Panera Bread in Rialto

I come here before I see a movie and this place never disappoints.There is a plenty of parking and though I never have been inside, Im sure it is nice. I usually go through the drive-thru and every time I do, the wait isnt unusually long, the food is hot and tasty and the staff is friendly.I would say the food is overpriced for the quality but can never go wrong with half a sandwich, soup and their mac n cheese!Highly recommend going between 8am-11am where its never too busy.

Panera has the best tasting salads and soups you can find at a casual chain. Excellent for those watching their weight - IF you can avoid ordering the pastries and sugar filled drinks.This particular location has a decent atmosphere, very consistent with others. However, they get so busy at lunch time they are usually 20 minutes behind on orders. Also, they apparently only have plastic ware, because I haven’t seen any metal flatware. They don’t keep the tables clean as often as I’d like, especially the outdoor ones, but that is a problem at most Panera’s.Go with the Green Goddess salad and/or either of the chicken soups for delicious yet low calorie meal.

I’m providing a one star review which is sad because I come to this location often which I don’t know why I do but every time I go through drive-through they seem to not give the correct orders which at this point I should be double checking but I would assume they would they would know how to do their job and when I call after I get home letting him know that they gave me the wrong order they’re very rude they don’t try to make it right except for come back in and will give you your correct order they don’t do anything for good customer service. This location sucks. It’s been like this multiple times just not good quality of people that they hire. Go to another location

This location has very pleasant staff. I always enjoy eating at this location. So, why is my overall rating not a 5-star rating? Consistanty, when I place an order for pick-up at a designated time, it is 10 to 15 minutes behind the pick-up time. Additionally, the progress board may show that it is ready when, in fact, it is being finished up. This just crates a time crunch for me.One additional note, the layout of this location contributes to a noisier atmosphere. Even when it is not packed, it can be on the noisy side.This wont stop me from enjoying this location, though.

I came in on my lunch for soup and sandwich and unfortunately the cup slid to the side of my center console while eating my sandwich all over me and my car seat. I came inside crying asking for napkins and bathroom and came out to Alexia with a a rag with soapy water to help me clean the mess without even asking. Alexia was so thoughtful and really turned my day around today! As well she provided a soup to compensate for my soup. I will be back again for more soup and sandwich and learned my lesson indeed and will never put my soup on the center console. Thank you Alexia for your kindness today. 😊🙏🏼

We didnt have a good breakfast visit this morning at all. we ordered a few items and as we waited for them to come out we were given a bag by the worker and they sent us off. once we stepped outside the door, we checked our bag and we were missing items. i went back inside and the bag was on the counter so the team member just seemed to want us out of the store. we ate in the car as with CoViD currently we arent able to dine in. our chipotle chicken breakfast wraps were both cold as if they had just been sitting out. we went back inside and got those exchanged as well. we dont plan on returning to this location as we received poor customer service and poor food service as well.

Was less than impress with the food however its a good location its newer clean spacious and bright . Plenty of space to sit and relax. Like any other panera the food is grossly overpriced and the taste simply isnt there but its conviniently located next to the movie theater for a quick bite, which is a lot better than the popcorn and greasy frozen pizza sold at the theater . Panera has more healthy options .

They cancelled our delivery order that was placed over an hour before closing, and was like... 4 things. Talk about lazy. They also waited a half hour to do so, leaving no time to order from somewhere else. If youre not going to do the orders, then dont accept orders. Simple as that.

I gave the 2 stars because I have visited this location several times. Its always a disappointment, from cold food to bad customer service.My most recent visit was not my choice but rather a friend chose it. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. I asked the server what was in it? When the sandwich arrived, it didnt have most of the things she mentioned, and the sandwich bun was extremely weirdly cold.Its my fault for continuing to give this place a shot.Maybe its this location 🤷‍♀️

Poor service, the employees want to fight tooth and nail for a bread replacement like it comes out their paycheck. also small beef portions in the sandwich. I wasnt even rude to anyone so I just didnt bother to pay extra or speak to anyone else.
