VERY disappointed. My first & last visit to Panera. Over $14 for a cold ham sand. Ive had better sandwiches with more meat in them from gas stations & 7-11s. those at least had some cheese but Panera did not. Bread not that good either

Horrible experience once again! As a sip club member I am disgusted with the level of service this company offers. We werent even here an two hours and the manager Himeka walks up to us harassing us about sleeping. Once again we barely nodded off! She threatened to kick us out if she caught us! As a business owner if I owned A RESTAURANT ITS IMPORTANT FOR THE CUSTOMER TO REST!!!! Your prices are too high for you to be harassing anyone about sleeping! Mind you I have already spoken to a supervisor and received two free meals and $20 off!!!! No more pacifying us! WE WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION!

Highly recommended: they have amazing pastries, about 4 different types of coffee (including decaf), and about 7 or 8 types of tea (including iced tea).We ordered a Kitchen sink cookie (absolutely fully charged of flavor and very big chocolate chunks), an orange scone (perfect for my dark roast coffee, because it wasnt too sweet and just a bit zesty) and a candy cookie for my 7yo (she loved it! Had easter m&ms on top).The beverages are refill and the place wasnt crowed, so was perfect to hang out with my little family, enjoy a hot beverage and relax.Its perfect if youre in a hurry too, because they have about 4 screens I think, to place a quicker order or you can do it at the register.All staff was very nice and efficient 🥰. Definitely will come back.

As always, a nice experience at this Panera outlet as well. I like the way they maintain the taste throughout their chains! This location has a big seating capacity and order was served quickly. You can either order personally wiating in the line, online or through a kiosk. This outlet has clean restrooms. Free parking is available on the premises. Clean utensils and helpful staff. Would surely recommend.

Tables and seats were not cleaned up yet from previous visitors. When our buzzer went off my friend did not have his sandwich.. they still were making it... My Asian citrus salad was not very appealing, but still tasted alright.Went there for the fellowship .... The chili was delicious.... Try it

Fantastic dine-in experience, first time here. I enjoyed their crispy delicious cheese pizza, thin crust. A great personal pizza, and quick lunch. In addition, I tried mango yuzu citrus (fountain style), with my order and couldnt have had a better refreshing drink. I plan to try the other variety lemonades, soon. A plus with crew on hand, and friendly smiles too. Enjoy the crisp!

My hometown location. Come here almost every day for my coffee. Always well managed with team of friendliest staff.Coffee is refilled almost immediately and always fresh. Lots of fun regulars sitting around for a interesting conversation too. 😀Plenty of parking is available in the plaza.

First time eating at Panera Bread. I must say their sandwiches are delicious. I ordered their Mediterranean veggie sandwich. Really good. Even though I specifically asked for avocado to be added to my sandwich, got home and no avocado on my sandwich... But it was okay. The lady who took my order was very nice and had patience with me while I tried to figure out what to order. Anyhow; nice place to meet up and have a quick lunch with a friend. Busy location though but a convenient place to stop and have lunch after shopping.

Ordered off the app for rapid pickup, but they actually came out to deliver it to my car, nice! Extremely convenient and fast and friendly service.The Baja grain bowl with chicken had tons of ingredients and was very filling. It was slightly spicy though, so I wasn’t expecting that and probably won’t order this dish again. Also, the rice was a bit too hard and chewy.

Clean, nice, broccoli cheddar soup was good. I ordered the half Chipotle avocado chicken sandwich and a cup of soup. It was 10$ and some change. And the portion size was tiny. My 2 year old ate it by himself. I suggest if you want to pay full price for child size portions then eat here. But if you want adult size portion at regular prices go somewhere else.

What gives, panera?Also, when I walked in, the lady behind me was really looking forward to the breakfast menu. They changed it right in front of her. She immediately asked if, since she was already in line before the time change (and the cashier was super slow at taking orders) if they would still honor the breakfast menu. She got reasonably upset.I ushered the lady to go before me, as I wasnt too committed to breakfast or lunch.The answer was no, not really. They werent willing to make new eggs for her, so they said it would only be egg whites on hand.Weaaaak.Oh, and no word of thanks from the cashier for trying to de-escalate the situation for them.And my little side of cream cheese was $3.Only the tub is written on the menu, so I didnt think Id get charged that much for a condiment.Mehhhh

The food was good.But I had several issues, and Ive made the decision not to return to this location.The tables were dirty, there was a worker walking around with a spray bottle and rag, just tucking in the chairs. She wasnt cleaning anything.There was nobody there to tell me exactly where to pick up my order so I was very lost.And they were out of a lot of soups pretty early in the day.Also there was a good amount of homeless people just coming in and sitting inside.I will not be returning.

On more than one occasion within a one week period I ordered my beloved French onion soup. However, I’m not sure what is the issue but my initial bowl had absolutely no cheese in it. The manager Hannah was gracious enough to replace my soup during a future visit. During my follow up visit, before I exited the establishment I looked at the soup to make sure this bowl had cheese. Since I saw evidence of cheese through the clear lid, I was content and I proceeded to exit. However, apparently only a pinch of cheese was place on top of the soup because had I not seen the cheese with my own eyes I would have swore no cheese was in the replacement bowl as well. My typical experience at various other locations has been that the cheese would partly dissolve in the soup but a portion of the cheese was coagulate in the bottom of the bowl and would be found in many spoonfuls. So if French Onion soup is what you desire, I suggest you go to another location.

The food is good and consistently prepared. I felt a little grumpy after ordering and being told they would call my name only to discover about 15 minutes later that my order had been placed in the pickup area. Being vegan I would like to see some vegan protein options on the menu. I do not order the apple side because twice I have gotten apples that were past their prime. Otherwise a pretty good place for lunch or dinner.

I had a terrible experience. I ordered the Sig Chicken sandwich and Strwb Poppy Sal. The total came to $20.02 I had a $20 bill and the cashier waited for me to go out to my car for .02 but I understood that. The sandwich was dry with no condiments and the cashier didn’t ask if I wanted any thing added to the sandwich. The salad was ok. I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and food and that I will NOT patronize your restaurant in the future.

It is beside Big 5 store .We had the margherita pizza and grilled cheese that is on kids menu. It was good but not a great pizza. You can eat in or outside of the restuarant. There is seating outside.

I consider myself fairly well versed in the Panera menu and methods for serving, etc. I have been a longtime customer for take-out, casual dining, and their catering service. HOWEVER, this particular Panera seems to fall short nearly every time I frequent this store. A number of times they are out of bagels before early afternoon - seems atypical when the menu has a number of bagel options/sandwiches. Recently, I had two big OOPS for my orders. About two weeks ago I ordered a scrambled egg sandwich on a ciabatta bread roll with bacon. When I got in my car and pulled out my sandwich it was on another type of roll with sausage. I didnt return it because it was very busy and I didnt have much time. Today, I decided to give it another go. I ordered a Brioche with scrambled eggs and sausage, plus a hot coffee. I was told it would be waiting for me in a mobile order cubby. When I went I waited only to find out it was sitting on a counter. (It was not busy- in fact there was no one waiting to be served). The coffee was an iced latte. Not one to fight about this when I needed to get somewhere soon - I decided to grab the sandwich and go and accept the latte since they were just going to toss it. Sadly, the egg was not scrambled but cooked over easy and the yolk spilled out on my outfit. The milk was SPOILED in the latte. I had to pour out the entire drink.My lesson is that I most likely will not be returning to this Panera again.(NOTE: I am giving it two stars to reflect the times I have bought a salad or cookies there without any problems. But, that was not recently. )

They really need to work on their sandwich prep. One of us seems to always end up with a sandwich and the contents are always piled high either in the middle or on one end of the sandwich. Never seem to evenly distribute the contents. That means the first thing we do is undo the sandwich and spread it around. Last week ordered one that had the horseradish sauce all in one bite. Once they fix that, the place would get 5 stars from me. Great food and average value.

Super disappointed! I spend 100z of dollars a month there and last few times my order has been messed up or the curbside person could careless about their job! Today o asked for a pickle which is written in bold on the receipt yet I got no pickle and a half sandwich I did not even order! I may have to switch to a further Panera since their staff at this location doesn’t seem to care about their job! When I order curbside the people don’t come and when they do they don’t bring the entire order. Pastime they forgot my drink then the lady goes inside and helps another customer at the register. So I had to get out the car and go get the drink myself! Super horrible location!!!

Horrible! I called at 1209 ordered salad no nuts. Showed up at 1220 paid, they did not have salad with no nuts. I watched the girl, go tell them no nuts. Sat for 25 minutes. No salad. Then ask, no one had done it. Made it finally. Looked at it there were NUTS! I had to wait again!! I left at 1255 for a phone in/pick up order. There are people allergic to nuts!!!! You could kill someone and get sued!!!! 2 cookies does not help !I came back days later, since my daughter is down the street at the hospital. I called my order ahead with my order. The guy said we are not busy it will take 2 minutes and be ready. I came in, no one was at the cashier, and No one was busy. Cashier said, we dont have your order,do you want to give it to me and then we will make it. After calling my order in I expect it to be in their orders!!! I left, since time away from the hospital I guess was only precious to me, I havent eaten or slept much! I will not ever go back. The staff is lazy and they dont know the phone number of their own place which I had to prove to them I had the right number! Dont go here if you value any of your time!!!!!!

I often order catering for both pick up and delivery. Most of the time everything is great, but the last couple of times an item or 2 has been forgotten or theyve run a little behind, which is understandable as they are so busy. I just have to say that Ashley in catering did a wonderful job making my last order right after the salad dressing was missing from my order. She quickly drove it over to where I was and even brought some amazing cookies. Staff is pretty nice too.

Location is a little bit hidden from the main street view, when I came to find it I had to take a really good look to see where the door was. Parking is reasonable, shared with the other shops in the same shopping center.I like the menu with so many options weather you want breakfast lunch of dinner, pastries or sweets. I like the breakfast sandwiches. the service is always fast and very clean seating areas. I like the booth tables as well.

Omg Im seriously cursing on this place I had it for the first time last night and omggg so good and the have it 2 way is an awesome idea. Instead of 1 full meal you can get 2 half meals and can have the best of both worlds and I did! I had soup and broccoli mac and cheese. Sooo good we also ordered pizza and chicken salad and it was bomb! And if you have a sweet tooth as I do, the sugar cookies are effing amazing! I went back and got 2 more for the drive home!! Today, I ordered the New Chefs Chicken Sandwich, and was quite disappointed! The advertisement stated the sandwich is smothered in garlic aioli sauce. That was not the case because the sandwich was very dry. Also, you could not find the emerald greens or parmesan crisps on the sandwich! For $ 13.00, Panera Bread needs to make some definite improvements!

I love the bread here so I stopped in on my way somewhere else for a quick bite. I ordered the French onion soup and remembered why I dont like theirs. Its to sweet. Ill definitely go back but order something else. There is no table service per se. You order up front and then they bring it to you. Theyre very efficient but Im old school and prefer to be waited on.

This is the second time in a row Ive been here where Ive had to basically serve myself. My last visit I ordered an egg and ham breakfast sandwich and a latte, and was given a table number. After waiting about 10 minutes, I decided to check on my order to see what was taking so long. My now cold latte and rubbery sandwich were sitting in the counter. Why have table numbers if youre not going to notify people their order is ready or bring it to their table?Today I tried again, and this time ordered 2 cheese souffles, a chocolate croissant, a latte, orange juice (for here),and a loaf of sliced bread to go.I was not given a table number this time, but was told my order would be called out when ready.My latte came up quickly, but 15 minutes later the rest of my order still hadnt shown up. When I went to check, I found my sliced bread and chocolate croissant thrown into a bag on the counter. I notified them that I still did not have my souffles, and was told that someone would get them ready. My daughter and I shared the croissant out of the to go bag, even though it was for here, and our souffles still werent ready. I went to the counter a SECOND TIME, and the girl at the counter again told me someone would get them ready. I found this hard to believe since the previous two times I was at the counter they hadnt been gotten ready.All in all, we waited approximately 30 minutes for food items that are already prepared and just need to be plated.Since Ive had issues with ordering and getting food in a timely manner, we likely will not be returning to this location.Either deliver food to the table like your table numbers indicate you would, or bring back the buzzers so people can walk to the counter to pick up their orders. And make food when its ordered, not after theyve asked for it twice.

People love this place but I think it is way overpriced for what you get. The quality of the food is good, the bread is very good, the portions are very small for the price. I have never been a fan due to the lack of value. Others love it. Go and form your own opinions but dont forget, its gonna be pricey.

This place is in the heart of San Pedro. It is not easy to find and parking is only on the street. The sandwich I ordered was great. However, I was not impressed with the inner ambient. The place is clean but the service was just okay. Its not spacious. Its long and narrow because of the locale.

Panera is really dependable. The food is always good, the people are nice. It feels a little mechanical in the way people are shuffled through - not a real personal touch. Also, the atmosphere feels a little crowded sometimes, but thats because its a popular joint. Its not an outstanding experience, but consistently really good.

This Panera has gotten a nice facelift recently. New pictures on the wall and new lighting really look good. There are a lot of new electronics there to order your food without a human cashier. The mac and cheese with bacon is pretty good and I always can go for the steak and white cheddar.

Having been disappointed by one of their sandwiches, I tried a poppyseed salad to go. When I was elsewhere sitting down to eat, I found there was no fork in the bag. Had to head back for one.Salad was some leafy green filled with a seemingly random assortment of colorful fruits. They didnt harmonize with the meat or pecans, which were decent. Not enough poppyseed dressing. Whole thing was costly and nowhere near worth it. Im done with Panera.

The worst bagel breakfast sandwich I have ever encountered. I put myself through college working at a real New York bagel shop and I have always said there is no way to screw up a breakfast sandwich, but today I have been proven wrong. This steak and egg sandwich contained an uncooked egg. You heard me right. As soon as I cut it in half, gross egg wetness poured all over the sandwich. Wet, uncooked egg. Who in the world would put a wet egg on a sandwich? Any crunchiness of the bagel is destroyed with wet egg. And unless someone says ‘please give me the worst breakfast sandwich possible’ - don’t give anyone an uncooked, salmonella-risk egg.
