My wife and I had breakfast for the first time at Panera, we ordered 2 Chipotle Chicken Scrambled Egg & Avocado on Ciabatta (no cilantro) and 2 dark roast coffees and they didn’t disappoint.It was kind of empty at around 8:30 am (it was cold and rainy) and our food came out fast.The machine I was using to make our order had some issues reading my card but a staff member quickly assisted me.This location was very clean and staff is friendly.

I loved it I had a great time with one of my landlords and his daughter I will always love them we became family and they all love me including his wife since they know what Ive gone threw and since a vegan and forever will be they took me too Panera and I enjoyed the godess vegan sandwich I sure missed them but were always in touch I had. Food is always great but my review is for customer service. Gloria took my large catering order for the next day that I made in store. Her customer service level is 10 stars. She was able to read my notes and assured all items were available for the order. I was really stressed on this order because it kept getting rejected online...due to third party delivery limits. She apologized for that inconvenience but it wasnt her fault. Nonetheless, great customer service is still alive in some places. I was lucky enough to have this young woman handle my order. Ive always enjoyed the food and service at many Panera restaurants. Lately Ive noticed that the cleanliness of the dining area has gotten really bad. Tables are filthy. Floors have crumbs all over. This location has an outdoor dining area which is just nasty.

Since Ive been in the Sip club, its been non-stop for me, I usually come here maybe, once a week, now its more like three days a week. The atmosphere is great. I ❤️ the muffins, bagels, the soups, and salad. Needless to say, the mango drink is delicious. I find myself doing a little work here as well. My favorite place 😍

We ordered a breakfast sandwich on brioche bread it has egg, bacon & cheese. The serving was so small we thought it was a mistake. When my daughter called they blamed DoorDash. They told us to fix it with them. If they made it to go you would think they would take responsibility. Panera good way to sidestep, we really thought this establishment is better than this, way to go.

Im actually sitting in the Panera as I write this from the moment I walked in there was no one at the front, the table sensors were all discharged. This place isnt like the other 2 Paneras (Downey, Lakewood) where the items are brought to you. Here the sensor rings when your food is ready and you get it at the window or in my case since none of the sensors worked they called out my last name. This is my first time here I saw the workers putting the food at the window but when they called my name I realized that basically I had to get my food, no biggy, but the fact that they didnt say something from the moment the food was at the counter meant when they did call me my food was already on its way to being cold from sitting there. Not once did any of the workers approach me. Honestly dont plan on coming back to this specific location.

Jessica & Larissa was so amazing this evening. Jessica was very patient and polite to me as I placed my order. Even though the espresso machine was not working for my usual Caramel Latte, Jessica recommended me to try the new strawberry 🍓 mint 🍃 drink. I loved ittttt so much!!!! Larissa was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this Panera location.It’s clean, spacious, well lit and very calm/welcoming ☺️

I stopped by at 7 30 on a Saturday night. For the 4th time I’ve come here and they were out of bread for the chipotle chicken sandwich and out of the dressing for the green goddess salad. I got an automated “sorry” and a close of the drive thru window. How can you consistently be out of bread on the busiest night of the week? Truly disappointing. Poor customer service.

We went in for an early dinner, and it was fairly empty so we decided to sit inside. They have a few touch screens where you can place your order without having to interact with the staff, which I thought was fine plus it lets you really peruse the menu without feeling like rushed. The food was great, chicken salad sandwich and onion soup, best combo in my opinion. The iced teas were also very good, not overly sweet. They do ask for you to get a new cup for refills, also something Im good with, with covid and all. The staff was friendly and quick. Id definitely come back.

Ordered an Asian sesame salad and its pretty much JUST spinach (because they were out of romaine) there was 3 or 4 wantons, NO almonds, NO cilantro, and my chicken was literally FROZEN ! it was so disappointing.. Order Wrong!I placed my order from Panera direct website. They left out 2 of my items. I called the store directly spoke with a person name Cori. Explained what happened she attempted to redirect to DoorDash. I told her my order was not placed through the 3rd party. I placed it on their website and they delivered it through DoorDash so the error is still theirs as they packed my order wrong. She claimed she was the manager but can’t give refund for difference of order as items was missing. Do not order from this location or matter fact don’t do delivery. They don’t want to honor their mistakes

This store makes their own hours. We were at the drive through at 9:38pm andThey didn’t say anything they just ignored a the cars that were in line. they continue to do what ever they were doing inside. After they saw a long line someone came to the window and said they were closed. They said they have different hours. Someone that was there told them the hours are 6am to 10pm but she didn’t care . She just closed the window. Super rude

I am constantly disappointed with this location, especially with their breakfast. This morning we took our kids here and while we typically order at the electronic kiosk, there was still NO ONE at the front counter. We ordered bagels and hot breakfast sandwiches, with bagels to go. There were no pagers at the time of payment to register to notify us when our order was ready, and no one called our name when the sandwiches were ready. So after finally going up to the counter, we were still not told it was our food. They sausage on the sandwich looked over cooked (which I know happens in those “ovens”), and I felt the sandwich. It was cold. The sausage patty was still fridge temperature cold. After mentioning it to several non attentive staff, I had to ask a woman specifically to remake it. She never asked if she could make the other 2 again, or if the other 2 were cold. After “remaking” my sandwich, she threw the plate on the counter. It was still cold. This is only one of several instances and poor service we’ve experienced here. I am done with this location.

I was really looking forward to tasting the Chipotle chicken avocado melt and then i did and kinda disappointed.Dont get me wrong flavor is good but doesnt look anything like the picture. To start almost no chicken at all and didnt feel the chipotle flavor. Cheese is good though. Avocado slices nope more like a smashed avocado in a tiny corner.corner.

Second time ever at Panera, and found out they have a family meal! Which is a pretty good deal when you break it down. I didnt really know what I was doing or how I was going to order, the two young ladies behind the counter this evening were amazing! They were super patient, got me through the menu, and helped me figure out what I wanted to get for the family. NOTE: I initially received my order 1 kids sandwich short BUT I will definitely be coming back mainly because of the customer service I had been provided during ordering process and thereafter. Customer service is KEY, everybody makes mistakes, its how you treat a customer and fix the mistakes that counts! And the food was definitely really good & fresh.

Ive ordered take out and gone though drive thru a few times, always during lunch. Unfortunately, they have forgotten some of my items. Luckily, after it happened to me once, I always check my order. So my advice, always check your order before you leave. Otherwise, the food is pretty good

I visit this place frequently. I dont give them 5 stars because most of the time tables are not clean. Its been like 3 weeks that theres no honey to sweeten your hot tea. Ok on the other hand staff is nice, prices are high but its worth it. As always you have free wi-fi. Many people especially students go to Panera to do their homework. I can say that its a place where you can spend time with your family and have good meal.

This Tuesday AM I did a online order for bagels for a later pick up. As I drove up I received a text that my order was cancelled. I asked why and was told due to them running out of bagels. If I was able to pick and order bagels why didn’t they fill the order at that time to insure bagels where in stock. Poor service from mgmt and terrible online order system. Never returning to South Gate location as well is online orders. Big disappointment as I thought highly of Panera.

I just left the drive thru, girl who gave me my order was so rude. So I order a large broccoli soup, with an extra baguette bread and a side bread bowl. And so I got my order and had a small soup and I said is this a large, and she said no that’s a small that comes with the bread bowl and I said oh no I ordered a large soup with a bread bowl on the side and she says okay No problem, came back with a large soup and says to me next time you need to specify what you want and I said “next time you need to pay attention when taking an order, thank you” amazing that even after this crisis we are going through there’s still some rude individuals out there. TERRIBLE!!! Youre better off going up the street to the one in Downey. First of all they put a drive-thru in a small a** shopping mall so the line in the drive-thru literally blocks incoming traffic and outgoing (especially if youre parked in front of Panera or Churroholic. With that being said, they prioritize the drive thru line the highest so if youre walking in be prepared to wait 30+ minutes. The lady in front of me missed her entire lunch break. And I wasted 25 minutes and my food was just being prepared before I asked for my refund. Furthermore after the long wait the manager asked what was my order and preceded to tell me that they havent had turkey chili in stock all day (had i heard that i wouldve never even ordered).Keep in mind they had at least 8 staff members back there, walk in lines werent even long but the orders took FOREVER. There are times where I dont want to interact with people and just want to get my order quickly. Im happy that Panera Bread offers the option to place your order online via the mobile app or in-store with the machines. This Panera Bread has a drive thru, but I havent used it yet. I have only placed my orders online and my food is always ready for pick up when I arrive. I ordered a broccoli soup and it comes with a side of either a bread roll or you can replace it with something else at an extra charge. The cup was filled to the top with soup which was nice, and the bread was nice and toasty. Im glad that they opened a Panera Bread near where I live because I can order breakfast and pick it up to go.

First of all, I waited in my car for 20 minutes until my food as brought out, had to call them to remind them I was outside waiting (mind you, I had placed the order online 20 minutes before showing up & I followed all the pick up instructions when I first arrived AND it was early, not during the lunch rush), then once they do they bring my food out, its missing items. THE MANAGER HERE IS SO INCONSIDERATE. AFTER ORDERING ONLINE THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ORDER THEN THEY BLAMED IT ON THE DRIVER.
