This black gentleman wearing a cap, behind the kitchen counter, just yanked the cup out of my hand. Even with someone else’s name on it, relax, chill out. Im also a Sip Club member, take it easy! The supervisor lady had a long day written all over her face too, and its only mid-morning. Its okay to smile and add some oomph to your own morning drink. Understand that these days have been warm, your long faces dont help!

Delicious as always. The bread, the soups, the salads, pastries. The place is clean, good WiFi and the employees are very nice and polite.

The food was good. The food was overpriced. The place wasnt very clean there. The restroom was nasty dirty. The floor wasnt very clean. The neighborhood is good. The parking lot was okay. The service was okay. I did not wait too long in line.💰💳🍴🍮

Last evening 1/1/23 we ordered soup and sandwiches for dinner. Unfortunately it was a terrible experience. In the tomato soup was a hair 4 inches long! It totally of course ruined our meal. I called manager to express my concern. Manager stated kitchen workers do not wear hair nets only a hat! I will no longer purchase food from this particular store. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else! Always check your food!

I don’t know what’s going here in California with panera but you guy’s did not deliver on customer service and bagels and cream cheese I can’t believe this is how you guys do the legendary bagels a total let down. I got a “jalapeño bagel” where’s the jalapeños? There was no flavor or smell of jalapeño these bagels need attention. And you guy’s ask for tips at the register for what? We put our own cream cheese on the bagels 🧐 if you guy’s had service like Einstein bagels then absolutely am tipping, cream cheese cups? C’mon 🤦🏽 I paid for extra cream cheese and only got 1 1oz 2oz cheese cup . Honestly stop being corporate for a day and focus on customer service and food quality. Register lady was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu.

We ordered as usual, being greated by Jacob (very friendly) we placed order with him then got our drinks and sat down. Very short wait to get our food, all adjustments to our order was correct. But when I pulled the top half off of my steak white cheddar sandwich I was in shock 😲 how little meat was on this $8.00 sandwich. So I went up to the counter and spoke to Cheyenne. She did show me the company standards (RESPECTFULLY) on the amount of meat that they are to put in it but told me she was going to make me another one. As well as bring it out to me. She did just that! Best customer service in a very long time.To the management staff, we use to eat here before covid 3-4 times a month. During covid customer service went down hill and stopped going. We have recently started going back (3rd time this month) thank you for having your staff at 110% again. Thank you for having them respect the customer and just did the right thing 👍🏻. We will be back.Wish I would have had the forethought to take pictures but I ate it all.

Unlike every other Panera Ive been to that provides real milk, this Panera only provides two bottles of half-half and one bottle of almond milk in the self-service counter. I have to ask for real milk literally every time when I buy a cup of coffee. Whats the point of order online beforehand but then wait in the line to ask for milk? Also there was a time the staff was unwilling to give me real milk and insisted half-half and almond milk were only what they could offer, until I asked for manager... unbelievable

I have been going to Paneras in Upland on a regular basis for a year now. I have the sipper club program. I enjoy a cup of coffee and breakfast just about each day. Amy who works there on several days really stands out. She gives me a friendly greeting each time I am in there. She helps all the customers and her fellow workers. When I see Amy in the morning I get treated like family.

I went to Panera to buy a turkey sandwich, I always ask for extra pickles the young man who prepares my sandwich name is Cody and he never gives me extra pickles this morning I checked my sandwich in my car and notice he gave me less than a half of pickle when I went back inside and showed him he gave me another pickle, but he through it at me when I ask his name he didnt say anything another young man told me is name was Cody I am an African American women and Cody is a white male.

Though the food is technically fine, the prices and portion size is ridiculous whatever priced way under portioned. I dont know what it is about Panera breads and finding hair in our food but it seems like whenever we go to a Panera bread in any state Ive ever been to Ill find hair in the food at some point. This salad I ordered was with extra chicken I would call normal amount of chicken and its supposed to be a half salad that cost $10. I would expect to pay $4 for this amount and what this is
