Panera has delicious food that somehow makes it seem healthier. A lot of it is made with fresh ingredients for a better taste. I think they would see a greater influx of customers if they would just lower their prices a bit. I am also reluctant to buy bagels there because they are usually as hard as hockey pucks the next day.

Came in before the lunch rush and got our food pretty quickly. My first time coming to this location and it was clean and the service was good. I got the duet with the grilled cheese and tomato soup, my wife got a grilled chicken chipotle sandwich and Asian chicken salad. Haven’t had Panera in a while so it was nice to be able to come back to a good experience!

Are the bowls supposed look like this? My bowl looks like it was rinsed and reused. I noticed the bowl when my wife made a comment about it. Now Im hoping I do not grt sick. I worked in a restuarant years ago, I know you can get the bowls cleaner then this, orjust switch to paper bowls. Last time we are coming here.

All these years and I never been in here to eat! Had the bagels at work but never a meal. Boy I regret it! had it today for the first time, a chicken, Chipotle and 🥑 on probably the softess bread that melted in my mouth along with some type of chile soup very tasty as well. Washed it down with a Mango freshing water. I have found a new spot for a health meal.😋😋

I went here October 30th ordered the Mediterranean bowl it was the most disgusting item Ive ever had from here I took 2 bites and threw the entire dish in the trash after spending almost 14.00 on a meal that was unpleasant the rice was not even hot the chicken was not hot either and my order had maybe 4 very small pieces of chicken in it an employee saw me throw my food away and when I told her I didnt like it at all that it was not good at all her response to me was Im sorry so I then came home wrote corporate office about my experience only to get not much of a response just a case number but nothing after that so I think Im going to cancel my sips account after this month and never patronize panera again since nothing has been done after contacting them via email

I usually love Panera but this one should be shut down. How does a Panera have no bread or and just a couple baked goods for sale when they are supposed to be open for 4 more hours??? Sorry no baguettes to accompany the soup. No breads available. And then the restrooms are completely trashed. Obviously the employees aren’t too concerned with the presentation of this place on the inside. No toilet paper in the only stall not flooded. Soup was served at room temperature.

Drive thru was over 30 minute wait! Not only that by 730pm they were out of a lot of the menu items. When closing is at 10pm they should be better prepared. Not returning.

Updated review: last time i was here i gave Panera a 5 star review - now it’s only 2 ! What happened?? The tables are dirty - service was slow- and they don’t bring the food to the tables anymore! I can’t believe there has been such a change! Really sad about my experience here. Next time I’ll do the drive throughPrevious review from last year:I frequent this Panera and have used both the drive through and also dine in. Fast casual yet still cozy. The workers generally are courteous and the service is quick. Plenty of options as far as mobile ordering as well as use of their tablets for ordering.

Always good food, today I dropped my bread accidently and they were nice enough to replace my bear claw, was truly thankful, thank you panera! This is why I always come here! You guys are the top Dawgs!
