only that make up for the visit was the customer service and cleanness of the place. But they really need to work on the flavors of their foods.

Very disappointed was in training at Kaiser work there they gave lunch from Panera and was expecting a good sandwich I was wrong. First of all the. Bread was really hard I noticed the sandwich looking empty inside and indeed it was barely meat on the sandwich no Mel or Mustard just some onion and not much of them . I couldn’t believe Kaiser paid all this money and the lunch turn out nasty the salads nasty I even ask another employee and they stated they just took a couple of bites and put it in the garbage, They should be ashamed of themselves because people think the world of this place and they do Kaiser like this thumbs 👎👎👎👎downs.

The food at Panera is good. There are a lot of different, healthy options. They are always busy. But the service is consistently getting worse for take out. I ordered the strawberry poppyseed salad with chicken (paid $1.10 extra for chicken), and it didnt have any chicken. They also gave me a broken fork. I should have thoroughly checked my order before leaving. But I also wasnt going to come back and wait in line for $1 worth of chicken. And I personally didnt like the salad. The time before that, they misplaced my family feast. Instead of placing my take out order on the shelf, I watched a girl carry my bag out and then quickly turn around and disappear. I asked a cashier to help me find my order. She walked around the back and came back to tell me they didnt have my order. I pointed to my bag that was sitting on the counter behind them and asked if that was mine. They then handed me my bag. It also sucks that their bonus gift cards expire after a month.

Great place to grab a quick lunch. Meet with your friends. Work on your laptop. The baked bread and pastries are freah and delicious. I love the coffee and there is a good variety of other drinks available. The service is fast and efficient.
