I never leave reviews, but my lunch was so delicious, I had to post about it!My new go to for lunch, I had a half turkey sandwich and caesar salad, both were so incredibly tasty, i wish I had leftovers! Very kind staff and great location!

They were out of all bread except for white bread, which was pretty disappointing. I got the turkey club sandwich and all the other ingredients were very good. The avocado was creamy and the bacon was crispy. Clean bathrooms and plenty of indoor seating.

Half way through homework, and we have a delicious Chipper cookie 🍪. Right size for a treat. The staff is very helpful and friendly. W shared a pizza and salad. Food was the right temperature and packed well. Good food for a fair price.

Food is great for the price. Panera is an amazing fast food chain. This location just does not have the employees. I warn against going during a lunch rush you will wait 30 or more minutes for your food. Service is still great though, very nice cashiers. there is often only one of them so you will have to wait in a line for a bit during a rush

Service is going downhill. Can’t get simple food orders correct. Hats are supposed to be worn on the line while serving food. Witnessed first hand employees laughing in the managers face after having to remind them of company policies. Clean it up Panera!

In-store order for take out of well toasted grilled cheese sandwich and a bowl of tomato soup .The soup was tasty, the grilled cheese sandwich was a cheese sandwich and barely grilled and cheese somewhat melted. Unfortunately this is a on going challenge to get a grilled cheese sandwich . I called 5 times over 1.5 hours, phone rang 20 times and no answer.I called back several hours later to express my disappointed and spoke with the alleged manager Vicky. Vicky was disinterested in my experience and made zero attempt to try to apologize for a lack of skilled help or the poor service.Panera Bread Novato is not worth the trip.

The worst run Panera yet. We went to get take out. Ordered 3 flatbreads. We had to wait for way too long considering there was nobody ahead of us & the place was 1/2 empty. Folks behind us left.. The kitchen staff (all male Latinos) were busy but they couldnt help us. I saw the manager/owner walk through the back. She saw us waiting there. She didnt realize that I saw her see us. She ignored us. She either runs this Panera & the one in Northgate or shes upgraded to Rowland because the 1st time I had the misfortune of ordering from her was at Northgate; super unpleasant. Anyway, when we got the attention of the young man that was working, yes, just one kid straight out of high school, we know him, he apologized: Im a one man show. Eventually he came to us. Good kid, good worker. He even helped us save some $$. At all this the owner woman sits down at a table. She sees us. Nothing, not even a smile. And the other thing about Panera, whats with the sides? Chips, baguette or apple? If you order flatbreads you dont want chips or bread. Most of us can buy our own apples. The flatbreads are consistently good but this time they were slightly undercooked. They forgot to call our name when they were ready. The young man apologized. At all this the owner just sat there, doing nothing to help us.

Theres a guy that he treats you like your stupid which he told me where to get my stuff and shoved a cup in my face after I had asked for the cup and there is a lady that was nearby that looked at me like I dont belong here. I come to this location a lot and everytime Im here they change the location of where to get my baked goods sometimes its by the bathroom and other times its by the front door

Three star review only because the staff were goofing around and didnt get our food to us until it had been sitting on the back counter after it was ready for like five minutes, according to them. The hot food was cold. And one of them was loudly singing Baby Shark on repeat. So theres that.

Panera Bread is absolutely my favorite fast food! And theyre fast! Especially at this location in Vintage Oaks shopping center. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is fresh and delicious, healthy or indulgent. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked. Im happy to get any of their delicious salads, soups, or sandwiches. For breakfast I love the souffles. Sometimes I cant help but indulge in the cherry pastry. Oh Im getting hungry just thinking about it.

Ok place for me. Wish they had some plant-based/vegan options. Even the salads are not all plant-based - mandatory chicken with everything. Surprising these days as most places offer vegan or plant-based options on the menu.

Decent service. Got my Steak and Arugula sandwiches ($12.00). Asked for extra tomorrow, didnt get it. Asked for cucumber to be added, I got two tiny dime size quarter cut pieces. And the best part of all. ONE OUNCE OF MEAT ON EITHER SIDE OF MY POORLY MADE SANDWICHE. Pretty same story with the other two sandwiches with our orders. Moreover, not the first time received such horrible food. BUT DEFINITELY the last!!

Came in there for a light lunch. The Mediterranean Veggie was noncompetitively dry, flavorless, and gross. Not only that, there were unmasked people in line practically hovering behind me. That line experience set a very uncomfortable tone while waiting for my paper sandwich. I certainly know never to have a lunch from here ever again.

My family and I have been loving Panera for years. Today my pick up order was missing an item. This mistake was rectified immediately. My 1/2 size missing sandwich was delivered to my house promptly. I received a full size sandwich and a bag of chips. Now thats going above and beyond. Thank you Novato Panera employees.

I don’t really expect my orders to come out correct. Nor do I get too upset as the kids that work here are pretty cool! I think the obvious inefficiencies and crappy vibe result from the manner in which these kids are talked down to.I’m sure at times it can be pretty frustrating and ineffective trying to manage kids rudely. Totally uncalled for!Be careful for some tripping hazards by the express takeout parking spot at the main northern entrance. I almost rolled my ankle and nearly dropped a sizable order as my hands were full. Needs a small flag of concrete in the acute angular hard scape both sides of the oversized structural support. That structural support obstructs egress. WT😉!!Be careful, enjoy!!

Im a huge Panera fan and I typically get bread bowls about once every 1-2 weeks (if not more, Im a fiend) during cooler weather. After a move from Central Louisiana to Novato a week ago, the change in climate has led me to attempt to get bread bowls twice and both times they have been out of stock. Its a big disappointment that the major reason I go to Panera is never reliable enough to actually make the trip worth it. I hate leaving negative reviews but Im beginning to wonder if its even worth the attempt to go there anymore. I will say that the one time I went for breakfast, their service was nice and the four cheese egg souffle was good. But if their inventory management doesnt adapt to demand, Ill stop trying to get it at all.

Better than 5-stars. Very delicious coffee, a wonderful assortment of fresh-baked (yes, really--they bake it here) breads, pastries, fresh salads, soups and hot sandwiches. Bring your work or school computer AND your appetite, Panera offers everything you need to be proactive and productive. Ive stopped going to Starbucks, its so nice here.

My experience at the recently opened Panera Bread in the Vintage Oaks Shopping Center was marred by (1) lack of product at 8:30 a.m. and (2) annoyed customer service.My first choice for breakfast was a quiche. I was told in a dismissive tone that they were out of all quiches. My second choice was a bagel with roasted vegetable cream cheese--a choice that was listed on the overhead menu. The Panera Bread employee looked at me with disgust and said, We dont HAVE vegetable cream cheese. When I pointed to the menu board and read roasted vegetable cream cheese as a listed choice, she then rejoined, Well, we dont have any.A cafe latte completed my order. I was given the bagel immediately, and the server then looked to the next customer without any indication of where I should go to retrieve the latte. I wandered around the counter, finally getting the attention of another server. She indicated that she would get someone to make the latte--and motioned for my original friend to make the coffee drink. She fulfilled the order without a word or a glance in my direction.When I got to the table and took off the cup lid to add sweetener, I found that the cup was filled only 2/3 full--that including the frothy milk.Truly I was shocked by this lack of customer satisfaction. Every other Panera experience has included personable interaction, servers circulating in the dining room to ensure that customers had everything they needed, and even offers of samples of featured goodies.As a result of how I was treated at the Vintage Oaks store, I will think twice before visiting any Panera. For sure I will not be back to this location. And I urge you to stay clear of this kind of treatment!

I’m in Panera at Vintage oaks every day and I really hate to say that, but some of the employees needs to be more friendly. I’v got served by this elderly woman that have never smiled at me or to anybody else. Seriously you’re working at the front register put a smile on your face once in a while I feel like I’m annoying you every time i make an order 🙄

Love this place. Usually get a chai tea latte which is AWESOME,but one day a new employee made it didnt taste as great as usual so I asked if they didnt mind remaking it and the manager tells me thats how it normally comes. I am in management myself and I dont challenge my customers and on the receipt it says theyll fix it no problem. Plus the manager didnt remake it or,show the new,asso. How to correct it. It took 10 minutes to,make a LG chai tea latte.(no line no customers)Just kinda threw me for a loop especially when I am not one to complain but other than that it was fine.

Was really delicious food buuuuuut we went to sit down and the girl came over and cleaned the table which is nice, ( but also is her job) i gave her a dollar for being so quick about it. She goes oh ok i guess a dollars better than nothing. I shouldnt even have to tip you for doing your job and cleaning the area in which you work. Thats why they pay you hourly. We sit down and she comes around 3 times and brings up that its ok you only gave me a dollar. This is too the point of harassment. 1. You are not a waitress 2. You expect to much for doing your the most basic thing required of you at work. This is not ok.
