Going to Panera Bread was an enjoyable experience. The reason I only gave four stars was because of the slow service. For a place like Panera Bread, you gotta up it a little bit, especially when it wasnt that crowded. The restaurant itself is very beautiful inside, with paintings and plenty of tables on booths for the customer. Finally, the food was so good. I got the Spicy Take Chicken Sandwich, and it was so good. It was definitely better than the chicken sandwich at McDonalds and KFC. The agave lemonade paired perfect with the chicken sandwich. I would definitely go back here and get the same meal. So good.

This chain bakery and restaurant stands strong in the midst of multiple new cafe openings. I love their salad and sandwich combos as well as their bagels and cream cheese . They also customize breakfast sandwiches so it’s a win win for breakfast.

This is a nice Panera Bread. Its clean and the staff is friendly. I love their Smokehouse BBQ Sandwich $9.49 and I love that it comes with chips. They offer many specials and promo codes for saving money with easy online ordering and fast pickup. A nice place to grab lunch and hang out.

Ive been going to Panera Bread for years. I did another review on this Panera Bread location back in Nov. 2019 and theyre still messing things up. The item I ordered yesterday is something Ive ordered many times, the Turkey/Avocado sandwich and I know how its supposed to taste. At the Pasadena, CA location, they gave me my sandwich and with my first bite I realized it wasnt made right. It had no mayonnaise and basically no avocado (picture attached). I was told they had new staff. Thats fine but train them properly before having them make the sandwich. I asked that the staff be shown the sandwich and talked to so that they could do it right the next time but the staff I talked to never talked to the sandwich makers and so they continued to make sandwiches wrong.When I asked for a manager, I was told that the staff are all on the same level and that there isnt really a manager; that I could talk to any of them. Ive never heard anything so ridiculous. I wasnt told this by one person, there were three staff people standing there in the sandwich making area saying the same thing. Doesnt Panera have a manager watching the staff to make sure they do their job, make proper sandwiches, and take care of customer service?! I used to go here regularly but Im done. There have been too many mistakes with sandwiches because their staff isnt properly trained or supervised and so I wont be back.

I have signed up for the panera+ unlimited coffee membership for 8.99$ a month. This is my go-to place for coffee, i try to go there almost everyday, I wish this store was right next to my place so that i could save 20mins drive everyday 😀Now that we are almost back to being normal human beings (post pandemic phase), they started self service for coffee and i love it 😍Theyve got good food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well. Overall a great place to chill.

Yall know I be loving ALLLLL up on some Panera Bread now, and ironically seem to bare some nonexistent responsibility of having an encounter/experience at any one of their locations that resembles the slightest deviation from whats otherwise—although seemingly threshold minimum for these vigilantes—always a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ good time.*Disclaimer: the only reason I gave 3 stars towards the atmosphere stems solely from the fact that this location is currently undergoing structural renovations which are a smidgen unsightly and kindly a bit awkward to navigate oneself around. But alas, once completed, Ill gladly modify this review to reflect on the improvements.

This particular location was a nice place but it is totally outdated. For some reason... maybe because of the good food and reasonable prices... It seems that it became almost a nursing home. His audience is mostly senior citizens, and also people in their 60+ working hours and hours on their computers. Everyone already knows each other there, its like a small community of neighbors, mostly senior citizens. It needs a makeover, music and nicer people who dont just tell you to order on the tablets, because they dont always work well and many of us still prefer to place our orders with a human being. That is modern but very restrictive.

Laid back Sunday crowd. Clean and tidy. Manager walked the floor to make sure work is done. Good job there. Food service was quick. However, there was a fly hanging around the soda fountain causing some concern. Standard food fair like other locations. However, surrounded by a number of free loaders soaking up wifi and power. Costs of business I guess.Post pandemic update just after the fireworks blew over.What pandemic??? Despite everyone here had a chance to vote for Nixon, ok, maybe Ford, back then, not beyond my own mask I saw another... Wow! The front of the store now on couple occasions I saw had became defacto staging area for large orders. The planters in front outside were good riddance. Never liked those for the always wet floor they caused due to watering them made a mess into the store as wet shoes brought in prints and sticky floor.Not much changed beyond that. There is still no power outside for the patio seats that are inviting and safer. Tempted to bring in light socket to receptacle converters to pull power so I could camp out.The cell signal for the old can you hear me now phone company for 4 or 5 G is pretty dead here. There is no power outlet outside despite the great setup.

Picked up food at curbside, the main issue is that they need to pack the food better: Soups especially. As soon as I arrived to my home the soups ripped through the paper bag and spilled all over my front seat. Now not only do I not have soup for my sick friend but now I’m gonna need to pay to detail my interior. Worse experience ever.

One of my favorite spots to hop on my device, while grabbing some French bread and coffee. They offer a variety of flavors of beverages, along with multiple options of fat and nonfat milks, including plant-based too. It often attracts its droves of loyal fans throughout the day, including business people, students, and retirees. Most of the customers conduct themselves well-mannered, minding their own affairs, the demographics comprising those from this historical city and the surrounding middle class areas. As a sip club member, the rejuvenating caffeine, nurturing carbs, proteins, and the rest of the menu, along with the complementary vibe of the crowd, have kept me revisiting!

Great customer friendliness, clean, and good food. Hard-working employees.However, about every time you order to go they just cannot get the order right! There is almost always a missing item when picking up the order, ie a missing pastry or missing croutons with onion soup.Management, who probably doesn’t pay attention to feedback anyway (based on past experiences here) should teach the employees to pay better attention to order details. In general; Covid has done a great harm over restaurants. Same to us customers! Got one thing and not the complete order. I went to talk to the young woman and she corrected the problem and gave me a loaf of bread free! I was surprised!!! I said; I didnt order a loaf of bread, she said: no, I am giving it to you as a gratitude for your patience and to make for my mistake in your order.THATS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Unexpecting something, is better than thinking I deserve something. Food and drinks good. Youll get the food and drink you would expect at any Panera Cafe.The Cafe itself is quite spacious, there is a wide variety of seating choices. Doesnt feel too noisy or cramped inside. Unfortunately, its the cleanest or most updated Panera Ive been to. They sbould check on the tables more to wipe them and pick up the trash. The bathroom was dirty and smelly also.The kiosks are not always working, and have been out of cups before. Which complicates things for me if I just want to get a coffee, and not wait in line.Overall not a bad spot, its easy to come enjoy a meal here or do some work. But the little shortcomings meant my experiences at this store havent been as great as they possibly could have been.

This is a chain, it’s counter service with a good selection of bakery foods. They give you a pager when you order and then you go get the food yourself from a counter next to the kitchen. Before COVID they had wait staff that would bring the food out to you, but post virus you get a pager and go get it yourself.Strange thing is that for all their concern about not having wait staff since the virus, they’re still not concerned about wiping down the tables that customers are invited to clear themselves.It has always been hard to find a table in the dining room that was clean. They don’t clean them, unless you complain. They just let one customer after another eat on tables and clear their own table and the next guest just has to deal with the sticky table. I’ve never understood that.

Yet again another 2 sandwiches prepared wrong!! Ordered them both DRY and they were slathered with mayonnaise. It soaks into the bread and you cannot scrape it off! Panerai has a good variety of lunch items and combos to choose from. There salads are tasty and fresh. I had a half sandwich and soup, turkey BLT and chicken and wild rice soup, which was tasty and not too filling. I have tried their Caesar salad which you can add chicken for a little extra cost. It is crisp and tasty and not filling for a lighter meal. I like Panera on occasion, since it is a little on the pricey side.

I like Panera in Pasadena, but for over the past month I been going in and letting them keep the one, two to three dollars change because they claim to have no change, so I look at it as a tip. Well this has now turned into a regular thing, and now it seems unfair that I end up having to pay more for my food, $5 dollars for a $2.80 coffee, $10.00 dollars for $6 dollar and change for treats. My question is are they really out of change or is it their way to gouge the customers, or force customers to pay a tip?? If they truly cannot accommodate the customer with giving change. They should just post credit cards only and not take the customers money, especially if theyre senior citizens or are on a fixed budget.

The food was fine. My issue is with the staff and service. I ordered using the kiosk, so should be no fuss no muss. Except that I found the rest of the staff to be extremely rude and unprofessional. While I waited for my order to be prepared, I visibly witnessed the kitchen staff snacking on items from behind the counter in plain view, which is very disgusting. Then when my order was finally ready, no one called my name or order number. The chick behind the counter just threw my bags on the counter and literally said nothing at all to me. I was the only person waiting for an order. Extremely disappointing. Never coming back to this location. Rude rude rude rude employees all of them.

You guys are harsh critics. They have amazing food with such an amazing variety of selection. But this variety is also delicious and I would 101% choose this place to eat. Ive become fond of Panera Bread recently and have tried a few things so far. French Onion soup, Veggie Soup, and. Bbq Chicken Sandwich, which were all quite delicious. I would recommend this place for a nice casual lunch with a friend or if you need some comforting food that wont sit heavy after a long day of work, Panera hits the spot.

Clam chowder included in my order. Brought to the table cold. Brought it back to the cook and kindly asked him to warm my soup. Cooks answer with an attitude: “We cannot do that. Heat it yourself, micro is under the coffee maker”. Incompetent customer service. Soup was supposed to be served warm in the first place. Terrible service and experience.The dining area was filthy. Half of the tables needed to be cleaned. Food crumbs all over the floor. My chili was served lukewarm. When I asked the server to heat it up I was informed that they would not be able to take the food back over the counter, and that there was a microwave near the coffee station that I could use.

Poor service for customer orders - what is the point of identifying sandwich stickers if there are no marks made to identify the wrapped up sandwich.July 5, 2022: The stickers for To Go orders have sandwich names listed for a reason. When an order has more than one sandwich, you are able to identify the sandwich wrapped up for the customer. Another FAIL for employees at this location as we had four sandwiches, but none were marked.April 22, 2021: Curbside pickup. I have had the pleasure of tasting the pastries and bagels at my work. They were so delicious i had to share them with my family. I arrives early at 6:30 am. I thought the place might be busy but was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean and smelled of yummy baked goods. Leeza was very cheerful and helpful for that early in the morning. The gentleman who packed the order was very helpful as well and carefully packed my two pastry rings, pastry and cookie order.I would give them an A+ for excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back.

The food was edible. Thats about all I can say. The place is always dirty. Dirty floor, dirty dishes piled at the trash stations and/or at the tables. I requested my grilled cheese be grilled well and it came back with the bread limp. Even after I sent it back it still never came back golden. I paid extra to have turkey added and there was a single folded slice of deli meat. And the four cheese grilled cheese has according to the staff 2 tbsp of shredded cheese (that apparently contains the sprinklings of four different cheeses and not the four slices I was expecting) for the half sandwich I got, which equates to about half an ounce. Certainly not the thick oozing cheese sandwich shown on their menu board pictures. So half a limp cheese sandwich and a barely a cup of soup for the 15 dollars I paid. The young workers who took my order and brought my food were very nice and the only saving grace of the meal.

So SAD that this place has such poor service! I love the ambiance at this Panera, & often take refuge from the heat here, grateful for their wi-fi, and free refills on drinks. But order some food & be prepared to wait - especially if theyre busy. The other day tho, it was 3:00pm, and STILL my order took over a half hour to finally reach my table! Im always conflicted when I go to Panera Breads. I like the healthier food options and the pick 2 items options. However, I always find myself leaving there feeling like I didnt the best bang for my buck. For example, we ordered a pick 2, a grain bowl and a side of mac and cheese, no drinks or desserts and spent$35. So they can be overpriced, especially since the portion sizes are not large. Also, their hot food always comes out luke warm...But their dessert options are great!!

The one and and only thing I order here is the Fuji Apple Salad and Autumn Squash soup (seasonal). Ive tried some of their bagels, muffins, and cookies, however, they dont taste as good as buying them from a neighborhood bakery.You dont have to wait in line to order your food. They have a kiosk where you can place your order. You can choose to dine in or have it to go. Using the kiosk allows you to add or remove some of the ingredients and you can also ask them to make something a certain way in a special instruction box.

This particular Panera Bread consistently makes terrible coffee drinks. I work near by, and usually very much like Panera so I was happy to know one was close. That happiness quickly turned to disappointment however. I gave several chances for them to make me a happy customer, to no avail. The food is decent though. It just seems that no one here knows how to correctly make a coffee. Unless you simply ask for a cup to fill yourself. Any time Ive ordered, they have either not filled my cup (Ill order a large and recieve 12 ounces of fluid in a huge cup. If I order a small, same issue.) They also dont know how to add a shot of espresso to a coffee. Instead, when u order an extra shot of espresso they will make me a latte with ONLY ONE single shot of espresso. I literally just threw out a full cup of milk that had a dash of caffeine in it. What a waste of my money. And if you wonder, I have in fact told them verbally what my past issues were and to please fill the cup with the correct amount of beverage and also, add the ADDITIONAL shot of espresso. They have still managed to screw it up with very detailed directions and micromanaging. I give up. Yall need to learn how to make a dang coffee, its not that hard!

This place is owned by the corporate and therefore you should see excellent service. Its also larger than other Paneras. This is also good place to hang out and also to study. They havent blocked all their electrical outlets as Starbucks did. Therefore you can still charge your phone and laptops. This place is also located inside a shopping center with Island, Ralphs, LA Fitness and other famous restarants.Free refills on coffee and teas! There used to be a birthday treat available during the birthday month. This year I went a week later. I was told the offer was valid on the day of birthday only. They are following what Starbucks is doing knowing most people are usually out somewhere else on their birthday.My favorites are the pastry with pecans, wheat bagels with honey walnut spread, tuna sandwich and butternut squash soup. No one else makes butternut squash soup as good as Panera does. Sadly, the butternut squash soup is seasonal and is not available all time.

It is a mixture of fruits and vegetables purees, juices, concentrates, and a whole banana. The detailed ingredients states it has pineapple puree, kale, celery, cucumber juice concentrate, and lemon juice, etc. The smoothie was bland, I couldnt distinguish the flavors of the fruits.~Food~I really like the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad.
