We went to panera tonight and the service was great! Alexis at the register was very friendly! And there was a Worker, I didnt catch his name, but was super helpful. He wiped down our table even though he was busy with other things. And I asked to replace my bread with softer bread, since I just had a root canal, and he quickly switched it out no problem! They made our night! Food was great too!! Thank you Panera staff!

Came here for lunchTried the pepperoni & Sausage FlatbreadAlso the Fujo Apple SaladFlatbread I felt was not cooked correctly.Sausage and pepperoni were under the cheese. Cooking this way doesnt allow the meat to get crispy and cooked completely.Salad was lacking dressing and cheese.Usually Panera is always on point.Unfortunately today they didnt meet the mark. Wont deter us from coming back.

Wish I could give a below 1 star, our moble order was not correct and you cant even call the store to talk to management. The pizza was put in the bag standing up, with all the toppings falling out of the box, and 10.00 bread bowl soup was ordered and got 8.00 cup. Have always loved Panera and this store but will not be returning.

Love the food. Pick up service was slow to provide food. No croutons for my daughter. Out of baguettes for 3 of our meals. My salad had more than 20 pieces of rotting lettuce and two whole romaine cores. We normally love Panera but have not had good luck with this location. Three poor experiences in a row. We will have to stick with a different Panera next time. : (

I was a long term customer at this location for over three years, and I used to love coming here. but for some reason they’ve been messing up recently. I’ve ordered 3 times in the last month and there has been an error with EACH order. Today was just the last straw for me since they didn’t include the soup but gave me the bread bowl. What’s the point? I’ll give you guys a copy of my receipt and a picture of when was in the bag before I ate it. Y’all need to get it together. I’m not coming back to this location, you’re better off going to the one in Lake Elsinore or elsewhere.

Went in with 3 of my kids to get chicken noodle soup and grilled cheese sandwiches. The food tasted like low grade cafeteria food. I haven’t been to this location for dinner in a while but I was surprised at how downhill the quality of food seems to have gone. Our grilled cheese was on a different kind of bread than usual(looked like wheat) and it was smaller than it’s been in the past. They stopped cutting them in half too. This doesn’t seem like a big deal, but it is because they’re making the sandwich smaller and it would be VERY obvious you’re getting less sand which if they continued cutting them in halves. I even asked them to cut it in half and one of the workers told me he didn’t know why but they’re not allowed to cut them in half anymore. I also ordered our sandwiches extra grilled and not only were they not EXTRA grilled, they were not even toasted. The bread was only slightly warm, not buttered at all, and it was left tasting extra dry and flavorless. The chicken noodle soup was terrible. The broth was overly salty and tasted like they used tap water to make the broth! I could taste the tap water! By the taste and color of the broth, it was made with artificial bouillon cubes and tap water. It doesn’t have the flavor of herbs and real chicken broth. 2 of my kids soups had maybe an ounce and a half of chicken, noodles, and veggies while the rest was just broth. I wen t at the beginning of dinner around 5pm. The soup should have been fresh and full of all the stuff you can actually chew. If you want quality chicken noodle soup and grilled cheese. Think again.

My first time ordering from this place because I usually get it from Anaheim. I was expecting a really good bagel since I always get them fresh and soft before. Not in this place though. I order Half a dozen of assorted bagels with 2 tubs of cream cheese, a coffee, and drinks. When I got home and was taking it out from the bag I checked the bagel and it was really hard, feels like a rock, and if you throw it at someone, it will hurt them. I was really frustrated because we went to this place just to pick up my favorite bagel and cream cheese but they gave me the bad one. It might be an old stock that they keep on the fridge for a long time and just waiting for somebody to order it. I will never go to this place again. It was horrible.

Went with my husband and it was just great. The weather was great so we sat at outside with our dog. I got the pick choose green salad and grilled cheese and my husband got the smokehouse BBQ sandwich. They were both sooooo good. Esp my green salad. Yummm! I havent had it in awhile and oh I will definitely be back to have it again. And the food was so fast. Just a great way to spend the afternoon in Corona with some good food!

Most days or nights I would give PB 5 stars. Tonight was not a good night for them. All out of bread, except sour dough, to make sandwiches and my chicken avocado melt had no avocado. My friend invited me to join her for breakfast. It was my first time ever trying out breakfast at Panera. I didnt know what to order, there was so much to choose from. I ordered off the breakfast sandwich menu - egg (over easy), and bacon wrap. It was incredibly delicious.Aside from my delicious breakfast wrap, the staff were friendly, cordial, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice quick breakfast to go.

The employees are very nice and helpful. The food is good and served in a timely manner. The pricing is awful. We each had the half sandwich & half salad. Plus my bf had a cookie (99c with the meal) and a soda. Our bill came out to $33. For a half sandwich and half salad at lunch, that is too much money. We could have eaten at a real sit down restaraunt for that price. Thankfully we were using a gift card we received for Christmas or we would have walked out. Food is decent but definitely not worth the prices.

This Panera has been a staple at the crossings for many years. I’ve eaten here every once in a while and the food is always great and the restaurant is always clean. Though lately I’ve been noticing they often forget an item that should come with the order. Usually it’s the croutons but sometimes it’s a dessert item.

The staff was very friendly and customer service oriented. The food was pretty good, but my sandwich would have been more enjoyed if they had taken the time to grill it instead of just warm it. It wasnt exactly mouth watering. Considering, the restaurant is still a nice place to go for a bite to eat, especially if you have children, they are always welcome there. Overall, Panera Bread has a nice selection of sandwiches, soup, salads, and pastries to choose from.

Wow, such great service! Every time I go here I am pleased with the service. The managers go above and beyond each time I visit. The cafe is never dirty, and I specifically want to point out the last time I visited that a girl by the name of Jasmyn, was very helpful, her service was amazing and she does a lot from what I seen! This is the worst location. Worth the extra drive up to Limonite. The last 3 orders here have finally convinced me to write this location off for good. The last time, we waited in the pick up spot for almost 20 minutes and we’re never acknowledged once. I finally went in and saw my food just sitting there. Took it to go after a rude encounter from the staff when I asked if I could take it. Once home, it was missing half of one meal and a side of another.They need extra training, more staff, or probably both.

My experiences with curbside pickup, so far have been smooth in this location! However, yesterday I went there to pickup coffee and breakfast for My Mom and I. Unfortunately, my Ice Coffee spilled all over the bottom area of the Passenger side. Fortunately, the Staff Member that assist me went above and beyond Customer Service Expectation!!! I too think that Panera is overpriced for the portion you receive on most sandwiches.I do enjoy the bagel deal on Tuesdays. I love the cinnamon crunch bagel.I love using the mobile app for ordering. Bagels were ready and waiting for me. Sliced and ready to go. Love that!I also don’t like some of the changes they have made to their menu. I do like their chicken and wild rice soup though it tends to be a little salty. I found a copycat recipe that’s really good. I just make my own.

Excellent service, early in the morning, can be hard to come by. Delicious, perfectly prepared food, even more difficult. The cafe employees were working so diligently, training employees, stocking the bread goods, and servicing each employee with an early morning smile. Why wouldnt they be chipper? They probably ate the same delicious food we were about to experience. The manager took my order, and filled my bag, while engaging me with entertaining conversation. My sandwich of choice was hot, and perfect in every way! Guess where Im going tomorrow?

The Panera at the Crossings at Corona is on par with other Panera locations. Its clean, the food is the standard Panera menu, and the service is good. The location is easy to access and there are rarely any issues with finding parking. The layout is a little odd with some slightly cramped walkways between the walls dividing the seating area from the counters, but the primary issue may be that people are not paying attention to whats going on around them and seem to think that they dont need to stay to one side of the walkway in order for everyone to get by. I think thats more a quality of the Corona and larger Inland Empire area than Panera, though.

One of my favorite places to eat on the few occations I eat out. Love the Asiago Roast Beef sandwich with extra horseradish sauce. YUM!! And of douse I have to get a cookie. I have a small service dog, and it has never been an issue as with some other places, I never feel rushed in and out, I can sit, relax and enjoy my food. Clean place with fresh food and friendly staff at good prices. It has it all and then some.

I have to say Im disappointed with Panera today... Usually its decent food, but today I think they forgot to put the almonds in the chicken salad, so they just threw some almonds in the sandwich. They changed the chili recipe. I was craving chili and the last few times I had it here, it was nice and thick, this time it was really runny and had new stuff in it Im not a fan of, like garbanzo beans. I could get over the beans and runniness, if it tasted good, but it just tastes like nothing. And to top it all off, the butter package were faulty. Usually a corner is cut so you can grab it and pull off the top, but none of them had that..

If you like runny eggs, go to Panera for breakfast. I ordered a steak and egg bagel sandwich and asked for over medium egg. Well, they got attitude with me and said we can’t do that.. it’s against their policy. So the suggested scrambled eggs which were super watery because they use fake liquid eggs and not fresh cracked eggs. So then I got over easy and it was barely cooked not even technically over easy. Was almost raw... disgusting and they were rude and condescending about it. Never again.

We tend to go at night and we dont go very often because Ive noticed the night crew hates being there which is totally understandable, no one wants to work late in the night but its also a cause for concern because those type of people dont really care about the consequences of their actions. Like chewing off their fingernail and putting it in our salad. Im generally proper when talking to people, so, Im not sure what triggered their action. But I wont be eating at this particular Panera anymore. If youd like the picture of the fingernail or even the nail itself, I have it in a sandwich bag for you guys. Disgusting.Update: I went in yesterday and the whole time the manager was making excuses instead of just apologizing. And instead of refunding the whole reciept, she only refunded my salads which Ill let you know I never finished my meal and drink because the fingernail made me lose my appetite. I know that every Panera is supposed to be exactly the same but this one, seems to have it all going for it. Every time I go in there, regardless of how long the line is or how crowded the place may seem, the wait time is no longer than 5 or 6 minutes and the staff are always friendly. The one time I had an order wrong, it was fixed no problems. Will continue to back!

Employees are knowledgable about their menu items but when I asked about the three things they dedicated themselves to up on the wall, they didnt really know what I was talking about - but they did go find out and get back to me with an answer. Im a fan of Panera Bread overall. If youre not familiar with the chain, its basically a soup/salad/sandwich cafe. My one complaint about this particular location is that its almost always busy. I like being able to take my time and enjoy the atmosphere and free wifi of the cafe, so when its really crowded I feel guilty if I stay too long. The one in Riverside isnt usually as crowded.

This is a nice Pannera which is fairly busy most all the time. The staff is fairly friendly and the service is quick. There is tons of parking really close. They are usually on top of things but sometimes stuff may slip through the cracks.I have had a few issues here while going with friends/family. The main one I had was when someone I knew made a request to get a certain type of cheese on their salad. At all locations normally this goes perfectly fine and we get the order exactly how we order it. They are severely allergic to the one put on the salad normally (anaphylactic reaction bad). The workers at Pannera made the claim the cheese is the exact same but when you get down to it, it is not. The one normally on the salad has a chance of having a filler which Pannera has no control over and the person I know is allergic to. The other one (Grated Asiago) comes from a block of cheese and is therefore pure cheese. In the end the problem was solved by them offering a refund, we originally asked for the salad to be remade but the worker serving the food did not want to.

Just finished eating with my daughter, spent about fifty dollars. Lost my daughter. Left my cell phone at home. I walked all around the parking lot in the dark looking for her car, couldnt find it.
