10/12/2023There has been recent news of Panera lately. My visit here has been good, quiet at times, busy at times. I am still enjoying my visit when I can.8/25/23Recent news. Not sure if this news applies but it stated that a few items in the Panera menu will no longer be available.My new Love!!!❤️‍🩹❤️💘💛💜Sip club. Quiet Peaceful morning. Sit and relax for breakfast and coffee, tea or soda.😄🤗.My friend took me here so the credit goes to him.Come enjoy and the music is great too as well as friendly staff.

I stopped in Panera for a quick latte and pastry in the morning. It was a bit quiet, thus, the line was very short (until I left, and then the people started packing it in).Zach took my order and was top-notch! He had great customer service skills. Greeted me with a smile, asked me how my morning was going, and was engaging.I received my order quickly. Latte was delivered hot, and had a great balance of espresso and milk. The espresso didnt taste burnt and over processed like the Corporate mermaid companys coffee does. It was smooth and well balanced. My pastry was light, buttery, and flaky. A great way to start my morning.If I had any complaint, it would be that prices are a little inflated for the portion size offered. $7 for a kitchen sink cookie is definitely out of range. If it was a huge cookie, then I would consider it. This size was maybe 4 inches wide, which just doesnt make sense to buy for that price.

My experience with Panera Bread was fantastic. They offer a variety of delicious meals, including healthy options, and their deals are great. The service is fast, and I always use the Panera app to order my food. I have ordered from them many times and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend subscribing to their sip club for even more benefits. Overall, I had a great experience with Panera Bread and would definitely recommend it.

Food was awful and literally inedible. Ordered the kids turkey and cheese sandwich for my son and I got a rock hard grilled cheese. Or something that was supposed to be a grilled cheese? The cheese was so hard it felt like plastic. I wouldnt even feed this to my dog. The steak and white cheddar sandwich needed to be soaked in soup before I could even get a bite down due to how dry it was. Order Pick-up system is disorganized and customer service needs improvement big time.

This is a very nice Panera Bread location. It is outside the Shoppes at Carlsbad mall so you can dine inside or outside. It has booths and tables, and very large windows for viewing outside. However, we got the cinnamon rolls but didnt like them very much because there is very little cinnamon in them. Their coffee is very good.

Panera Bread, at The Shoppes In Carlsbad, is a nice place to grab a bite to eat. Currently, on 3/19/21, Panera is open to inside dining here, plus their outside patio. Panera offers curbside delivery.They feature a myriad of baked goods, and today I took a mini-vacation from the carb-less Whole 30 and got a Blueberry Bagel w/ Cream Cheese, plus a Large Dark Roast Coffee. Both were delicious! Bagel was perfectly toasted, and loaded with fresh whole blueberries. Their dark roast coffee is my favorite. I love the rich, bold flavor, plus Panera coffee is always piping hot.Paneras soups are tasty, as are their sandwiches, because theyre made with great Panera bread!I like Paneras Steak & Egg Bagel Sandwich, as well. It has just the right amount of everything, served on a wonderfully toasted bagel.

This staff is LAZY!I placed an order online through the Panera app for delivery but forgot to put the suite number. I called Panera to make it not so difficult for the delivery driver. The staff who answered the phone located my order and stated that she can only change the suite number this one time for me, but will never do it again. Rude, and lazy. Just do your job! Sorry for trying to make life a little easier for the driver!! I used to work at Panera and know how things work, so for the staff member to say that and say that is pure laziness. Besides the lazy staff, the prices for Panera are insane. $8 for a latte? And almost $15 for a sandwich now? Seriously! I’m thinking that I’m done with Panera from now on.

A) Where is Joe the cookie man? Covid is over, we go there specifically to see him and you havent brought him back! We miss his smiling face! B) long, long, long line yet only 1 cashier at dinner time!!!! C) place is still filthy. D) cashier couldnt count change. My total was $11.09, I gave her $11.25 and it blew her mind! Then, after she failed to do it in her head, she tried to do the math on her cell phone and couldnt. I had to tell her how much she owed. Please have your cashiers know how to do basic, simple math in their heads! E) Cant advertise your food is healthy, if its not organic/nonGMO, and for the price, it should be. Correct these issues and I will come back. Till then, Ill eat elsewhere.

Panera Bread isn’t like it used to be, now you order on a screen and pay there also. No one that worked there was even in the front area, I didn’t see any workers until I walked by the kitchen and then I saw them. The place does not appear to be very clean especially around the fountain machine and trash cans. A guy was walking around with a dirty rag wiping down tables so he was not using soap and not sanitizing the tables. I ordered a Greek salad that was made with field greens, NO feta, tomatoes and there was an almond in it which I am very allergic to all nuts. I wanted to post the picture of the salad but I don’t see a way to attach it.

Better make sure you have a lot of time to wait for your pickup order to be ready, especially on a weekend. Estimated ready time was 7:10p, but it wasnt actually ready until 7:40p. The food was alright but the cobb salad was clearly premade (very cold) and the classic chicken noodle soup was literally 5 noodles with a single spoonful of shredded chicken in about 4oz of slightly warm broth for $8. Not convenient and not a good value. Not a good first impression.

I drove up. Parked right out front (Curbside pick up). Called, placed my order (I have the rewards deal, ($ 8.95 unlimited coffee)It only took few minutes, and they came out and handed me my order. I recently subscribed to their unlimited monthly coffee subscription and so far its been great! I ordered a hot tea (also included in the subscription!) and a muffin, from the mobile app the other day and it was so easy. They brought it right out to my car quickly, and the woman was wearing a mask and gloves and I felt totally safe the entire time. The muffin and tea were really good too. I highly recommend 👌

Monday 4/4/22 a customer walks in with a dog the size of a pony. Not a service dog, and the customer wore a mask to protect himself. The customer was not asked to leave the dog outside. When will we stop catering to those people?! Outside of the health and hygiene issue... what if someone with high allergies to certain animals is eating in the restaurant? What if this person has to be hospitalized?

Went there for a quick breakfast. I had a bagel with cream cheese and coffee and the wife had a breakfast sandwich and a drink. I think Panera prices are a little high but the quality was very good. The gentleman who brought out our breakfast was clean, professional, and courteous. However, we wanted to sit in a booth and we couldnt find a clean one and just sat at a table. So that was a miss. It was fairly uncrowded at 9 am with a short line. This is not our usual visit and we were not that impressed.

Internet doesnt work, very limited outlets and two bits of something came out in my Bubbly sparking water the first time. Honestly the first two problems are the worst, particularly the internet - it has been the case at the last 3 Paneras - either the internet doesnt work or when it finally does it is mostly horrible. So beware - bring your hotspot and make sure youre charged.

This is a great Panera location! Never had a negative experience here, the staff are very friendly and kind and the food is always at paneras top notch standards. If youre a regular to Panera bread restaurants, this is a very good location, being at a newly renovated shopping mall and having plenty of space both inside and outside to enjoy your meal. Great place to grab a bite before seeing a movie at the theater next door, so you dont waste $47 on movie theater junk food. Come here and get a good meal instead. My personal favorites are the bacon turkey bravo, French onion soup and the blood orange lemonade.

Staff was pleasant. Took me a bit to find where they hid the drink cup lids and the small butter tubs. Food was good, though I find every Panera is skimpy on their Caesar salad dressing. I chose their Pick 2 - Caesar Salad and tuna sandwich. The tuna was good, but something went wrong with the bread they now serve it on, it was way TOO salty. This was a first for me.

One of three Panera Bakeries in the general area of Oceanside, this store has the benefit of a 12 screen theater next door. Taking advantage of the crowds the theater generates, the store stays open later than the others. The store has both inside and outside dining areas but both are rather limited. While the menu is standard Panera the back room seems to work hard to ensure quality often at the expense of speed of delivery. The chicken noodle soup is a favorite and be sure to check out the dessert. After all, its a bakery!

I ordered soup and sandwich with and apple, which was ok but it was never brought to me so I went to the pass bar to see if it was ready it was sitting there and tbe soip was cold and tbe bread kind of dry. The guy that takes your order on 11-4-18 didnt get the 2 full sandwiches right, the tuna & bravo turkey. But they were close enfough and delicious. And fresh. So everyone has to learn he even offered a sample of the house condiament which I am really glad for because it would have ruined the turkey.
