Come here often and I must say, Emerald the manager is an awesome guy! Always has a great attitude/smile, always keeping the place tidy, service times are great, and workers are always in a good mood when hes on shift! (Suspecting he might very well be Father Bread in disguise.)

Every time I come to this drive-thru its Slow no matter what time of the day or night. The soup was watered down, I ordered a half a turkey sandwich.But they gave me a chicken salad I dont know what kind of salad, but it was good they gave me the wrong thing. You guys just need to get a little faster and dont water down the soup.

Usually decent service. Not many times orders are done incorrectly.The blood splatter in the bathroom sink area was a bit concerning today though. Also the map being in the wrong spot has caused two deliveries through their app to go poorly due to drivers apparently not finding the location.

I waited a disturbing amount of time in the drive thru window after placing my mobile order. Employee never bothered to come out and tell me about the wait, and never even bothered to apologize for it once she came out to give me my food. She then forgot my drink, and when I got home, realized they gave me chips instead of the baguette I ordered.This is incredibly poor service at a high price point. Truthfully, I may even cancel the membership and stop going to this place.

Very relaxing place for lunch but the staff make way to many mistakes. I ordered soup with chicken and they forgot my chicken. When I told them about it they asked if I wanted some warm chicken on the side, which I responded, no I would like a new soup. Then the waiter said that she was out of meat and it would take time to cook some. I guess I will just sip on my tea until it comes.

Older Lady wearing glasses working there in the morning was extremely rude so much for just wanting to start my day off right with a bagel and a coffee.I ordered on the kiosk but needed to get my cup from an employee I asked this women that was in the front by the registers and she snapped at me saying to go ask the other employees on the other side when the cups were right next to her.If you’re gonna have that attitude don’t even say anything ruined my whole morning my bad for asking you to do your job.

Absolutely delish food. Kinda pricy but worth it. Delicious craft drinks. If you visit, please try the passion papaya green tea. Nice selection of bagels, soups, salads, pastries, drinks and side choices. The Interior of the restaurant is very relaxing. My server, Elsa wss very friendly and kind. Think of this place as a giant Starbucks.

We ordered the fantastic Mac n cheese and we both got a soup, creamy tomato and turkey chill. I received a gift card from a family friend and was looking forward to eating here, there was lots to choose from however the portion sizes were small. I wouldnt go here again simply because the amount of money spent wasnt worth the amount of food that I received. And be careful if you order the chocolate chip muffin, its actually a muffie which to my bewilderment was actually a cookie-sized piece of chocolate chip muffin. And it was definitely not worth the three bucks or so that it cost me

My daughter LOVES Panera. So, my husband and I decided wed try it out for a snack. We ordered a flat bread pepperoni pizza to share. It looked amazing and it tasted DELICIOUS!!! And it was a pretty good size pizza to share!! We ordered it for curbside pick up. The service was fantastic. The area was very clean and there were employees wiping down windows and door handles. It was nice to see a restaurant continue the cleanliness of the atmosphere.

6/17/22 Went to order two soups with ten minutes till closing and the night crew weren’t happy about it. Once they told us to pull up to the window after ordering they said nvm they were out of the soup we ordered and majority of the others ones. I would have understood since it was close to closing time but it just didn’t seem like they wanted us there from the beginning.

I had a tuna sandwich & was full after eating only 1/2. It was good! My friend had pizza & said it was ok. While I waited for my order they gave my Service Dog a bowl of whip cream & 2 slices of bacon. So cool! I took off a star because the 2 gals at the counter saw me just standing around. I like to eat French Baguettes and Panera Bread has fairly good French Baguettes, although they taste pretty good they are always very hard like hardtack and most of the time they are out of French Baguettes, you would think the bread store would actually have enough French Baguettes in stock.Then I went to an actual Bakery, the one in WInco and tried the French Baguettes over there and was blown away at how much better they were overall and they didnt have the hardtack toughness factor to them.I also notice that most if not all the employees all give off major Liberal, BLM, LGBTQIA+ vibes that permeate throughout the place which I can tolerate a little I guess however I like a little bit more diversity

This is the best Panera I have been to. My iced coffee is always delicious and they are friendly and sweet here. I would especially like to give a shout-out to the beautiful woman who got my daughter a cookie when I did my drive up coffee order! I didn’t get a chance to thank her enough because my newborn was crying in the backseat but she absolutely made my daughter’s entire day 🥰

The worst Panera bread I’ve been to . My grilled chicken Cesar salad had stale croutons and the lettuce had a bunch of old wilted pieces in it .Almost all the tables were dirty the windows was dirty as well. Trash cans were over flowing. They need to do better than that .

Great food, affordable with a good variety of dishes. Vegan and vegetarians will have plenty of choices, which is nice to see. The ordering interface needs to be more user friendly and dispensing a receipt as well as an electronic buzzer would be beneficial, as the staff was clueless regarding my order once we determine that the buzzer didnt work!

The cashier told me the amount, and I asked her if she was still going to charge me full price since I had waited so long. Tried the new Panera by the mall because I love Panera. I have to say, I’m a little disappointed. We decided to eat here and my mom got the Chicken tortellini Alfredo. Looked good, but as she started eating it, a lot of the tortellini was still hard! Sandwiches apart from being tasty can really fill you up. Their smoothies are great, especially the mango flavor and theyre $4.99 each. One thing I did find unusual was the toughness of the bread. So make surr to select a specific type of bread. Theres also a wide variety of pastries to choose from and they have good customer service. The place inside is nice and relaxing too. Good for studying or just having a casual meal. Ill let the stars speak for themselves.

Excellent food, fast service, the only problem that I had is that the orientation of the restaurant places it right in face of the sun and the windows are so large that seating with shade from the sun is very limited, and the blinds are so thin that the make no difference. Most the time the sun will be blinding you as you eat.

So I always used to go to Panera on mchenry but they kept messing up my orders, like 6 times so I came to try dale rd Panera. The first visit I received the wrong pastry and my family size soup was 80% Broth I didn’t complain because when you do you have to go back to fix your order but using Uber I can’t afford two trips there and two back to my Home. I just went today to try again and I ordered a bowl of broccoli cheddar and my bowl is a lil more than half full. As a paying customer I shouldn’t have to open up every container as if I am paying for a two dollar burger. They are supposed to have someone checking orders. BTW the person behind the cook counter must hate her job because there was no smile or anything. My daughter works at Panera in Dublin and would not tolerate this and your store shouldn’t either. The young man at the front counter was smiling and professional. Maybe counter help needs to train the Managers!!
