Panera Bread in Yuba City

You know for a place that charges so much for their food you would think they would hire more friendly, professional people... Im waiting for my lunch and I hear this lady (asked someone her name.. Im hard of hearing so its Toga, Tova, or Tora something like that) just completely being so rude to the staff there... That makes me so angry when a person of higher power doesnt know how to conduct themselves in a professional manner!!! So no matter how good the food is if the environment is hostile and disgusting because of a single persons actions... It makes one not want to go there!!!

The staff was super cheerful and kind. Always enjoy the coffee!The setting was perfect to work from my laptop for a few hours. The music was low, the temperature comfortable. Very clean!I tried to work from Starbucks on a different day and the music was so horribly loud. I would choose Panera over and over before I would ever go to the Starbucks again.

I go to Panera almost everyday. Today I was in the drive-thru for 15 minutes. That normally wouldnt be a big deal but, there was only one car in front of me. I dont know if they were chatting or if the lady was being difficult or what. Theres no reason it should take 15 minutes to get adrink when there is only one car in front of you. Then when I got up to the window the girl was super dismissive she said my order was $30. I said I only have a drink. I feel like they should have acknowledged the wait. I understand if you have a difficult customer or if something happened thats fine but acknowledge it instead of being dismissive. Panera you left the very bad taste in my mouth. Makes me reconsider my sips club.My experiences at Panera have gotten better. So I decided update my review. I definitely would recommend the sips club.

The place was very clean and well maintained. The service staff was very polite and helpful. The meal portion was small but filling. The chicken fruit salad was fresh, both of the soup portions were tasty, and the bread was soft and crispy. We both enjoyed our light and healthy lunch here.

Late supper of soup and bread after a long drive from the central coast. Caught them right at closing time and staff was ready to go home. Nothing worse than vacuum cleaners making noise and throwing dust around while you are trying to enjoy your meal. No customer focus at all!!

French baguette was flat and hard I could barely bite through it, they didn’t have the ciabatta bread which i was not informed of until after i ordered. overall was a rough experience.

Except for the meat it was very good. Love the broccoli cheddar! Staff are very nice

Update: Gone here a few times and they either are out of bread, dont have what we order and They make their bread but havent got the average down of how much to make.Yet to have my full order and still hasn’t earned a full 5 stars...and its my 4th visit!!!Raspberry Thumbprint cookie - really goodFrontega chkn panini - goodPrickly pear Hibiscus- Not Good!Chips - ok

They told us as soon as we walked in at 8:29 that they were only doing take out. We then waited 21 minutes for a soup and salad while listening to the staff giggling in the kitchen. If you want to be out the door by 9 then just change your hours. What a joke of an experience.

Absolutely great food as always Id recommend Panera any day to anyone :) We also brought our Service dog and there was no problems with our dog being in the restaurant
