Great service. Good food and coffee! Wish they had oatmilk for my coffee but other than that, wonderful experience. I always get their asiago cheese bagel and honey walnut cream cheese. I love their Mediterranean Veggie sandwich, tomato soup in a bread bowl and the avocado-egg-cheese-spinach on a bagel breakfast! Love Panera !

Hair Everywhere! Ordered Mac n Cheese and a Chicken Salad for me and my wife. My Mac n Cheese had a hair in it. I noticed it before even picking up the plate. I immediately told them about it and they nonchalantly offered me a refund. I asked them to just remake it. 30 seconds later my new Mac n Cheese was ready (I’m sure it was the same one). I get to my table and my wife’s salad has no chicken in it! At this point we were fed up and just wanted our money back. My wife asked to speak to a manager and she told us she could not refund the Mac N Cheese because it had to be remade per our request (because we like our Mac n Cheese without hair). We got a refund for the Salad and they gave us 2 cookies for our troubles. I ate my cookie on the way home and it had a long colored hair in it! You can’t make this up! Absolutely disgusting. No one wears hairnets, masks or even cares. Go to Panera in Rialto instead.

Visited there with my girlfriend and 2 dogs last weekend. My girlfriend asked a young lady whether it is allowed to bring our well-trained dogs inside because of the heat outside is uncomfortable for all of us. The young lady said yes to my girlfriend without any hesitation. We had a great lunch there and each associate whom I met there are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended 👍

Came in about two weeks ago and ordered bowl(photo attached)! it wasn’t what i normally expect so i called and miss Rebecca was just amazing :)! she took care of my order, didn’t need proof of the bowl or anything and got me something that both looked and tasted great. Edited: This Panera location was remodeled. It looks sleek and stylish and appears to have more seating. Pleased with the remodel. It looks amazing!On this particular visit I went for breakfast on my lunch break. I was there for an hour so to avoid the line I ordered from my table through the app. It was super convenient, easy and fast!I ordered the scrambled egg and cheese on brioche and I was able to customize it and add turkey and add swiss cheese. It was so good and tasty and got my full.Also ordered a pastry since I had a $1 off reward from My Panera Rewards program. I went with the Chocolate Chipper Cookie and warmed it up. So many thick chuncky of chocolate chip!For my drink I got the Hot Chocolate with Chocolate Chip Marshmallows. It has caramel in it which made it too sweet for me to be able to drink it all. But it was good and the marshmallows were so good!Definitely try their breakfast which served before 11am, use the app for convince and sign up for their rewards.

Very high quality food and the staff is always very friendly.4/22/23 This specific store I have been too twice in the last month. Both times the restaurant was dirty. Tables not clean off. Staff no longer bringing food to your table. The staff just calling out your name to come get the food. Is this a problem that hadnt been dealt with. Possibly its time to go somewhere else for food. Lowering my score down to just 2 stars.

Awesome customer service. I ordered online and in store. The online order somehow said itd take over an hour. Rebecca (I believe shes the manager) was right on it, getting my order out much quicker. First of all, parking is awful. I went there today after ordering online. My food was not ready at the time it said. By the time I drove the 20 minutes across town back to my office, I find that they didnt give me the correct sandwich at all and I was charged for extra stuff on both the sandwich and salad that I did not receive. I called several times and never got an answer so I had to drive 20 minutes back across town to get my order fixed. At this point I just wanted my order refunded.They were accommodating and re-made my order also offering me a free beverage and/or a pastry that I did not take. Honesty, I was so over the situation that I just wanted to get out of there. I got my order and the sandwich was made correctly but the salad was still wrong. I wont be going there again. I tried to give Panera the benefit of the doubt, but this is probably the 4th time Ive been to one and they constantly mess up my order.

First time buying at this location the cashier took the order i said it was to go and he never said where I was supposed to get it, Im not sure if he was new but he wasn’t really helpful I spent 30 min sitting waiting for someone to call my name until I went to the bathroom and I realized you pick up the order in the back of the restaurant.

Rapid pickup is great. My order has always been ready at the promised time. Its conveniently located near the freeway and across from a Starbucks location. I order my breakfast while I get my coffee and Im right back on the freeway to work. Sorry, Panera, not a fan of the coffee, thats why 4 stars. Breakfast is great though!

I really like this Panera location. Everyone one is super nice. I go in often to get my Unlimited Sip Club drink and lil bit to eat and the employees know me by name! It’s super sweet.I love the breakfast sandwiches. I get the bacon, egg and cheese on a cheese bagel.

Consistency! This is what I like about Panera since I drive ALL OVER So. Cal and it is comforting to rely on a favorite meal every once in awhile. If you like BBQ, then try the BBQ chicken with thinly sliced red onion on a classic white bread! Their freshly sliced turkey sandwich is yummy too. I tried the chicken and wild rice soup today after having a slight upset stomach the last few days, best decision! It is not a heavy-cream based soup, still rich and thick and full of chunks of chicken and rice; filling but not heavy. Panera, thanks for being a reliable and delicious option!

NOPE! MANAGEMENT GOT THIS WRONG. Ordered food through Postmastes, ordered priority. Post Mates Delivery Driver was at Panera Bread within 15 mins of placing order. He stood there for 37 minutes watching people come in place an order and be served. After an hour and my meal being no where in site of being started I had him leave and I canceled. One of the worst experiences I’ve had going to Panera bread. It was very busy and they were taking FOREVER for everyone’s orders. None of the customers looked happy, including me. I was very upset because of the very slow service. They don’t call your name whenever they put an order out. So I have to decide if that order is mine. They also gave me double my order. Instead of getting 4 bagels, they put 8! They were all just thrown in the bag and I had to put the bagels together. They are very unorganized. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because it’s a big Panera bread and because the bagels were good.

This place has been going down hill for the last year and a half. Not Panera in general but this specific location. This location is always running out of ingredients and service is extremely slow (I wish I had taken a picture of the ordering kiosk with half the bread options unavailable on a Saturday afternoon). Last straw for me was my last visit; ordered for take out and had to cancel my order after waiting for half an hour. They were not close to even preparing my food and after indicating that the wait was unacceptable and wanted to cancel my order the manager did not even offer a half hearted apology. Avoid this location if possible; there are other food options with better service in the area.

I do not know if the restaurant messed up or if it was bad recipe but it should be deleted from the menu NOW. The free coffee is terrible also. Like if you walked into a Dennys and took someones terrible coffee off their table. For as much as I love this place. today is really making me rethink using any of their locations again for rapid pick up. they never fail to forget multiple items. today i had to go back to this location because they forgot to give us a drink. . then i come back ready tp enjoy my food just to find they didnt put in the dressing for my salad!! I ordered a Pick 2 with a Turkey and Bacon sandwich with brocolli cheddar soup plus a large order of Chicken Noodle soup to go. When I got home I discovered the chicken noodle was an order of broccoli and cheese. I called Panera right away and spoke to the manager, Dorothy. She asked me to come back and they would give me the correct soup, just ask for her. When I got there, I asked for Dorothy. The young lady at the front was very pleasant. She went to let Dorothy know I was there and offered me a pastry for my inconvenience. I thought that was a really nice gesture, especially since I really just wanted the correct soup. I chose a chocolate chip muffin top. Dorothy got my chicken noodle soup ready and I was quickly on way. Aside from the inconvenience, the food was excellent. Everything was prepared fresh, using quality ingredients. Overall, I have to say, my experience with the Panera off Summit in Fontana was excellent. I will most definitely be back! Thank you for turning my incorrect soup order into a pleasant experience.

Recently stopped in for chicken and rice soup for take home. Renovated recently (visited October 2018), dining room is now quite open, less wood paneling and light. I usually stop to pick up soup or sandwich (or goodies) on the way home on nights I dont want to cook. I order and never wait for more than 10 min., the really are on the ball here.Pro tips....Even if you are the next in line to order, use the self serve kiosks, there are more now than before and they are right there as you walk in. Easier to avoid an impulse bear claw too....There are more places to set up your laptop now as well, I did not try the wifi, so no report on that.There is still seating right outside for those nice autumn or spring evenings...Overall a solid place, clean and inviting for a quick meal, use the kiosks and set yourself down, enjoy.

I ordered a Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich because I am a vegetarian and I ended up with a turkey bacon sandwich. I’m not even from the area and am on my way to Nevada and can’t return to get a refund or a different sandwich. Called the manager and didn’t even really help much. I’ve been to Panera bread before but not this one and had a great experience but it was disappointing to see they completely messed up my order and the manager didn’t do much to compensate on their mistake.

This has to be the ONLY dirty Panera I have ever been to or seen. Entire place is filthy, dirty floors and tables. All mugs at ordering station were dirty. A man next to us started flipping the mugs and he made a comment that made us look and ALL were dirty. Our utensils were dirty too. Dried food stuck to them. To top it off, they weren’t busy and their Panera sign outside is not the usual one other locations have. Will not be returning here.

TheToday was a pretty busy morning, I went right after church and it was still early but one can get salads and sandwhiches all day. I asked if the cream of broccoli soup was ready at 11 a.m. and it was so I was very pleased. Long line that went down pretty fast with everyone that was there because they had enough people working the register and preparing food. I like Panera Bread because its healthy for me. This was the first time I tried their watermelon strawberry lemonade it was more or less like a slushie in a juice mixed in one because it was frozen but it was delicious. Good food, ordering online is fast and convenient, and staff are quick to fix any problems that you might have with your order. Some downsides are that it can get a little crowded around lunch and if there are a lot of students studying or working on schoolwork. My favorite restaurant - the online ordering system is great; best coffee; friendly staff who most of the time know my name. Monitor the coffee so you dont run out of the hazelnut! If I could rate no stars I would. Every time I go to Panera I have an issue. If I wait in line, the line is long and employees are slow and tired walking around. I get attitute or indifference with any question asked. When I order ahead, my order is NEVER correct at pickup, it is always missing items or has incorrect items, sizes or quantities. It takes FOREVER to fix these issues and I never get any compensation (despite the posted policy that indicates a free pastry is provided for all errors). I am tired of being late all the time for sub-standard food. No more. I have uninstalled the Panera app and unsubscribed to all emails. I do not plan to purchase from Panera anytime soon....

This Panera sucks. 1. Didnt have gouda for my wifes sandwich, not a big deal by itself. 2. No arugula for my sandwich, still no biggie. 3. After ordering staff came to tell me theres no cheddar cheese for my sandwich, do they know how to order supplies and what did I just pay for? 4. My brownie is rock hard on one side. 5. I did an RAPID PICKUP and they took on hour. What is the point to order ahead when you have to wait for your food while everyone else gets it first. Waist of time and they need to get it together. Unprofessional, how long does it take to throw lettuce in a box with a cookie. Come on...

I love how they have tablets right as you enter so you can order food ahead without waiting in line and the waiting time wasnt long. I didnt give it a full 5 stars because when I went to the register just to get pastries the staff was really slow.

The customer service was not the best. The employee handing my food to me was rude. Also I ordered an iced coffee and I received curdles inside of the iced coffee. When I told the employee about it she came back less than 30 seconds later saying her manager said it was the way coffee was made.

I LOVE LOVE THE FOOD HERE however i recently went like 30 mins ago (i used the app so that i can just go and pick up) my order was supposed to be ready by 12:10 it wasnt until 12:25 that i got up and asked (and normally they have it on the screen when ur food is being prepared and when its ready my name appeared on neither screens) then when i ask the gentlemen at the counter if they had an order for me HE ASKED ME FOR MY ID TO VERIFY IF IT WAS MY ORDER WHEN I HAD THE APP OPEN THE EMAIL VERIFICATION ON MY PHONE BUT WHAT BOTHERED ME THE MOST IS THAT NOT ONCE WHIRL I WAS SITTING THERE DID HE REQUEST AN ID FROM THE OTHER CUSTOMERS COMING TO PICK UP THEYRE ORDERS ONLY ME! AND TO HAVE TO WAIT 30 MINS FOR MY ORDER WHEN I USED THE APP SO THATI WOULDNT HAVE TO WAIT WAS INFURIATING! OH AND THATS NOT ALL ITEMS WHERE MISSING FROM MY ORDER!!! AND I ORDERED SPECIAL FROZEN DRINKS AS WELL BY THE TIME I GOT THEM THEY WERE ALL MELTED!!! Now im never using the damn app or coming to this location again im only giving them the 3 stars cause i really love the food.

I love Panera and normally everyone Ive been to has been very clean.... not this place. The bathroom was disgusting, floors all over the restaurant were awful and there was a loaf of bread on the ground in kitchen right by bathrooms. Hope they dont use that.
