Panera Bread in Hayward

I ordered a togo salad, and about 50% of the salad was rotten. Unfortunately, I couldnt go back to return it, nor did I eat it because I was on duty. I dont recommend this place because I am pretty sure that the person who made my salad saw that it was rotten and they still packed it and gave it to me. So technically, I threw away about $20, and I was left hungry.

The new sandwiches are really good no issues there and the customer service is always excellent.I am a little bummed that after COVID they got rid of some beagles and some flavored cream cheese 🥯

Like the variety of lunch entrees; desserts, the salads, (my choice). No disappointments! Met with a large group for outdoor seating accommodations, and wait staff efficient and nice! I will definitely come back😋

The staff is amazing, polite, and courteous. Very patient and informative. I couldnt believe how professional they were at such a young age. I have never been more pleasantly surprised. Thank you for a great experience. Will definitely come back here!

The staff were nice, understanding, and supportive. When I didn’t realize where the water cups are and asked for one, the staff politely pointed out where they were. Didn’t make me feel embarrassed or stupid for asking the question. Extremely professional. The kiosks I ordered on were very easy to use and simple. It provided everything in easy buttons and lots of options for modifications and sides. After ordering my food came almost immediately. I love the You Pick option, it’s a cheap way to get a bunch of delicious food. The Mac and Cheese was a little bit dry, but it still tasted homemade. Their soup is absolutely delicious. It is at the perfect temperature, has good blends of tomato and ingredients, and it isn’t too thick while also not being too watery and thin. My sandwich had the perfect ratio of vegetables, and the bread was light and fluffy, not hard to chew. Along with that— I care about the atmosphere of a restaurant a lot. This one was on point. This place felt cozy and carefree. Completely on board with the theming of the restaurant. There was no mismatched furniture or painting, everything followed the same colors and the same type of theme. Overall, Panera Bread (this establishment) has good food, good service and an amazing atmosphere. It is a little bit cold, but that’s just me nitpicking 😭🪽🐳☠️✅

False advertisement.Asked for one of the largest and most expensive plates on the menu which is a teriyachi chicken with broccoli. Picture shows a nice large bowl. When served it was less than half of the bowl full. When claimed portion was not even close to the picture was told “well that’s just a picture, the portion is small”. Won’t be back there.

Loved my dining experience here. Angel, manager, really made my day with his welcoming attitude. Ordered the Cream of Chicken & Rice soup and it was wonderful. Also, the tables were nice and clean.

Its my every weekend place to go. Love their sandwiches, healthy and good portions. They even helped me warm my sandwich, which I ordered by mistake. Appreciated much!

Never been here before, I ordered the ceasar salad with chicken and the vegetable soup bowl. Overall it was hearty, there wasnt a lot of people inside and they have tables to charge you phones or laptops. Reminds me of Starbucks but serving food. The young gentleman at the register was really friendly and gave me great advice of what to eat.

Food is okay, wish they had more variety for the $5.99 value duet special.Sometimes the curbside pickup takes 10-15 minutes longer than your pickup time.Bakery items are good, the orange scone, brownie, cinnamon bun, bear claw and chocolate croissant are my go to.Portions are small and overpriced.They do taste good though.I’m recommending the:Broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese$5.99 tuna and soupTurkey chiliNapa Chicken salad sandwichBlood Orange RefresherTuesday Bagel special is good, I recommend getting the honey walnut cream cheese.WiFi is good so if you want to eat in your car it covers the parking lot.
