Came in an hour-ish before closing and I have to say… after a hard day it was PERFECT!!! Henry the closing manager made my night! Helped get my order perfect!! The dining room was clean and relaxing and the charged lemonades are OUTSTANDING!! YUMMIES!! Thank you for cheering me up after a hard day!! This is why Panera is a go to place for Healthy Fantastic tasting soup salads and BREAD!! Will be back!!

I LOVE Panera and fortunately Ive never had a bad experience at any location Ive ever gone to. This particular one is my semi usual breakfast spot when Im in the area, and I love it.The service is always prompt and friendly, and everything is accurate and tasty. Everything is always fresh and beautifully laid out and this location is clean and welcoming. As with any Panera, not only do I love their toasted plain bagel (so simple, but so yum), but their Mango smoothies are just addictive. I love them.If youre ever at this location, based on my experiences, Ive never had an issue here, and it continues to be a favourite of mine that I highly recommend.

My mom was robbed inside this location. When the manager was asked to provide footage from the surveillance system by the police, they said it wasn’t working. I find that EXTREMELY irresponsible and dangerous. It’s moments like these when the surveillance system SHOULD be working!! I tried to call this location FIVE times to get some answers from the manager, but none of my calls were picked up. Shame on panera, the manager, and the regional manager. Do better. My family and i will never be returning.

Got there at 545am and ordered several bagels to go...when I opened the bag, the bagels were NOT fresh. Must have been day old. I am a regular at panera and never had a bagel this dry.Service rating is because of them serving me days old bagels. I will be sure to test the freshness before leaving the store next time.

The managers here dont have good social skills. I have a subscription with Panera Bread, so today I came and sat at the store without ordering. I figure that I could just get a free cup of tea anytime. So If I just get it and not drink it, might as well not order to not waste resources. Then the two managers Henry and Belem came out very aggressively told me that I need to order something or I should leave. Very disappointed in the way they approach the situation. Panera around the countries have benefited from me and my employees subscriptions for so many years, yet this is how they treated us.

Usually its ok. Today I ordered for takeout and set my time for 4:35 pm. At 5 pm my order wasnt out. It was sitting on a completely different counter. I get back to work and find a completely different sandwich. Instead of a grilled cheese I got half of a different sandwich. Im done going to Panara because it wasted my whole lunch.

Manager on duty kept complaining to people in the store loudly and being unprofessional. First there were construction guys she had the customer put someone on speaker as she shouted you guys can’t keep coming in here affecting my business. I’m not sure the reason and maybe it’s valid but she could have kept it down a bit. Then she shouted to a homeless man in there saying you need to leave. Then she told her staff who was severely behind the what do you need help with if you don’t tell me I can’t help you you need to say something. Meanwhile I kept getting passed by on the quick pickup board for my iced coffee and I then just got a cup where they squeezed Carmel in it and I had to pour the iced coffee myself. That’s fine, but squeezing Carmel in an empty cup shouldn’t have taken so long and orders shouldn’t have passed me up. I told the manager I think they need help with maybe the drinks since this happened and she just gave me a dirty look and walked away. I then told her I’m not sure if you heard me since you didn’t acknowledge what I said. She’s said next time come up and ask for a cup. This manager might have gone through a rough day but she really needs to learn how to manage better around people.

My wife and I were originally going to Chipotle because its filling and cheap. But since my wife wanted soup(but ended up not getting any), we went to Panera instead. 1) the price is not worth the volume of the food 2) the server forgot my drink, he said sorry but gave the wrong size cup(regular instead of large). The only good this was the kiosk. And the busser was very friendly.

Their menu is deceptive. It gives you the impression that you are paying $8.89 for the roasted turkey and avocado BLT with soup or salad and your choice of salad, apple or chips. But what they dont tell you is they also charge you for the salad or soup so it ends up being $15 or more per person. Add 4 cookies and youre looking at a total of $64+ for 3 people.

Most student/work friendly/unfriendly place.Great because:There are quite a few outlets to plug intoA unlimited monthly drink plan for $11 that includes basic sodas, coffee, and tea.Open later than most coffee shops in the area.Cons:Despite the dining room full of empty tables, if you do post up to study or work for a few hours the manager will harass you as a paying customer ( Note: I understand asking people that are not paying customers to leave )The price of the food has gone up and the quality/quantity has gone down. My bread bowl of soup was dramatically smaller from the last time I ordered the same item (approx. 3 weeks ago).At busy times it can be difficult to get a table that has outlet access.The guy running the place is a stress case and you can feel it if you have to interact with him.I think the other locations have closed, the owners of this establishment are putting the stress of remaining open on him while they increase prices, decrease quality, and have promotions that dont really increase revenue. They are using a strategy with the drink promo that people in the building will buy additional items but their items are overpriced and dont meet the expectations that Panera Bread previously met. Ill likely use the month of my free drinks than never come back.

These people are just awful. I’ve been a Panera customer for years. Because I was away from my laptop and didn’t buy anything, the manager instantly wanted to kick me out. No communication on rules. Nothing. Just “sir you need to leave because you didnt buy anything and you left your seating”. Just yesteray the manager called thr cops on me - after buying food - because i was away from my seating. Cannot make this stuff up. Will never be attending this place again. The staff is completely incompetent, rude to customers, and losing this place a lot of business. I want the owner of this branch to reach out so i can share the experience. The flat bread pizza was great. Its not a heavy pizza, just enough bread, sauce, cheese, and tomato. I really enjoyed the fresh taste. It was enough for two of us to share, but if you have a big appetite, you could the whole thing. The tomato soup was good and the grill cheese sandwich. I got the 1/2 sandwich 1/2 soup combo.They forgot the bacon and the cheese didnt cover too much of the bottom slice of bread. They did put a couple half slices of bacon on it after we asked about it. It was a pretty sorry looking sandwich though. It was pretty small. My soup was barely warm but tasted fine. They seem to be sort of hit and miss with their food. Some of it is good but some is just not very good at all.

This is a really nice place to eat or grab a cup of coffee. The surrounding area is neat, since its South Coast Metro, and right across the street from the mall. The waitresses and cashiers are very friendly; especially Danni. There is a Philzz Coffee right across the street, but I prefer this Panera. Its a great place to do some work for a couple hours.

The customers service was terrible!! I Always go to this particular Panera Bread and I never have issues. Yesterday, around 6:10pm I went to grab my free Birthday drink and the cashier (a caucasian girl with glasses) didnt know what went in their super fruit smoothie and gave me attitude about it. She also didnt even try to figure it out. So I ask the girl next to her if she knew and she did. When I went to order my tea she assumed I was finished ordering. She said its $5.59.... no please or anything. I then told her Im NOT done ordering and she was like whatever. I really didnt appreciate that especially because I was sick. I feel if you dont like what you do or have a position where customer service is needed then change what you do!!! I will no longer patronize that particular Panera Bread because of this situation. They don’t know how to operate their mobile ordering platform. Do not be surprised if you place a “Rapid” order and it’s not there when the app says it will be there. This happened to me today, and when I arrived, Belem, the person claiming to be the store manager, refused to give me the food I had paid for until I showed her my email confirmation and she was able to “track down” the order in their system. This was after I already showed her the confirmation from the app itself. If I have to show an email confirmation, talk to the manager, and wait for her to find it in the system, what’s the point of the “rapid” ordering through the app? It’s also pretty insulting to insinuate that I was trying to rip them off for a $3 parfait.

I came into Panera today and spoke with the manager there or supervisor by the name of Belin. She is probably the most unprofessional and disrespectful manager or supervisor I ever met, I found hair in my food and she made it seem like it was my problem. I advised her that I order of the mobile app and once I came back to my office and saw that in my chicken Mediterranean bowl I immediately called her and told her that I through away my entire lunch, who would eat any of the food they have purchased if they found hair in it. She was very rude, didn’t want to give me my refund and I will be calling to get in contact with her regional manager and GM. I would never eat at this establishment again and I encourage you to do the same!

You know what you’re going to get at Panera, so if you typically like their food then you’ll have no problem here. The staff is friendly and always courteous, but don’t be surprised if you get the occasional person who just goes through the motions.Parking can be a bit of a chore, as there is very little room to maneuver and the cross streets can be very busy.

The last time I got a panini there was Litterally half of an unripe avocado with skin on it, and the sandwich was horrible. I order lunch for my boss here 2-3 times a week through the online delivery and he always wants an extra baguette. I always put the special instructions section of the order to please provided extra butter and not only do I NEVER get extra butter but 80% of the time there is NO butter! I have called several times to complain and they just say sorry, its not their policy to automatically add butter to the items that have bread. Seriously? who eats bread without any butter. The patio here is larger than other locations. Most of the tables are signed unavailable during the pandemic. At least I can still go here and use the WiFi from the patio after buying a cookie, lemonade, etc.The one thing this Panera is lacking is bike parking. When I’m here I gotta lock up to a handicap sign pole at the neighboring strip mall, Callens Common East. Panera is inside Bristol Center which is completely devoid of bike parking. There’s only ONE sign pole and it’s just inches away from a brick pillar which prevents me from locking my wide-tracking eBike to it.
