Kids behind the counter are generally nice but the way the whole thing works feels very robotic and lacking of any of that human element that makes something memorable. The food is mostly all very good with good quality ingredients, bread bowel soups are good and the toasted sandwiches are good. You will pay a lot for anything on the menu.

ETA Service has really improved in the past month or two. Happy to see it!!I come here regularly -- almost daily, as their charged lemonades are better than coffee imo.Unfortunately there are mistakes with about 50% of my orders here....and literally as I was writing that, it turns out they made the whole wrong item for my meal this time.None of my orders are particularly complicated. I dont understand how so many mistakes are made -- and they never offer a discount, or an apology, just a matter of fact we made the wrong thing, itll be a while longer WHUTIts so disappointing. THE reason to go to a chain is consistency, and this location has none.

I LOVE PANERA... always have. But this location is in need of some help if I am going to continue with my above statement. I know its hard to find good help in customer service roles today, but my experiences at this site make me believe neglect is the expectation. I have lived in the area for almost 1.5 years and was excited to continue to have my favorite restaurant close to home. Within this short time 7, yes, the lucky number 7 has been the number of missed opportunities experienced. 3 times an item has been missed (half a soup, a bagel, and half sandwich), 1 entire entree (mac n cheese). My husband determined to never eat at this location again, I spoke with the manager. Instead of an apology, or even offering reimbursement (not that we wanted it, we just want what we order), he simply said what is missing? As if its the usual, went in the back prepared it, and handed it over without another word. So we parted. Now, a few months later, and pregnant, Im craving some of my favorite foods from my once favorite restaurant. Hopeful we could move forward with time passed. Within 1 month, 3 more mix ups have occurred (a bowl of chicken broth presented when ordered chicken noodle soup. Literally just broth was poured in the bowl without chicken, noodles, or 1 veg), a half portion grilled cheese preswnted when ordered a full Chipotle chicken avocado melt, and a salad presented when soup was ordered. Panera corporate, please help this location. I love you as a healthier to-go option, but its clear this is an ongoing issue that concerns me to be systemic. Our orders arent large or complex, and just 2 people ordering 1 entree each. #verydisappointed

We were here for breakfast and we got the 2 chicken sandwhich options and a green smoothie. The green smoothie was delicious. The sandwiches were good but kinda overpriced in my opinion. There are better sandwiches out there for a lesser cost.Service was very nice and friendly. It was our first time in panera bread and the lady took the time to explain all of the options to us! She was very sweet.

Manager Paul gave us amazing service. This Panera forgot our soup last time we ordered carry out. I called and let them know, so they put my name on their Guest Book. So I could get a free soup next time I came in. Paul gave us premier service today! He compted our bill much higher than the cost of soup and gave me and my husband free drink cups. Definitely continuing to give my service to this Panera!

Panera as a whole has gone way downhill, so I cannot give 5…. But the staff at this store - especially those on the line and middle managers/shift managers, are absolutely wonderful. Each and every one of them go out of their way to be kind to customers - even extremely rude ones. They deserve a lot better pay and tons of kudos for all the bulls*** they put up with.

Order a Fuji apple chicken salad with no onions and 2 extra dressings. For my dinner as I work 12 hr night shifts at the hospital. I didnt double check my order as I was in a rush. Its now 1:30am and I have no extra dressing and onions all over. Onions break me out in hives. There is no cafeteria in nights and the vending machines have nothing good.Thanks to your employees for being lazy and not reading the order and following it.

Recently went to Panera for the first time and have been impressed. What drew me in was the subscription service for coffee they have which led me into the store to see the variety of meals and pastries they have that i never knew they sold. It is a little on the pricier side but so far everything has tasted great. Plus so far the customer service has been great. Plus the app makes ordering to go super easy.

I ordered a pastry ring on Tuesday, Dec.21, 2021 to be picked up on Thursday, Dec. 23 rd. I picked up & served it to company on 12/23 & it was stale. You couldn’t even cut it with a fork. I was totally embarrassed. My company came from Texas for a Holiday visit. I apologized to them, but was so embarrassed. This is the second time I ordered the same pastry ring & had the same result, STALE.I will never order this or anything from this Panera in Rohnert Park, Ca.Just had to let someone know, so no body else has the same problem.Janet

Drive thru kinda sucks. The print on the menu is to small to easily read and worse the plastic sheets over the menu have so much glare they make the menu further unreadable. We decided to just skip the place.

Not the best at handling mobile orders, if you’re in a hurry I wouldn’t come to this location. To add to that, I’m trying to eat right, if I didn’t order bread don’t give me two pieces of bread thinking that’s going to make up for me having to wait an extra 15 minutes and being asked 5 times what my name is for my mobile order. You want to make up for it give me a discount not extra calories. My side was chips, not double bread AND chips. I’m glad I didn’t tip this time. Last time I did and was waiting for my curbside order and eventually just went in and got it myself.Boy the more I look through this bag of food the more I have to dock stars. My French onion soup has no cheese and no croutons, that’s supposed to come with it.

Ive come to this Panera multiple times and have never had an experience like this. I ordered online for rapid pick-up because I had $5 off from doing so. I placed the order at 11am to be picked up at 2:15 pm. That gives them 3 hours to be prepared for what is in my order. I get there at about 2:10 and I can hear them complaining about my order so I get up and ask what the problem is. They proceed to tell me there is no soup left for what I had ordered and that it ran out right before I placed the order at 11am. They have my cell number and my email and had THREE hours to figure out the problem. I got NO call, NO email and NO Panera! This is absolutely unacceptable customer service. If I were in a rush on my lunch break I would be way more livid than I already am. I am completely disappointed in the way they handled this order. HORRIBLE customer service and in no way was this rapid pick up

I enjoy going to Panera because of the ease, the continious new food choices and that fact that theres something for everyone in my family.Since the pandemic I have been using Paneras drive thru service. They have always done a good job of having good service while keeping things safe. Sometimes the drive-thru is full but the weight isnt usually more than 20 minutes and sometimes the drive-thru is not full and that late is usually about 5 minutes. We recently tried Paneras version of the pizza and found it to be very tasty and delicious. We also like to try Paneras new desserts for cookies that they have per season. I really like the lemon cookie from the flip flop cookie. We also like their chocolate chip muffin type cookie. You should try it if you havent before.Usually when my family goes we try to use the pick 2 item menus sometimes it doesnt work for us and we also have to get full item in use. We like the Fuji apple walnut chicken salad we like the mac and cheese we also like the steak sandwich, we like their desserts and the cookies. You should visit your nearest Panera.

I have stayed in motel 6 all over the country and this was defective the worst motel 6 Ive ever been in. The greeter was rude, the room was not very clean, the towels were not clean, the toilet seat didnt fit the toilet, the bedspread had multiple cigarette burn holes. It was also very expensive. I wouldnt stay there again.

We just had a really disappointing lunch here. I mentioned to my husband that I didnt care for my sandwich - a tablespoon of chicken salad, two huge tomato slices (which I normally dont eat), and a giant wad of lettuce. A few sprinjkles of almonds that fell out of the sandwich as soon as I picked it up. He said his sandwich was awful too - cheese melted all over the place, and the bread was greasy. Wont be back.

I ate there with my Mom on 2/13/2019. We both had the broccoli cheddar soup and bread. The soup tasted watered down and extremely bland but we ate it anyways because we were hungry. Ordered two salads and mac n cheese to go last night, both salad boxes were open in the bag and everything else was just kind of thrown on top. To top it off, a thoroughly rotten black avocado had been sliced onto my husbands salad, so he just threw it away. Had a problem with this place before, talked to the manager Joe, he asked me why I came back! Well I wont be coming back again, thats for sure. Writing a nice long letter to Panera too as I eat at Panera restaurants all over the place, but the lack of giving a hoot which is so prevalent in Rohnert Park really shines through at this place.
