I frequent this Panera throughout the week as Im a member of their unlimited Sip Club, which let me say is well worth it! The staff is always cheerfully and friendly when I stop by in the morning. The restaurant is clean and quite spacious with both indoor and outdoor covered seating. Food is generally out quickly depending the time of day you visit. Their drive thru line moves quite well also. Its a good choice for a morning coffee, quick lunch or to take home dinner!

This Panera Bread location has a warm and inviting atmosphere, friendly staff, and an extensive coffee menu with delicious options. The hazelnut coffee is especially noteworthy, bold and flavorful with a perfect hazelnut complement. Fresh bakery items are also available, making it a great spot for breakfast or lunch. 14 bucks for half a sandwich and an ice tea. I stopped by here to do a bit of work with dinner. The sandwich was okay not great. All the tables were dirty, I had to clean mine. The wifi here was painfully slow. Standard web pages like Google took minutes to load. Any video like YouTube forget it. Remote into the office, not gonna happen. There was only one other person there eating so its not like the network was congested. For advertising high-speed wifi 😑.

Ordered via the app for drive thru pick up. What they dont say on the app is that you have to wait for all the typical drive thru orders, so ordering online doesnt save any time at all. At the speaker, my order was confirmed, and I waited about 15-20 minutes for so the other cars to go through. By the time I reached the window, no one cant to the window for another 5 minutes (my food should have been already made by then), and then asked me to pay for my meal a second time. Once they figured out that I didnt need to pay, I waited another 5 minutes for them to search for my order. Upon arriving home, I discovered that an entire sandwich was missing from my order. Was hoping for a convenient meal in a busy day, and it was so much more trouble than it was worth.

Found a produce sticker on my sandwich, Manager on duty (didn’t get her name) did amazing at fixing the issue. Gave us drinks and pastries. Remade both sandwiches as well. The kitchen may need some work but mistakes like this happen sometimes. Manager did a great job and apologized!

These people are HORRIBLE at putting attention to detail to modified orders. This is the SECOND TIME that they FORGET to include addition to my order, yet happily charge me for it. These employees all need training into PUTTING ATTENTION to all drive-thru orders. This was NOT a Mobile Order. Put a fork for both next time too.

I had a very good experience here. Staff was helpful and on point. the food - chicken teriyaki bowl and Greek salad - was delicious. I like their beverages, too. Had the unsweetened tea, very good. I ordered a cappuccino and must say that it was really good, too. All in all, good meal!

PASS ON THIS PLACE! We stopped at this Panera on our road trip. It was conveniently located just off the freeway and the bathrooms were clean. These are the only two positive things I can share. We placed our takeaway order and then proceeded to wait for over 20 minutes for our food. We finally got our order and left. Once in the car we realized our order was missing utensils and an entire side order of tomato and cucumber salad. The grilled signature chicken sandwich was cold. The chipotle chicken avocado sandwich was luke warm. The steak and white cheddar sandwich was also cold, yet the cheese was melted. All these sandwiches were supposed to be hot. I called and ask for a refund but was told I had to come back in person. I asked to speak with a manager and was told they were too busy and would need to call me back. I left my name and phone number but never received a call back. What a rip off! Paid for cold food and food I didnt even receive!

So today I decided to pair a Chipotle chicken avocado melt (which is light but enough to fill you up) with a Caramel cold brew. Let me tell you, I was really pleased and surprised how good the cold brew was. Highly recommend next time you decide to grab a bite. Also a chocolate croissant hiding in the bad 🙃

My first time trying Panera Bread since my spouse loves it. His sandwich was great. Mine, not even close. I ordered the Smokey “Buffalo” Chicken Melt with NO ONIONS. I’m allergic. It had onions. The “BBQ” sauce tasted like Tabasco sauce out of a bottle. The cheese was burned to a very dark brown crisp. Yes, it tasted very burned. I found a little bit of finely shredded chicken hidden in the sauce. I did eat the edge of the toasted bread, which was good. Too bad that’s all I could eat. Thanks goes to the preparer for order #306885 at 12:21pm, 4/4/23, cashier Justin. I’ll give Panders another try as I believe in second chances.

Always very good food but at higher prices than some comparable places. We ordered the pick twos which is a good option but the price with drinks was almost $30. The restaurant was very full at 12:50 and we took the only table for two next to six teenages who became very noisy.As we entered we were given a promotion because Panera is beginning local delivery and were given a coupon.

I usually like to give chain restaurants a chance but this was plain off awful. I went by and tried their Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich and cream of chicken & wild rice soup.I also had the broccoli cheddar soup in the bread bowl in which didnt have much of it inside. I even went to get the food as soon as it came out but the soup and bread were cold, it has definitely been sitting out all day. Then I went to a staff member about the issue and stated they couldnt do anything but if I wanted to I could microwave it. The bread is hard to bite and dry, the food has no flavor and tastes refrigerated. Save your time and money it is not worth it.

Salad tasted and smelled like the pre-bagged salad at the store and I had to pick out the bad pieces. I don’t think the chicken on my salad was fresh grilled either. I like the broccoli cheddar soup and bread. Very disappointed with the packaging, too much plastic. They need to switch to biodegradable packaging.

Palm Desert location. Closed their dining room because under staffed we were told. I counted 8 employees. This is a restaurant where you order at a counter, pick up your food and bus your own table. This location we will not be visiting again. Outdoor patio dinning was offered in 95plus degree weather.

This Panera and the people here do not focus on quality. They are too busy. Yet we as the customers pay their bills. I know fine dining, hospitality, casual dining, fast food, and everything in between. This place needs help. I took my baby in here after having a bad experience at Pho Vu down the street! Thinking this would be better. The service is terrible. The lady who took my order at the front should not be working there, or offered some severe training to up her effectiveness there. A robot could have done better. She was like talking to a wall. I had to pry information out of her about what my options were when it came to ordering sides. It was literally painful to order. And what happened to them taking food to your table? You have to go get it yourself? I asked for a side of bread to go with my You pick two; she corrected me nonchalantly French baguette. Yes, chick, bread. I want the bread. I asked for a sliced apple for my sons side for his Mac n cheese and she said she could ask but took a big huff (breath) in and acted like it was a big deal. I told her the last panera did it for me so he wont choke. She said shed ask. (Ask?) Cut the damn apple! Lol! Or are you going to hand me a steak knife to do it? What happened to service? After my order I go to find a table in the corner, which ALL OF THEM ARE DIRTY. INCLUDING THE CHAIRS. I ask the lady at the food making counter to please have someone clean a SPECIFIC table for me. She asks me to sit somewhere else. I tell her all of the tables are dirty. I wait nearly five minutes with a diaper bag, a purse, and a baby in my hand after grabbing my own high chair and standing by the specific table I want. Standing. Standing. Standing. No one comes. The same chick who was at the front who took my order walked right past me to the patio doing nothing, wandering. I go back to the food counter and ask about the table to be cleaned. She says she sent the girl but they are busy and understaffed. I told her I understand, BUT my time is valuable too, its been at least 5 minutes, and I have a burden in my hands! (Still holding baby, big diaper bag backpack, purse, and no where to sit without getting my butt dirty) Finally someone comes to wipe down the table and the booth and I can sit with my baby and sit my stuff down. When our order comes up soon after, the apple is not sliced. I dont want excuses, I want better service. Compassion. Empathy. BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Basic intelligence? Artificial intelligence? I mean, jeezus.

I have placed catering orders for anywhere from 12 to 75 people through Panera at least 6 times over the last 4 months. Every order has had issues and is missing ordered items. On the last order, i ordered and paid for 26 cookies, but got 12. I ordered 24 sandwiches, but got 22. I ordered the sandwiches cut in halves...a bunch of the halves had basically no meat on them ) others had lots, so it may be how they cut them...but still, I was embarassed to serve them to my clients and gots of complaints). Ive tried talking to them about the issues and to give them another chance, but its getting worse, not better. Look elsewhere for your sandwich catering.

People need to chill out on the “my order was wrong” you’re not eating at a 5star restaurant. Nice staff only reason for 3 stars is they are inconsistent when it comes to time . I order an iced tea before work atleast 3 times a week and it takes them about 10 mins to get that ready. Other than that it’s a nice location.

Bathrooms met all expectations and so did the restraint although I cannot speak for the kitchen all food looked and tasted as you would expect. Nothing off but nothing special. I love me some Panera!! They dont give you a ton of food that will end up going in the trash. Its the only place where I can actually finish my plate. The broccoli and cheese soup is always good and they never drown my salad in dressing. Their bagels are delicious and so is their sourdough bread. My one and only complaint is it is rather pricey for just soup and salad.

People don’t give enough credit to those who work in the food industry especially during this pandemic and the fact there’s so many rude people who take this for granted is baffling. They’re not perfect but they try and they try very hard. If there is an issue then address it in a calm civilized manor. We don’t know what goes on in their personal lives. They’re going to work and trying to make a living during these hard times, having to deal with rudeness and pettiness of certain customers is just not fair and completely unnecessary.

This location was okay but, not as nice as La Quinta! Seating set up terrible. The brocolli cheese soup was more liquidy then having broccoli pieces. Awful!! The sandwich was not good either that I took home for someone. Not sure if they were having a bad cooking day for take out. Overall, I love Panera. This facility has been hit and miss. The reason for frequency is the drive through but when the order is messed up and I spend more time driving to pick up my replacement food, I expect more than a sorry, look at the bottom of the receipt all we can do is give you a pastry. Im thoroughly disappointed with the way it was handled by the manager on duty Roxeanne. Her lack of professionalism is probably why the window can forget something as big as a half sandwich and something as minor as the straws to our drinks.Next time Ill go to the Panera on 111 in La quinta, they at least provide a smile when correcting an order.

Had a very bad experience, did not receive what I ordered. I ordered a panini did not get that, they gave me a toasted French sandwich roll. My order was a special and they then asked if I wanted more bread for a side? Really!!!! Asked the manager why they did not do the panini, he came back with the same thing that was on my plate. Worst customer service I have ever seen here in the desert. So bad that I have excluded this company from my budget entirely.First, Ive had a catering account for a few years. I was told several months ago that I had to have a separate panera card from the catering account for smaller purchases. I opened it, but could not register it because I had a catering account. I tried getting help from a few stores as well as online. Nothing. Wasted time, useless effort. They dont care.Second, I received bonus cards for several hundred in gift cards I bought during the holidays. I was told I couldnt use them until Jan 17. When I tried to use them on the 24th, I was told they expired on the 23rd and would not be honored.That was it, Im done with them. I will take my business to an establishment that appreciates it and will probably save money too.

It has a drive through which is great for the hotter than hell temperature in this area. People working here are quite helpful but not that friendly. Maybe its just me but I sensed that they really dont want to be there.

They are lucky they are getting a three star. When I went to Panera Bread for a breakfast bagel, I asked for cream cheese, can you believe they didnt have any. They had to place an order to their district mgmt. but they failed to tell you that until you placed an order and paid for it...I told them to go to a store in the area and they said that anybody elses cream cheese was not PURE...right...

I was informed I was eligible for $5 off my order by using your kiosk. So I did that. No $5 off because apparently the software has the rewards at tge bottom. Then a staff person told me the discount was if I used my cell or laptop.I dont have time to play your companys games. I am done with Panera!

Always out of items.I’ve been to at least a dozen Panera’s around the country, I always order soufflés and at most locations I can get one any time of the day. This place is always out after 10. Sucks, I don’t eat breakfast, but I like a soufflé for lunch, today was the third and final time I go there to be disappointed. Maybe if your selling out of something, you should bake more and sell more.

If I could rate it no stars I would. We waited 30 to 40 minutes for an old sandwich that wasnt even warm. I had a chipotle chicken advacado melt, and my first impression on Panera Bread is barely edible. I could taste that my toasted bread was done last night and tasted of plastic. The chickens taste was clearly frozen: it was kept in a freezer so long you could taste it. The advacado was prepared in the morning and I purchased this in the afternoon. For a melt there was only one square inch of cheese, and it was bland. The lettuce was already wilted. In overall, the sandwich was mainly bland with flavors of the taste of chicken left in the freezer too long, and plastic flavored bread. I wouldnt be surprised if i get sick later today. If I wasnt in a hurry I wouldnt have eaten the sandwich at all, and would have complained at the store.

My thai chicken salad and turkey apple sandwich was excellent. However when we got home and opened the box to our caesar salad it was not even 1/3 full and only a little letuce and 2 croutons! It was only .40 cheaper than my thai chicken and i had a full box with lots of stuff on it plus chicken. Was too far to go back so i took a picture and called. Always open your boxes before you leave!!

This is a very new Panera Bread only open a couple of months. Their food is just as good as any other Panera always tasty and fresh the staff is friendly and they work very hard its a very busy place but they got the orders in and they do a great job.

I ordered the protein breakfast sandwich (egg white, spinach, avocado on a flat multigrain bagel...no cheese), which I order all the time at other paneras. This had almost no egg on it (I wish I would have taken a picture) and still had cheese. I took it back and they fixed it but should never had served it with next to no egg and cheese when the receipt clearly said no cheese. They have someone sign that they double checked it so....2 people let it through....law of pride in their jobs or just dont care???

One stars for the barey decent grilled cheese sandwich, but none for the white cheddar steak. The steak was cold and was marinated in wasabi. I strongly dislike wasabi, and it mentioned nowhere of the wasabi flavor. The cheese on the steak was bland and the bread was greasy. How do you make bread greasy with grill marks?? Never buying from any Panera Bread ever again.
