Whats not to love about Paneras Strawberry Poppyseed Salad (other than the pecans; I had them hold the pecans)! I forgot to snap a pic until it was half gone, but it was just too good to wait. Yum!!

The Tracy Panera has greatly improved. The staff is nice and the food is fresh. The brownies are soft and the food feels made to order. So glad I could come back and add more stars!

I came in 30 minutes before closing. Felt really bad about that but my mom needed a sandwich. The guy serving me was extremely chill especially since I was on the phone getting the order from my mom. He took my order and later found me when I never went up to collect it, I was just sitting in the lobby but I was zoning out lol.The food was delicious!!!

Went here today for a quick lunch. The staff was friendly and the food was fresh and came out quickly. We each had Pick 2 Meals.I had an Asian Salad and 1/2 Chicken Salad w/ Almond Sandwich (see pictures below). Our other meal was a bowl of French Onion Soup and 1/2 Veggie Sandwich.

The outside seating was nice but I won’t go back there.They didn’t get the order right. Although they made a new sandwich for me, the service made me feel like I was trying to get a free sandwich- the pickup order person told us to take the incorrectly made sandwich but the person who delivered the sandwich said they had yo take the incorrectly made sandwich back. Lost my appetite all together and won’t go back to Panera.

2 weeks in a roll my order was incorret. On returning last week and asking to see what was being put in the bag the person preparing the order was very rude and acted as if the situation was humorous. I observing hwr I missed that she didnt put in one of the items orderes. The previous weeks the wrong item was put in the bag. At no time did any of the staff apologize for the errors that were made. I am just one customer so my not ever returning to this store will not make of a difference. But if your staff demonstrated that action to me I am sure they have displayed thoughs actions to other. Fortunately for me and my family there are other Panears that family visit frequently and have never been treated like this.

Panera Bread is an excellent place to enjoy excellent sandwiches and sides. They have a drive-thru, as well as order ahead pick-up. There’s a short wait while they make your food, if you order in store, but it’s much shorter than a traditional restaurant without sacrificing flavor or quality.They use fresh ingredients for everything. Their bakery makes delicious pastries and breads everyday. Salads are great and seasonal sometimes, same with soups and sandwiches.

I travel a lot and I would rank this Panera Bread in Top 5 Panera Breads in the west. Only complaint is that there’s no Panera radio and they often close the Dining Room. Great customer service from 99.99% of the staff

The food is OK, but be aware on takeout orders. Many times we get home to find missing items that we ordered. Of course when you come tact them they say come back and they will give you your missed item. But that is nonsense. They really need to check their orders and confirm that everything is in the bag before they hand it to you. For that reason they only get rated 2 stars from me.

My review is not on the food but the accuracy of ordering online and recivieng incorrect order. I dont order out much and my first time trying Panera, my order was innacurate I ordered onion soup and received broccoli cheddar, by the time I noticed I was home and was trying to call the restaurant to let them know but no one answered the phone. When I picked my order up it was empty there so no excuse to not answer phone. With gas prices the way they are I do not have the time to waste going if they do not even answer the phone. Very disappointed and will not recommend and will not be returning.

I ordered here through GrubHub and the driver brought me somebody elses order and GrubHub refused to issue a refund even though they were at fault. I called Panera and explained the situation and the manager (David I believe) was so kind and offered to remake my meal for me even though he didnt have to and it wasnt their fault. Excellent customer service and delicious food. I will definitely order here again (but not through GrubHub)

It was only my second time there, I had flatbread pizza. It was okay. But while waiting for our food to be ready, the area where online orders were kept there was a soda there, where the majority of the ice melted. Im just wondering if they made a fresh one whenever the food was ready because we were there at least five minutes waiting. And that drink was there before we sat down. Might not be a big deal, but a flat soda with your lunch is not the way to go.

I ordered Panera because I love their Napa Chicken Almond sandwiches. However, I was in a sticky situation after a mistake made on my end. I called and spoke to the manager, Morgan, and she helped me out with it. She was a great sport about it and provided wonderful customer service. 10/10 for Morgan. And the foods delicious as well.

I understand how hard it is to work in the food service game. I arrived to a understaffed Panerai bread location with a staff overwhelmed with a high demand of food. If your reading this then you know how great this place is, but under unforseen circumstances they made a mistake this time. They didnt try to justify or argue with me they owned up to it. this location has my up most respect. Great work!!! I will always keep eating at Panerai bread. My review went from 2 stars to 5 star just by how the Manger handled the situation. 9:40 June 18th.

In my very straight forward and honest opinion, the place was well kept and professional looking. The employees were cheerful but not the fake kind of forced cheerful. The food was fantastic as well as the coffee. It wasnt piping hot but then again who wants to burn their mouth lol. Overall I couldnt have expected more. 10/10

I am on the unlimited $9/month coffee. I go here almost daily early A.M.They hit some bumpy road with shortages of people but since mid October 2021 are functioning well within the dining area.My wife and I also usually go here later for lunch or dinner. Our favorites are the Pick2. Soup and sandwich. Sometimes the Flatbreads.Reliable, friendly good food and service. 👍👍

I love the Panera subscription for my coffee but man these people ALWAYS get my simple coffee order wrong lol just an iced coffee with 5 half and half on the side, and they always put it in the coffee. This location, the Antioch location, and the Pittsburg location need to hire people who actually read their orders before making them.

The food is very fresh and flavorful. The parking lot is big and easy to access. The service is good and the young ladies are friendly. Only issue is, on separate occasions we had small problems with our order. Once they gave us the wrong sides and the other time wrong salad. They had no problem exchanging. Attention to details they need to take and fulfil orders.

I like Panera, I really do, but heck if its not expensive. I really only go here if I have a gift card as its not a feasible option for my large family as a just because meal otherwise. The food is fresh and tasty and the staff is helpful and polite for the most part. Im not super thrilled that they dont bring the food to your table any longer on dine in orders, you now have to go pick it up from the counter (I never minded cleaning up after myself, I just liked the convenience of the food being brought). All in all, Ill continue to go here when Im gifted a card but otherwise Ill stick to cheaper options.

Very inconsistent. I like the food, I think it’s good quality, but sometimes we get a full salad and others only half full as you can see from pics. I would rather have more greens and less meat personally. At over $10 for the whole salad, I want what I paid for. I also observed one of the employees wiping his gloved hand on his apron after each ingredient he put in the salad he was making. Luckily they weren’t my salads, or I would have said something. It says 100% Clean on the back of there tee shirts ( DON’T THINK SO) they obviously need more training there. If they would resolve these issues, I would give them 5 stars. Won’t let me post pictures.

I love their food and the fact its drive-thru its the only drive-through I never feel guilty about driving through. The food is always fresh and tastes really good. Yes, it is a bit pricey but to me its worth it and better than driving through a greasy spoon fast food place.

I enjoy the freshness of Panera. Is it always worth the price to me...not enough to put it in regular rotation. I consider it a nice splurge. I do like the 1/2 and half option, opting for the combo of salad, soup or sandwich based on the weather and my mood. In Tracy, this location has a nice outdoor option (as I am still not too comfortable with indoor dining) where you can enjoy your meal, if you dont hit the drive thru. Service is usually quick, even with a group. The staff is always friendly and knowledgable of the menu. Since it not one of my usual places, I try different things each time. So I tend to ask a few questions (lol). But what I can say is that most of what I have tried is a hit. Nothing stands out as a no-go and I would highly recommend this to all that enjoy soup, salad and sandwich options. Today I enjoyed the Fuji Apple salad with Chicken. So far its my favorite salad. I initially got hooked on this salad (and Panera as a whole) from work lunches, but have found myself venturing across town to grab a bite on a whim. If you never tried Panera, its great to get in the drive through and not have to get out and go though a mega list of veggies to distract you from the 3 slices of meat on your sandwich you get at that other sub place. You get a good serving of meat and veggies. But this is not the place to go with a picky eater, that always wants to alter the menu...or enjoys that 3 slices of meat sub place.

I ordered curbside on my lunch hour...the service was fine..fast ...but make sure to check your bag b4 leaving. they didnt put a straw in my bag for my frozen lemonade and they didnt give me my baguette! very poorly managed....they need to double check the bags b4 bringing them out esp when ppl are on their lunch break! theyre servings are so small i was counting on that baguette to finish my meal, now Im still hungry and passed! I will NEVER get something from them again. without double checking! very unfortunate!

I have been here twice in the last month or so. The food has been delicious both times. The staff is friendly and I will be back. Having said that though, both times Ive eaten here Ive noticed that the nlentire surface if the tables are super sticky and theres that weird smelly restaurant smell thats really bothersome. I dont think its the cooking that causes the smell. I notice at other restaurants that if they have that strange smell the tables are usually sticky. I dont know why that is. I get to the restaurant at 6am when they open, so maybe the stickiness dries off later in the day? I dont know. Maybe its the cleaning supplies or something but the sticky tables are off putting and so is the smell. Maybe the tabletop cleaner is reacting to the tables top coat? I dont know but if its possible to fix please do. It feels gross. Everything else is great about this place. :)

Really not good. Weve been here 40 minutes. My brother is still waiting for them to bring his remade sandwich that they got wrong the first time. It also took 20 minutes the first time so the wrongly made sandwich arrived after the rest of us had already eaten. Dont come here unless you are looking for a few laughs at the comically horrible service.

Food was good, loved the Broccoli Cheddar Soup. Panera is a nice addition to the restaurant choices in Tracy. Very convenient location. West bound traffic take the off ramp for the Tracy Mall. Turn left at the first two signals and your looking at it. Nice big parking lot behind the restaurant and they have a drive thru. Enjoy.

I used to love Panera Bread, however over the years it just seems they’ve escalated their prices to the point that a lunch, with a drink, add the ¢99 cookie they always push puts you around $20 for lunch!! And the food isn’t anything special. It has its place in a quick pinch!

Picked up a dozen bagels for work on a Friday morning. Most of the bagels were very stale. They were completly out of the honey nut cream cheese and onlt had tge choice of plain or garlic herb. I choose plain and was given individual philly cream cheese single serve cream cheese, not even whipped. The staff was very friendly but the bagels were not what I get at other Paneras. Really, Ive had better bagels from the grocery store. Very disappointing

Breakfast items are on point however the specialty iced coffee drinks at this location are terrible. They just don’t know how to make coffee drinks. One of our drinks had so much milk couldn’t taste the coffee. Next time will just get food and get coffee from elsewhere.

Finally a Panera Bread in the Central Valley! With easy on and off access to the freeway will make this location very popular with travelers. This location also comes with the all important drive-thru for those wishing to remain in their vehicles.What makes this place wonderful is their baked goods which is made on the premise daily.
