Busy! Lots of seating though. Salad was good but a bit smaller than expected. Staff was very nice and friendly. Appreciated one staff member walking around, saying hi to people, checking in with them, etc

I know this place as St. Louis Bread and Co. But Panera Bread works well enough. The people working here are hard-working more so than other ones I’ve encountered.When it comes to doing work here it can be done the times it gets busy is when you think it would. Makes plenty of my coworkers happy so that’s good for what it’s worth.

Really bad customer service and food preparation. Bought toasted bagels to go, only to find out they were burned when I got home. Spoke with the manager and showed her the bagels, and she said that is the toast setting and it is completely normal. If you look at the pictures, they are clearly burned.I also contacted customer service and the only way they would respond is if you join their rewards program.Not worth going.

I wasn’t satisfied at all I was looking for hot soup it was warm at best actually everything was just warm except the sandwich which was the right temp it was actually good my pizza and soup however were not hot also the cinnamon roll was hard.I asked them to warm it up to see if that made it better it didn’t and it also tasted old. The cook apologized because he put the wrong side on my plate he said sorry I didn’t even look 🤯it’s his whole job to look at the ticket and put the correct item on the plate. I’m very disappointed.

Not the spacious tidy Panera Bread location you typically get to see. Staff and food are on point in terms of service and taste respectively. However, the location has poor quality Wi-Fi and restrooms were not clean at all. The Unlimited Sips subscription offer cannot be missed. 2 months of free beverages is something I have never seen offering by any major chain.Ordered cup size soup bowls of Broccoli and Mexican corn chowder. Both comes with free sides and tasted really good.

I placed an order for work. The website was extremely easy to navigate. i was able to pre order and select very accommodating time slots. The order was ready in the time frame, while i waited they offered me a cup of coffee. Jenn, Karla, Chanel were all great. Order was professional packed.

This is the place to get free unlimited drinks and places to loungeIn 30 minutes I sa the homeless getting free drinks and ashamed to say that a bunch of asian, walking up to touch screen pretending they are ordering and getting free coffee and soda. Very sad.

Portion sizes were not very generous, even when selecting extra. Guys behind counter offered substitute when Greek dressing when they were out of Greek dressing. Have never known Panera to be out of Greek dressing! First time for everything apparently, we were hungry so wonton type dressing was an ok sub. Tomato basil bread is really tasty! Hard to find parking during lunch, but patience paid off. Employees were working hard to meet demand, we appreciated their efforts.

Panera is always amazing!! Great food, super nice workers, and clean store. I ordered their Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich with the new Summer Corn Chowder, and it was great! Everything was delicious and it was a filling, yet light lunch. The pastries are delicious and the candy (M&M) cookie is my favorite. Always a solid place. Recommended

Great food and what you expect from Panera. Prices and portions have hit the upper limit of what is acceptable. Used to have Decent portions and pricing but I guess the tipping everywhere has started to reflect in the bottom line of prices you pay.

Love this place. Indoor and outdoor dininig available. Place was clean and quiet. Wifi available. Employees were great. We had the Mediterranean Veggie sandwich and soup. (Attached pic is half a sandwich). Fresh and tasted awesome. Cookies r delicious. Theres a sanitizer at entrance. (BONUS: Encountered wonderful customers holding door for kids and me.) NEED to go again.

2 years ago -Not too crowded, very quick with food, food decent quality but prices seem higher than prepandemic. Kind of expensive for lunch. Did not see anyone wipe tables down the whole time I was there (over 2 hours).I went again yesterday and I just cant give it 4 stars anymore. Its a 3. Drink and food prices are FAR too high for what you get. Two salads and two iced teas are $35+? I can go to a real restaurant and have a real and more filling meal for this amount. Did not see anyone cleaning anything in the dining room the whole time I was there and every available table was dirty and needed to be cleaned for new guests. For the prices they charge, they need to do better.

This is a Bacon tomato grilled cheese. When I brought it back to the counter for a refund the employee thought it was pizza. I paid around ten dollars for this. Its probably less then a dollar worth of ingredients. Stingy company. Less then half a piece of bacon on half of it. Just imagine getting the half sandwich and thats your half.

Nothing but great experiences at this place! The staff here are super friendly, the place is really nice and well kept, the food is amazing (Id recommend getting the Caesar salad with extra dressing for a main and the chocolate croissant for dessert), and its the perfect place to come and do work or hang out with friends while having a bite to eat. Overall, I love this place, and it is one of my favorite eateries in Contra Costa county.

Ordered some soup from the app at about 6 o’clock at night. The order was ready when I got there except for the cup of coffee that I ordered. Believe it or not they were completely out of coffee. I get that it was late it seems like they should’ve had some kind of coffee available even at that time. The employees were very apologetic and helpful. I go to this Panera all the time and it’s usually very reliable.

They did not complete my order. Paid for an additional side and it is shown on receipt, but they did not provide it with my order. If they would actually check the boxes on the receipt next to each item, then they would have realized I am missing the extra side item. Printed on the bottom of receipt states “accuracy matters” and a place for person to sign for individual who checked the order, but there is no signature because no one checked my order for accuracy. I called multiple times. No one answers the phone and there is no voicemail to leave message.

Make sure you double check your order. Especially if you have allergies. Because they cant follow written instructions AT ALL. Ordered on the app for delivery. Made some changes to my sandwhich based on allergies. I ordered a turkey bacon bravo. Took off the tomatoes and emerald greens and changed the bread to sour dough. I know. I made a lot of changes. But what did they send me? Some chicken walnut thing? With tomatoes and emerald greens! Not even CLOSE to what I ordered. So corporate gave me a 15$ reward I can use next time. But to use it I have an order minimum I have to spend money to use their apology. Which to me is bull since you guys messed up with an allergy.

My daughter likes going here for a salad. I order the Mediterranean sandwich and they never do it right!Its hummus that you spread across the bread as if you were making a PP&J sandwich! Yet, they always put a thin layer in the middle of the bread and then place the other toppings in the same general area so the sides of the sandwich might have a piece of lettuce but otherwise dry! It truly is mindboggling that people cant make a simple sandwich right. How hard is it to spread out the toppings on the bread?

This is a nice Panera Bread bakery and cafe. It’s obviously very similar to all the other Panera Bread locations in the San Francisco, California area. Like all the others there is plenty of space inside for meeting with people and there is free community wifi available. It is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and there is a decent sized parking lot out front.

I had Turkey sandwich, tuna sandwich, and two salads and it costed about $50The soup was ok but the serving size made it a rip off. The Turkey sandwich has poor quality everything and had 1-2 small slices of meat. Really lame . The wheat bread tasted like low quality grocery store bag bread. The chips were also bad quality . Salads were worst I’ve ever seen at any Panera’s . Just a real ripoff and I would have been better going to Walmart and making my own sandwiches . Not sure how this place gets good reviews but please don’t be fooled !

The (what I believe to be) is the store manager is amazing! Hes so on top of things and always makes sure your order is correct without you even saying anything first 😅 Im always surprised by his energy, and yes its an upside to this panera vs many others than dont even get bread! I have been to Panera breads all up and down the west coast and this is the worst location I have visited. Poor customer service from the counter workers who were more concerned with their weekend plans then taking my order. Placed my order and were not informed of any issues at that time. Fifteen minutes later I was told they were out of broccoli and cheese soup. An hour and a half before closing you’re out?? Or you didn’t want to have to make more? I was informed by an employee who had her young daughter following her around the restaraunt. Not very professional. At that point I opted to return my entire order and go elsewhere. No apologies for the issue or concern for my future business as they inputted the order for return. Would not recommend this location or return until assured measures have been taken to address the issues described.

Been to this location several times. Things have always been ok. Took my daughter here today for a Mac n Cheese bread bowl. There were no pagers available at the self order kiosk. Had to cancel out. Ordered food in the regular line. It took nearly half an hour to get to the table. Once it finally arrived, there were literally only about five bites of Mac n Cheese in the bowl. The You Pick Two combos are awesome here! Nothing beats large servings after a work out. The thai salad was fresh, but the 10 veg soup was a little bit salty. As far as standard chain Cafes go this is a really nice one for anyone who may have some social anxiety. You can go in armed with a laptop and order online to be delivered to your table.I really enjoyed working there when I needed to get out of the house. Its super easy to over spend here though and its not the highest quality health food. But its yummy and I dont have to talk to anyone and the WiFi is free and fairly fast.

The best customer service Ive had in a very long time. The new manager-- Randy I believe is his name- what a great person! Smiles, greets everyone, walks around making sure everyone is doing well... he connects with the customers. He goes above and beyond and I appreciate the few simple conversations weve had. Love the pick 2 meal. My favorite salad is the seasonal Strawberry poppyseed salad. It has strawberries, mandarin oranges, blueberries, plus regular salad stuff, really yummy! My favorite sandwich is the Mediterranean Veggie on whole grain bread, but they have many great choices. Fresh, healthy, and filling. You can also add a cookie to your meal for 99 cents; love the oatmeal cookie ;)

Paneras all you can drink for $8.99 a month is a great deal. Walk in grab a mug, sit down order from your table. Of course you can order any of their sandwiches or snacks at the same time. My last visit to Panera was very disappointing. To start with there was a long line and for every costumer that the cashier had, it took a long time. The cashier Samaiyah was unfriendly, didnt smile, lacked of humor, it looked like she didnt want to be there which is uncomfortable. We had tea and we asked for tea mugs and she said they didnt have any and gave us paper cups, then we insisted if she had any mugs and she went to the other counter and had a bunch of mugs. Not sure why she didnt want to provide us with them. As we proceed for tea, the water was not hot enough. I also got a coffee and they didnt bring it to me, I had to go ask for it. Did not have a good time. I wont be coming here as often as I used to do.

Very disappointed. I ordered potato soup with sandwich. When the sandwich was brought to the table I was told there was no potato soup now, not that they ran out at 11:30 am, but that they are not serving it for a while. I pointed out that is is on the order board, the employee replied yeah we havent taken it off yet. I then said Ill take the clam chowder then, she said all we are serving at this time is broccoli cheddar & chicken with rice. There are 4 or 5 soups listed on the order board, again the employee replied we are not selling those now, we just havent taken them off the board. She then rolled her eyes at me when I said I want my money back then for the soup I ordered & paid for that was not being offered. Will be a long time before I waste my time there again. If you are not going to sell an item then do not advertise that you are selling it.

Usually we are very happy with everything at Panera. I particularly like the. Turkey chili, the chicken with wild rice the chicken Fuji Apple salad and strawberry fields in summer. Tonight I tried the new entree- broth with chicken wont,on. I was VERY disappointed. While it was good, for $9 I expected more than 4 wontons and 1/2 bowl of broth for a full serving. It tasted ok but there sure wasnt enough of it! Im still hungry! I wont have that again. I should have said somethings while I was there,, but I didnt.

My first visit was a failure on Paneras part. At 7:30 AM on the weekend (Century Blvd, Pittsburg location) did not have asiago or jalapeno bagels, or salmon smear cream cheese. Menu not clear. This used to be the best undiscovered place for students to study (used to be). Now, especially in the warmer months, it gets pretty loud and crowded, almost beating out Starbucks on Contra Costa in Pleasant Hill. Free drink refills (tea, lemonade, etc.) makes it bearable, so wear your earbuds. Also, there are a plethora of wall outlets. Check under the seats if youre dining at a half booth. When youre a student - its nice to have a variety of food at your fingertips, from pastries to soup (which hits the spot and satisfies most cravings, especially if youre craving carbs).
