Someone isn’t doing their job! Feel like a broken record writing reviews for these restaurants! Thank you for the expired fruit cup! Fruit looks a little run down and for $4.29 seems like the cup should have a little more fruit in it! No shame these days at ANY restaurant! Quality and good service is a thing of the past people! The Chipotle chicken avocado melt is pretty good this time though!

I love Panera and on average eat there twice a week but this North Freeway location has issues. This visit I had a 25 minute wait, last week it was 30 minutes. Today I ordered a warm bowl and got a cold bowl and the portion looked like it was for a child…smh

Easy to find from I-80. There weren’t a lot of people there during my visit. It seemed to take a while to get my food. There was only 1 team member working to fulfill the orders. Everyone was nice.

Great, clean place. Food is good as usual. Very clean and spacious place. Visited on a weekday evening, lines were almost none existing, service was really fast and accurate. Our food was ready rather quickly. This is the first Panera we visit were there no table service. We had to pick up our order from the window instead of being brought to our table. It felt weird. Place was amazingly big, clean and very well set up. Service was friendly and great.

I come here to study and have either breakfast or lunch. The ambience is nice, I love their souffles, their charged beverages are all very good and refreshing with caffeine. I love their broccoli and cheddar soup. Staff is very friendly, bathrooms are clean and the wait time is just right.

I hate to give this place a not so great review, but.. The wait for food was way too long considering they were not crowded. The CSR that took our order was confused about how to use our electronic gift card. The restroom was filthy, and our order was wrong. I will say they had an off day..☹️

When you order to go, they throw all the bread loose in the bag. Guaranteed stale bread mess all over your bag. The sandwiches are always covered in grease and put together super sloppy. This place sucks and lacks flavor. I have zero clue how anyone could give this more than 1 star. And 1 is too much. They also dont mark what disgusting sloppy sandwich is which.

I arrived at this location for a quick coffee pick me up. It was a great experience, there is ample free parking... when I entered the restaurant it was spacious and very clean. The self service kiosk was a breeze to use. Every coffee was available but I got a hazelnut 👍👍 will be back soon.. thanks for the great experience

The food is typically pretty good. Its been a long time since Ive had a bad meal there. The only potential issue could be the cleanliness of the tables. I dont think they have enough people to clean tables quickly enough so the store can look dishevelled at times. But if you ask, theyll clean it!

We spent too much time at the kiosks trying to pay, only to give up and go to the counter. When we did, the cashier told us oh, they never work. Why would you watch a customer obviously struggle without telling them the kiosks dont work? Then, after my wife got her sandwich, the avocado was mostly turned. See the picture. We ordered using the kiosk for a to-go order of one salad and one sandwich. We waited over 45 minutes for our order to be ready. And then after we left, I realized they didnt give me any salad dressing for the salad. My husband tried to talk to the manager about the long wait and he said we are just busy with no apology. We also heard them quoting customers it was only 20 minutes to wait. Also, I didnt want to give them my email address, so I have no receipt as recourse to complain to corporate. Wont go back to this place again.

I come to this location frequently as I work nearby. The food is great and the team is exceptional. I only have one concern. I ordered lunch for me and two of my co-workers. I ordered 3 large drinks. Upon pick up I requested a drink carrier. While entering my car, one of my lemonades fell out of the carrier spilling all over my drivers seat. I went back inside to refill the drink. I placed it back in the carrier and placed the carrier on my passenger seat and again all of my drinks fell out of the drink carrier. I returned into the store to request another drink carrier and was advised by an employee that 2 carriers is more ideal as they are flimsy and will still cause large drinks to fall over, regardless off having one or two carriers. I have waisted my lunch time trying to refill my coworkers beverage and clean my car so that I did not have to drive back to work sitting in lemonade which was the case anyways. I am confused as to why Panera offers drink carriers that does not hold the beverages. I am infuriated that my car is soaked with lemonade and that I had to return to work with my behind soaked. I hope that you guys correct the design of your drink carriers.

This particular Panera Bread was at the top of my list for lunch when I worked in the Natomas area. This time, though, pretty disappointing. The woman who took my order seemed confused and kept asking me to repeat. She didnt appear to understand how to enter my loyalty phone number. She asked me if my order was for dine-in or to-go. I clearly said dine-in each of the at least 3 times she asked. It took about 30 minutes for my order to be called and it was packaged to-go. I was a bit surprised and said that the order was for dine-in. The response I got was that it was entered in as a to-go order. I shook my head and took the bag. As I turned away from the counter, the woman there asked if I wanted a plate. Her tone was on the condescending side and I declined. Id ordered soup, but the portion in the to-go container sure seemed a lot less than what Id gotten in the dine-in cup on previous visits. I also ordered two chocolate chip cookies for my grandkids for later. They were either not fresh or over-baked. Definitely not up to Panera standards as Ive seen previously. I hope this was just a one-off experience because this location has always been pretty top notch. Disappointing all around on this trip.

Ive been to many panera breads across multiple states. Every time they put so much meat on my sandwich that it cant be contained and falls off the sandwhich. At this location, they skimmped hard core! My sandwich was mostly bread... Im not going back to this location.

Ive been to enough Panera Bread locations to justify their sandwiches, soups, and salads. And considering they have been good but not great tells me they have been middle of the totem pole when it comes to their food, quality, and service. They are high above fast food but definitely not gourmet dining by any means. The location I am reviewing is their North Natomas restaurant.Located at The Promenade at Sacramento Gateway outdoor shopping center, this particular Panera Bread has been in business dating back to the mid-2000s. Since then, a ton of businesses have opened in the surrounding areas as it is a very high volume retail and restaurant hub for patrons residing in the North Natomas neighborhood of Sacramento. The easiest way to find this Panera is that it shares the same parking lot as anchor stores Target, Barnes & Noble, and Old Navy. During my visit which was the afternoon of Sunday 5/8/2022, there was ample parking and very little customers since I arrived around 3:15pm.Since I was fairly hungry, I ended up ordering the You Pick Two. This consisted of 1/2 sandwich, 1/2 salad, and a side. I went with their Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich, a Strawberry Poppyseed salad, and an apple as my side of choice. As many people know, the inside of Panera Bread is cozy, inviting, and spacious. This location has a fireplace, fast Wi-Fi, a wide selection of teas, a self-serve fountain drink station, and lots of seating including booths and tables.After ordering, you are given a buzzer when your food is ready. My entire combo lunch only took about 6 minutes from the time I ordered until I got my food. Overall, my sandwich was delicious but they put more BBQ sauce, onions, and cheese than actual chicken inside. No biggie but it was still quite good. I definitely loved the salad as they gave me a very sizable amount. Fresh strawberries, mandarin oranges, blueberries, and toasted pecans really made this salad sweet, crunchy, and savory.Again, having gone here enough lets you know what to expect. I havent had a bad meal in my 3 dozen visits at their various locations. Their bread is a winner here as I love the freshness and quality. Prices are on the higher end of the spectrum as many delis charge less for more food. Of course with the rapid increase in food prices (as of 2022), this is something we are expecting much more, especially at chain restaurants. With that said and done, I am giving the Natomas Panera Bread a respectable four-star rating.

The service at this location has unfortunately gone been lowered. I had to wait 25 minutes for 4 toasted bagels. I stood and waited while watching 3 employees just stand around when one of them could have clearly just put the bagels in the toasted. My first experience here was AMAZING. But after that, it slowly went downhill. The cashiers (most not all) either dont listen or dont care. Two days in a row Ive gotten something ordered incorrectly through no fault of my own. And the second reason is because theyre not really paying attention when they make sandwiches. They end up messy. And if you order the overeasy eggs, they definitely dont make sure theyre over easy. Its annoying. And honestly really disappointing. The day had me convinced I would keep coming back. After these last two, Im not sure.

No problems with customer service, the person who helped me was great. However, I ordered a grilled cheese to go. When I arrived at my location to eat it I was really disappointed. Grilled cheese is pretty simple, but it seemed like they just put cheese in the bread and placed it in the microwave so it would warm up. It doesnt seemed grilled and its just plain bread and cheese. I came here because I had a gift card, since I rarely go to Panera Bread locations. However, if I do go back I will never order a grilled cheese. Suggestion: never order one.

It’s great food you feel good about eating. The cookies are like $4-$5 each! I thought that was a bit over priced but I have to say, totally worth every penny. Amazing cookies! The Bacon Mac and Cheese is a bit too rich for my liking. The first few bites where delicious but that was about all I ended up wanting. I split a half portion and still couldn’t finish it. It feels like home cooked food, not a chain.

The sandwich was very good, the soup was wonderful!!! Its a perfect amount & the flavors I would love the soup recipe 😋 My friend also had pick 2 & chicken noodle soup but I forget what her sandwich was, sorry. She was very happy with hers as well.I have some advice; we sat by the exit door & not one single person was able to open it at first try......even an employee opps 😔 What I believe is called for; a simple note on the door itself TO EXIT PLEASE PUSH BAR IN THE MIDDLE TO OPEN EASILY Sorry I kind of notice these things 😉 it was a delicious lunch informative & courteous staff & excellent food! I know it cant be helped when customers dont know what they want but workers standing around talking should man a register. Love this Panera! Usually order online for fast pick-up especially during high peak times such as lunch & dinner hours. Their rewards program is great if you eat at Panera often youll get free pastries, discounts on drinks, etc. Whenever Ive returned home to find something isnt exactly right with my order (forgot an extra salad dressing for instance) Ive emailed customer service & they always make things right. Even got a free replacement of the missing item with a Panera gift card. Just a great restaurant for a quick, healthy & hearty meal.

If youve never tried a Panera, you need to. Perfect meeting place for small groups, early and late. Comfortable seating environment with free WiFi. If youre in a hurry, you can use the App. If you have a large group, they will cater and/or deliver. I have spent hundreds of hours alone at a Panera studying, working, and meeting.

Recommend Panera off Howe Ave for delicious sandwiches.
