Panera Bread in Lake Elsinore

I love ordering the spinach and egg white with avocado for breakfast, but this time I asked to get the everything bagel versus the multi-grain flat. I gave it three stars for service because I miss when the food would be brought to your table. I also dont like that the vibration on the number square is too high. I also like ordering the Carmel iced Latte with extra caramel. Thank you to the individuals who did a good job preparing my breakfast. It does matter when kitchen prep take their time and care how to food is made.

The drive-through customer service is amazing.I ordered a tuna sandwich, broccoli soup and a psychiatrist.The first two they came through marvelously. The latter they laughed.What an incredible meal, I ate every bite and dont regret it. I will definitely go back and I highly recommend this restaurant.

Im not one to usually complain but the service was worth bringing to attention. I ordered an ice coffee and cinnamon roll. I received my ice coffee which didnt have the creamer I asked for. When asked to add creamer, the cashier gave an attitude and said she wasnt told it needed creamer. She gave it back with some creamer in but left me waiting for a minute for a straw. The attitude I was met with has deterred me from coming back. Poor customer service

Honestly this Panera probably has new management since I’ve last been here my experience was not the best so I stopped coming in but It’s completely changed with the service & food for the better. There was a Hispanic lady cleaning the windows on the doors and opened it for us and welcomed us in. The same lady walked around offering up bakery samples! It was a great experience overall my only complaint was that the lemonade refreshers were all too sweet I needed to dilute it with water

My wife loves this place but for me its hit and miss. The steak and cheese sandwich with the horseradish, or whatever it is is a winner. The rest I could do with or without. It does not have that artesian sandwich shop/deli that it did when it first opened. Oh and the flatbread isnt all that, the crust is always soggy. Good luck .

My sandwich was not right the last two times. However I went back to fix the one I ordered for lunch and the opening Manager was great and fixed it. That is what great service is about. Its not about things being always right it how people handle things when they are wrong. Ill keep going back for good food but the better service.

We eat there often, especially because everyone that works there is exceptional and the food and portions are great. The fellow that was working there in the evening of 3/30 was amazing and did all to see we were given great customer care. Thanks!

Mia was super nice and friendly to my fiance and I she made a positive experience for us and cleaned up out plates when we were done she was overall a great experience to our visit

Love the Napa almond chicken salad sandwich, and it pairs well with a custom Fuji apple salad! Yum! I like how they allow substitutes within each category. I would otherwise have never discovered the salad!
