Great food tonight. We had tomato soup, grilled cheese, Mac and cheese, Asian sesame salad with chicken, mango yuzu citrus charged lemonade, and passion papaya iced green tea. Employees were super friendly and food came out pretty quick. The soup and Mac n cheese came out hot, though the grilled cheese wasnt really all the way melted. Besides that, it was all really flavorful. I do wish the 10 vegetable soup was vegetarian. Would eat here again though.

The place is well laid out. Usually pretty clean. The staff has been helpful in the past. However, this last visit my order was forgotten and I was left sitting for an extended period of time. Though, once brought to their attention, my order was soon delivered.The food follows the standard quality of any Panera. The location next to the Galleria makes it convenient. I would recommend this place for a bite to eat between errands.

I got the you pick two chicken sandwich and broccoli cheese soup. Pretty fresh and decent meal. Would recommend. The food is good but its still overpriced. The only complaint is that the dining room was pretty full on a Saturday but there isn’t really anything that can be done about that.

The bathrooms had pee on top of the toilets, the first two stalls were build up with toilet paper, there was no soap in the dispensary and no paper towels. When I went to place an order, the cashier girl had the most nasty unprofessional attitude. She had no intentions of helping me, she kept cutting meat and just stared me down and didn’t say a word to me. Please Panera, hire people who have good customer service skills and the right attitude to go along with it. Poor customer service.

Can the owners/management hire someone to clean outside and the entrance of Panera? It really REAKS of spoiled milk and trash 🤮 Pressure washing everything is a good start.The place itself isn’t bad at all, but I just can’t deal with that stench outside. The outside floor area is DIRTY. Maybe it’s the yogurt land next door too. But whatever the case, I avoid this place as much as possible. I came for a door dash and it was tough. 😮‍💨 Time for the owners bear buy to all come up with a solution. PLEASE. I want to enjoy Riverside. I don’t want this reputation for our city. 🙏

This is one of the better Paneras locations Ive visited. I usually get the chipotle chicken avocado melt. The service is great and the atmosphere isnt too bad, though the music can be a bit loud. The bonus is the amount of baked goods wow!! I recommend the bear claw!

Came in to order the new flatbread pizza, they were out. Went to get my favorite tea, out. Asked for butter, out of butter. The pandemic was not nice to this store. Short staffed took longer than get order wrong have to walk back in. I asked for it to be fixed and they say well we still have to charge you. Maybe I made a small mistake ordering. Broccoli cheddar soup and a half turkey bacon Avocado sandwich. Soup was nice and hot and very good. Sandwich had fresh bread, very moist turkey, Avocado were perfectly ripe, could use a bit more sauce as always Panerai tends not to put a lot of sauce on there sandwiches. Bacon was a bit on the under done side for my taste, but everyone has an opinion on done bacon should be. Great job in the food department. Restaurant was clean and orderly. Employees seemed very nice.

This place is clean, and has a comfortable atmosphere to it. While some of the items on the menu can be pricey, they have great deals that are well worth the price. Also their desserts are fabulous and affordable, especially if you get it with a meal. The staff is friendly and service is usually pretty fast. This is definitely a place to go to if you want to meet up with friends.

Fantastic location! Inside is spacious and good atmosphere. Phillip (Worked 10/21/20 before closing, around 9pm) was very helpful and friendly. He was attentive to my order and looked to be working hard by cleaning, replacing condiments, and closing duties. Always good to come for the Wifi and get some work done on my laptop. Will be coming back!

First time I went they were out of Broccoli Cheddar, dismissed the occurrence as bad luck, this second time I went they were out of Bread for breaded bowls. Went to Limonite instead. Be careful with this location. A worker (guy) came up to my mom while I was on FT right now and told her to leave because she “cussed”. Not sure why he would be tuning into our conversation where’s the privacy? & If there was any profanity being used amongst ourselves (IF) I didn’t know they would come up to you and try to embarrass you in front of the guests at the establishment for talking to each other. Stop harassing your customers and do better.

The restaurant has only one person at the register to take your order. I placed a simple order, using the kiosk, tomato soup with extra croutons, and a side salad with extra dressings. I checked my order before I left, no croutons, went back to get the croutons. Service needs to get better.

Awesome food and awesome service. Although today when I was waiting for my food, the lady (I believe she was the manager) surprised me big time. A transient kid came inside asking for water and instead of showing love thtu Gods grace, she was rude and rolling her eyes. She treated him like trash. It surprised me that Panera Bread would be like this, but as I was there collecting my food and coffee I saw these people for what they were. The food may be great, the service great (if you look non-homeless), but the front is disgusting. My advice to Panera Corporation: go to classes for humble-Ness and humanity interactions, because treating someone who is less than you; its disgusting and troubling.

The place was a mess - dirty tables, restroom was trashed. They were out of pagers, butter, pizza, and one of the ice teas I like. The beverage stand is right next to the bathrooms and they had 2 uncovered bins of ice tea sitting out. People were reaching over them to get condiments and to throw out trash. It took a very long time to get our food. The food did taste good but mine had garlic in it somewhere and I ended up getting sick. It would be great if it was easier to read all the ingredients in the items. In addition, I didnt see any Covid protocols being followed, nothing being wiped down, no space for social distancing. Definitely will NOT be returning to this particular store.

This is the first I order from this Panera and I did it using the app. I thought it would go smoothly as it does for any other location, but they got the order wrong. My son picked up the order but didnt check until he got home. I must have called the restaurant over 10 times and no one ever picked up. It would just disconnect the call. Horrible customer service and I like panera bread. Ordered 2 bagels. Got charged for it. I later discovered that only 1 bagel was inside and the other was marked off on the receipt. Why wouldnt they have addressed the problem to me directly? It could have easily been fixed. When I called the manager, no apology was even offered.

Worst service Ive had here. It took forever to find someone to clear the tables. There was no one at the front counter to help me get an order number. They had to go get mugs and coffee since neither was out. The server forgot my mothers chips and gave my food to someone else. Im very conflicted about this location. I just moved into the area 2 weeks ago and Ive been a tad busy with settling in and working full time warehouse so Ive been visiting this Panera location more times than Id like to admit. The first visit was perfect, food was on time, environment was chill, one of the employees was extremely attentive and overall I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. This prompted me to return to this location multiple times within the last 2 weeks but unfortunately there was a new issue with my orders everytime I came back. I usually order with Rapid Pickup and even though I arrive 10 or so minutes AFTER the scheduled pick up time my order is never ready. Whenever my order is eventually prepared Im missing one or multiple food items or being issued substitutes or refunds for items that have been sold to me but sold out when I arrive to pick up. And preparing my food is giving them too much credit. Im sorry but every order I have recieved, all of the items look like they are just tossed into the bag with no consideration for presentation or transportation. (And I always check my food for errors as soon as Im handed my order so its not me tossing the food around while I drive home or something) All in all I have probably visited this Panera about 10 or so more times within the last 2 weeks (sad I know) and about 90% percent of my visits have been plagued by the issues stated previously. I even visited the San Dimas Panera within this 2 week span and they got my order wrong too!! So is it all Paneras or just two poorly run locations?? I hate giving reviews like this but after going through and reading the other reviews for this location and seeing others going through the same situations I am, I felt obligated to do so. Hope something changes quickly with Quality Control here because I truly love the food and it sucks when I have to stop coming due to excessive incompetence.

Me and my daughter went here, her first time. She is 9 and a very picky eater, she loved it! I always love Panera. This one is clean and staff seemed friendly, I ordered on the little tablet thing though its much easier and I dont feel rushed because panera is not a simple place to order. I love panera ! I work down the street, so I am always at Panera Bread. The management team is amazing and the store manager very professional and friendly. The associates are so friendly. It gets really crowded near the counter at lunch time. There isnt enough space where people stand in line. You can avoid standing in the line by ordering from your phone. You can also pay by card at a kiosk but you still have to get through the crowd. The soup I ordered was nasty and I had to wait quite a while for them to bring out hot water for tea but the staff was very nice. They gave me a free item to replace my nasty soup and free cookies as well. The salads, sandwhiches etc. are good. Dont order the chicken wonton broth bowl unless you like drinking vinegar because thats what the broth tastes like. I like Panera but definitely will only go to this one at times when they are less busy.

Their food is mediocre and they are often understaffed. We were waiting in line for about 15 mins without moving because they only had one cashier who was busy with one customer. The person in front of us gave-up as she had been waiting longer. This is often the case where there is only one cashier, their tables are dirty and they have long lines. This is probably the best location in Riverside. There is plenty of parking and seating (unlike the one on central.) The service is fast and the food seems to be slightly better.My girlfriend usually does custom orders for her salad and they get it right almost every time (I come here alot.) And even when they dont, they fix it fast.There are plenty of places to sit and outlets. Its a good place to get schoolwork done!

He always greets me with respect and professionalism. This gentleman has upper management written all over him. Customer service goes a long way in my book, and this person knows what customer service is. This is the worst service for Panera Bread. I have been at this location 3 times. The first time was good..slow but good. The 2nd time food was slow then it was wrong I asked for Tuscan sandwich and got a Cuban Idk how you mix that up when I asked for no Tomato and there is no tomato at on the Cuban. And finally the 3rd time I did a Rapid order because I learned from the first two experiences that this location is slow well I placed my order at 1:00 to be picked up at 2:45pm, I get to the store at 3:01pm and they never made my food nor is it anywhere near ready. Needless to say I’m not coming back to this one I just can’t wait 20 mins on a salad and soup/half sandwich when my break is 30mins long or when I’m just ready to go home after work.

Im a Panera fan, and this location is one of the best. Plenty of seating in the restaurant is clean and inviting. I usually come in in the evenings, and its usually pretty busy but the staff is always friendly and gives great service. I recommend this Panera to everyone.

I’ve been to many different Paneras all over the country this one was pretty bad. We stopped by for breakfast and ordered 3 sandwiches for our party. The ice coffee was watered down and pretty flavorless pretty much water, both of the ham, egg, and cheese croissants that were ordered were cold in the middle and burnt on the bottom, the restaurant was less than clean and several of the tables along the windows were covered in crumbs and leftover debris but had obviously been bused of dishes, needless to say our visit was less than impressive. If you’re in the Corona area and are looking for a Panera visit the one off Cajalco it is must better. Better service, better food, better employees

I went back too the cashier to ask respectively if they are going to brew more coffee. Only to come to see the cashier trying to flirt with my significant other. This place is crowded and then they do weird things like placing the beverage station at the back of the restaurant, right next to the restroom entrance. Yuck. Its also expensive for what you get, though the salads are good.
