I personally won’t be coming back to this location for food at least as my Greek salad smelled old and spoiled when I opened it out of the container. I thought maybe it was something else and prepared my salad by putting the dressing on and shaking it up, I took my first 2 bites and tried to swallow was unable to as something inside tasted really bad. I had to spit it it out. The customer service was great as the staff assure my rewards weee applied without me having to ask and she gave me options so I could make the best choice for what I wanted to eat today. Apart from the salad my broccoli cheddar soup was a little water but still tasty and great hot temperature. The mango lemonade there was made perfectly.

The food was good but a little pricey. I ordered the broccoli cheddar and it was nice and hot and creamy with a piece of bread that appeared to be broken off or torn from the loaf as opposed to being cut with a knife. Interesting. I also enjoyed a Chicken Ceaser Salad. The chicken was moist and tender and the greens were crisp and crunchy. : p Also ordered was Green Goddess Cobb Salad w Chicken. Which I might say had a nice pile of avocado sitting beautifully atop bacon bits and hard boiled egg. Enjoy friends. : )

The food is always excellent however both male and female bathrooms needed to be cleaned they both had paper towels on the ground where patrons had not put them in the garbage can. I had chicken noodle soup and a chicken Caesar salad sandwich. The chicken noodle soup was more broth than noodles however the server quickly added lots of noodles and chicken once I mentioned it. The sandwiches were excellent the macaroni and cheese which my friend had looked great. My date just added a little pepper and salt for seasoning for her palate. Mall parking. Spent under $40 for two people which was great. The hot chocolate was very tasty. It would be nice if you could have refills on the hot chocolate. The staff was friendly and inviting. All-n-all good night of eating. Sign I TRIED IT

I eat here often. Today I purchased 2 Bacon, egg and cheese brioche sandwiches, Bad choice. There was very little bacon on those sandwiches it was basically an Egg and Cheese sandwich.The coffee was Luke warm and not very appealing. I was rushing home to watch the game and I didnt have time to return the order. Over $30 wasted!!

My husband and I wanted a bagel for breakfast. So we decided to go to Panera. We ordered 2 bagels toasted. We received them in a timely manner however, when I asked for a side of cream cheese thats when the attitude came from the manager and the employee. I was told it have an additional cost. I said that was ok. When the manager came to ring me up she charged me $5.98 for two if the individual size cream cheese. I looked at her in disbelief. She said that was the cost. I told her forget it I could buy a whole cream cheese at Aldi for half the price. They were very rude.

Ive rated this location poorly for 2 reasons. The restaurant was extremely nasty. Spills all over the place. Tables needed to be cleaned. Trash was on the floor. The 2nd reason was there were gnats everywhere. The problem with that is pastries were right there, totally covered with them. On the plus side, the staff was pleasant, which is why I gave them 2 stars.

I was the only customer waiting for food it was about 10 minutes before closing, my order took about 10 minutes, I only ordered a tuna sandwich and soup, when I got home and started eating my sandwich I noticed I didnt taste any tuna, it was a speck of tuna on the bread, I noticed the last few times going to panara bread on Avalon in Carson the portions are getting smaller and smaller and the price is getting higher and higher

Horrible experience almost everytime I walk inNoone goes to the counter to order, people walk to the sandwich side or stop at the glass to say what they want .But thats besides the point, No welcome or anything when I walked in or acknowledgement of me even being there .One girl came to the counter put on gloves to walk away and do something else while three other people plus a manager looked my way and never said anything .Horrible

This is only my second time at a Panera bread and honestly I don’t get why the food is so pricey, just a meal for 2 over 40 dlls I rather go to a real restaurant and probably spend the same. The food is not bad but not worth the price for sure.

I really enjoy this Panera a lot. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. Today the young lady was super nervous so Im guessing she was new. She was super sweet and helpful. Got a you pick two which is my go to, green goddess cobb and baked potatoe soup. I hoped to get my birthday perk but I didnt realize it wasnt available the whole month (Panera, you should make it available the whole month) and missed it by a few days. Enjoyed my peaceful lunch

So grateful to this establishment for reopening for dine-in post covid. Food was good and customer service was excellent! Starbucks can say bye to their study customers! I ordered a Napa Almond sandwich with no almonds. The wrapper clearly states no almonds, but there are almonds throughout the sandwich. I attempted to speak with someone at the store but the line is either busy or connects to a fax line. I am disappointed by this. I gave it 3 stars because I usually receive great service and my sandwich is prepared correctly.

Paneras food always tastes good but the service at this location is subpar. We placed a To Go order at the kiosk. When our food was given to us, they did not give us our drink cup...no biggie. When we got home, we discovered they had left out the cookie we ordered. When I called to get a refund, they said they couldnt do it over the phone which would mean I would need to drive 12 miles each way to either get a cookie or get a refund. Instead, Im having to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I like the coffee better than Starbucks, refills and getting a rewards card are both more convenient. But there are little disappointments. For instance it would be nice to have SOFTENED butter with my toasted bagel, instead of these little hard as a brick impossible to spread things.

Always end up paying quite a bit for smaller portions however it is always delicious! You can taste the fresh ingredients. I do not recommend the new Thai chicken soup, I asked if it was spicy which the nice lady replied she hadnt tried it yet so wasnt sure but didnt hear it w a s. The bakery cafe is a relaxing place to have some soup, salad, sandwich, or baked goods that are more on the healthy side. I really enjoy their fresh baked goods that are made daily. Prices are reasonable but can be pricey if you pick certain items. The you pick two offering is the value choice if you are on a budget. Seasonal food is very enjoyable if you like different food on occasion.

I don’t write reviews but this Panera was a major let down. It was 2:00 PM in the afternoon with three people in line before me. I waited my turn patiently and the cashier was pleasant. I sat down and waited for my food and it took over 30 mins for it to come out and when it finally did it was cold. I could understand if it was rush hour or high peak time and the store was packed but there were five people in the store.

Good food.. Much smaller portions than before and bigger prices. But the biggest disappointment is they dont maintain the dining room. The good tables are always left sitting with dishes for extended periods of time. Only 2 dirty tables when I arrived this time, so I thought Id try it again Aster a hat of not going. I eat slowly, but 45 minutes later there were 12 dirty tables, mostly booths. I give up. Ive tried telling management, their just full of excuses. Were short staffed, someone wnt home sick etc. Thats ok once in a while, but if it happens every Damn day, then staff someone extra each day and have them wipe down the crusty booths a little better if everyone manages to stumble in for their shift.

I usually dont write reviews, but I definitely had to this time. I stopped by this Carson location to pick up lunch. I get to work in Compton just to find out my order was completely wrong. I ordered a you pick 2. 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 cheddar broccoli soup. What did I get? Some salad thing!!! So I drive all the way back to Carson and asked to speak to the manager. She was very nice and redid my order, but now she gave me the full size sandwich and bowl of soup. So I drive back to work, and guess what.... It was wrong again!!! Very frustrated!! so now I cant go back because of course my lunch time is over and I get off work too late to go back! I will not be returning to this location!!

Cashier service sucks! They are selective about who they greet and provide service to. They also neglect to quickly change empty coffee pots and inform guests that the microwave is broken. Also, they do not take well to criticism. I informed the cashier of the above mentioned issues and she very rudely brushed me off. I wish I knew her name, but she is petite with a green tattoo behind her ear and very rude! I guess too cute to accept criticism.

This review really pains me. Ive been to this location before and never have I had an experience like this. Panera BBC read is known for their fresh ingredients and great salads. I had a tuna sandwich that was so salty, it was unbearable. I asked the employees if that is how the tuna taste everyday and they said yes. The best thing about the sandwich was the pickle that was less saltier. The bread was flat, the vegetables were crisp but that salty tuna was just not good. I asked some others in the restaurant and they agreed that the tuna was way too salty! I dont know if the tuna is pre-made, if so, they need to change who manufactures it. I left there extremely thirsty and unhappy.

This is an average performing Panera Bread. At times, the service is slow and the staff can be indifferent, although, never rude. This location continually leaves me in a state of incredulity because of the numerous times I visit in the morning and they are already out of items. I just wish someone at Panera corporate would send over some management troubleshooters to this location to fine-tune it.

Came in and walked out. There was a line with about four people in it. There was one cashier, not very enthusiastic. A second cashier came and helped one more of us. But then they both dissapeared. So now the line (with more people now) had no one to help us, for about two minutes. There were about 6 employees walking about, but no one seemed interested in taking our order. Finally the original cashier came back, he had been taking orders to tables. In one word, Management. No one was in charge, the concept of time seemed to be absent, thats when I decided to walk out.

Plan on waiting an hour here. I have informed corporate offices about the long wait times and the inability to handle phone orders. Anybody that loves Panera like I do will definitely have to designate at least an hour just to get to the cashier. It is very sad that a restaurant of this quality, cant hire or keep enough staff to handle all of the patient and loyal customers. Corporate just threw us under the bus in favor of long and excruciating wait times. Greed hits the consumer once again.

Had my experience with an online bagel order. Not only were the bagel kind of hard (1 day old?), the ordered cream cheese wasnt available. In fact no cream cheese was available this morning. All that is no issue but the staff was neither friendly nor helpful. I didnt get a replacement treat for the missing (and paid!) Cream cheese, no refund and no friendly service when I was confronted with the question you really want to take the bagel? When I replied with do I have a choice? If only you got the little things right this would be perfect, things like wanting to serve a customer even though it was 8pm, we get that your day is coming to an end but a customer should be served the same way all day, after all you invite us to spend time with you until 9pm. Other things:- Never put hot coffee from an espresso machine into a cold cup (heat the cup with steam) and never clean the expresso machine until you close.

I did a survey earlier this week about the tables with no one sitting but the bowls, plates. & utensils were still there, not the case this morning, but there were 8 people in line with one clerk taking orders, two people preparing food. When theres more than 5 people in line, you should have another person that can assist with customers. Love Panera bread overall but this location in particular always has terrible customer service. The wmployees are always in a bad mood for whatever reason. They dont even ask or awknoledge your panera rewards card. They are always out of coffee and when you being it to theyre attention, rather than bring a fresh batch out front they take your cup to the back and fill it. They probably use folgera for all I know. Panera should really work on this branchs customer service.

Friendly service and amazing food. I had the tortellini pasta and broccoli cheddar soup which was honestley delicious. The place is very spacious and clean. Defintley reccomend this location.
