Took a bite of the sandwich and it didnt taste right so i open it. The avocado was BLACK, not a little brown but black. Someone got a black piece of avocado and thought it was good enough to give to customer. Needless to say i threw the sandwich away and wont be ordering again.

Tall female manager wearing glasses working today was very polite and professional. Although waiting in a busy line, she acknowledged and communicated my order would be taken very soon and further she thanked me for me patience!Wow! Extremely dissatisfied with management at this location. Dont expect much from them.But I do recommend their Charge Lemonades and the breakfast sandwich. This location is a nice quite location during the weekdays and busy on the weekends. They also have a few Kiosks that you can order at.

They keep the place freezing cold and very uncomfortable for customer dining in. I feel like they do this on purpose to rush you out. Its 8:30 am, 56 degrees outside, and they are currently blowing the air conditioner inside! I asked them kindly to turn off the fans, and they said they would raise the temps; they did not. Hence, the rating they received.

Very popular Panera. Almost always busy. If you know Panera, you know how good it is. And you can order ahead, dine in, or take it to go. This is what my sons sandwich looked like when he opened it. Normally we get decent sandwiches, this time Im very disappointed. For a meal over $50 this is unacceptable. My boys were hungry and it was raining otherwise I would have gone back to get a fresh non-fingered sandwich.The soups we got were delicious. My suggestion is to NOT get the regular sandwich bread and get a sandwich on a roll. Otherwise, Paneras has excellent food.

Ordered six meals for delivery and two items were missing. Tried calling four times and no one picked up after ringing for several minutes. Attempted to contact the driver directly and they won’t respond. Still waiting to get a refund for the items I paid for but never received. Ive eaten at plenty of paneras to know this one ( located in nut tree shopping center in Vacaville) lacks in food quality. Both the sandwiches I ordered had brown wilted lettuce used in it, we had to take all the lettuce off our sandwiches and the Napa chicken salad was bland tasting. Terrible sandwiches. I think they were poorly made because it was to go and not dine in. I would have complained there had we not been traveling to Oregon and was too far down the highway to turn around.

This Panera is in a wonderful area. Its near a kids park with multiple rides and there are many things to do there. The food is really good, but it does sometimes feel a bit rushed inside.

I am from out of town and was stranded with a disabled car near the restaurant. Employee Emily was on her way to work on her bicycle, She stopped to ask if I was okay and wanted me to know she cared. I told her I was fine and my son was on his way from the base. Emily literally told me to stop by the restaurant after I was all situated so she could treat me to breakfast. I was absolutely blown away. I didn’t make it to the restaurant but I will NEVER forget the kindness Emily showed me at a very vulnerable time. Vacaville Panera, you have a Diamond in Emily. The 1 star is for the value of the food that you are paying for. The employees who work for minimum wage are doing their best! No one can survive with that hourly wage in the Bay Area including Vacaville.It is incredible how a company is selling bread for gold! Something is off here and I can’t quite put my finger on it. I ate her twice during my visit to Vacaville recently it just seems like the employees don’t care from the time that your order is being taken to the time that your order is ready they just don’t care. It seems like you are a nuisance to the person that’s taking your order and it seems like you’re an even bigger nuisance to the people who are preparing your order when you’re standing there waiting for it. Somethings just not right here there needs to be some serious customer service training from the top to the bottom. The food is also very inconsistent I ordered the same thing twice and they were vastly different both times different bread different spread on the bread different consistency to the soup just is not the Panera that you’re used to.

Ill sometimes skip this place because of the price, but I do eat here quite often, so obviously I think its pretty worth it if I keep going back. I like ordering at the kiosk because its so easy to customize my food. A lot of really nice employees here and its always clean!

I have only been to Panera Bread twice and this last time pretty much confirmed me never going back. It was extremely busy, and took a really really long time to get our food. They were not informative as to where to get the drinks poured that we had to do it ourselves. They also did not provide any glasses when we paid so that we knew we had to get our own drinks. When I finally went and picked up the food that was ordered, it was incorrect. Although I paid for something at a higher price I didnt actually get it. Because of the long wait I decided not to even mess with it and I was so disenchanted at that time I just figured the heck so that we knew we had to get our own drinks. Today was not a good experience. I ordered coffee and 2 bagels to dine in. It took almost 10 minutes to receive my order. When I stood in line for a coffee refill, again a long wait while 1 cashier helped the 1 customer ahead of me. While I was waiting with my coffee cup in hand, at least 4 employees came up to the 2nd register and did nothing as the line grew. My visit was just before 11AM. I try to be patient but I feel things could have been done more efficiently. I enjoy Paneras so I will return.

Amazing staff! Issac was very helpful from the start. I accidentally placed my ToGo order for the wrong location and he was quick to find a resolution. The manager, Zach, took care of calling the other location to cancel my order for me. The food came out quickly and my order was perfect!

One star was too much to give. The lady typing on the register this morning looked at me and continued typing and then walked away to begin her break. Right after the next lady behind the counter walked right passed me and continued on her way. I then walked out of the place myself. All that needed to be said was someone will be right with you. The simplest things in customer service, Im not even upset but I sure wont spend a dime on their hourly wage.

First time ever inside this restaurant, the number of breakfast offerings was impressive. Im pleased the place didnt reek of coffee. I ordered conservatively steak & egg bagel w Orange Juice.First of all it shouldnt take 12min to warm up a pre made egg and steak slice, second this item is hardly worth $6 half thus price would have been more appropriate.Ill come back some point in the future for lunch, maybe the rating will improve.

Generally, I avoid chain restaurants but Panera Bread is one that I enjoy going to when traveling. The food is fresh and the menu has enough variety to meet just about anyones needs except vegan. For me, the Harvest Squash soup is a must have when available. The soup combined with a half sandwich from the Pick-Two menu makes a great reasonably priced lunch. I know that they promote their bread but getting a piece of bread as an accompaniment to a sandwich seems like over-kill.

I finally tried this Panera Bread location after living here for several years. I had the Steak&Arugula half-sandwich and the broccoli and cheese soup with a piece of french bread along with the blood orange lemonade. The food was good quality all around and the service was good along with a clean restaurant which was very busy (went on a Saturday), but the biggest problem was that you get a better value for the money from Boudin SF, just across the street and I cant really give it 4 stars for that reason. However, its a good default choice and the location gets plenty of foot traffic from being in the Nut Tree Plaza, so this review wont change anyones opinion at all. Again, the food quality was good, but because there is some strong competition nearby where I get just as good food for less money, Ill default to the less expensive option. No military discount, apropos.

Called my order in last week during lunch, drove to panera paid & told my order would be right up. Waited another 20 minutes while the workers would just walk by ignoring all the people waiting. Finally, I went back to the counter and was told my order had just been sitting there ready (hidden back behind the counter where no one can see it even though they have pick up cubbies), No one let me know. Went to the manager on shift, he DISMISSED me, said a fellow worker will take care of me, told me to wait again. After several more minutes I was given a gift paper to come back in on them. Realizing lunch is too busy for them I came back in the evening. Again, calling my order in ahead of time told it would take 15-20 minutes, I am sitting at Panera now at the 45 minute mark still waiting for my 2 salads! If I could give zero stars I would! I have never waited at Boudin even with a store full of people, my salad is ready in 10 minutes there. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

What kind of customer service is that after I politely and quietly stood waiting with how many mistakes? As I went to leave finally over 35 mins of being there the same lady who is the manager on duty because I asked on my way out then cracks a joke about the burnt bagel! If anything tisha you shoukd have came around the counter to apologize for forgetting the bagle in my order not to challenge me on it bring to dark/burnt. I love panera and usually have a good experience here but this was very disappointing. It was Halloween maybe she was upset she was at work but being that im a manager at Starbucks if I had made this many mistakes with a polite customer I would have apologized to her and being willing to toast a baglewithout the nasty comments. Dissatisfied with this visit wont be back anymore if Im craving panera like I was last night I will head to fairfield

I love Panara and frequently come for lunch I do have a Panara card and.for the most part have had good lunches here except for today I was not too thrilled to see the conditions of the bathroom 2 stall, it was not clean paper towel and toilet paper rolls on the floor packed resturant and not enough room for a line ...then when my meal arrived it wasnt the bread ordered and the silverware was dirty:/ upon speaking to the server was told that the silverware had water deposits...um no We brought to his attention the spoon in question and it was grimy ...the solution a plastic spoon hum is the bowl my soup came in clean?
