Stopped by this morning and picked up a egg sandwich and a chocolate mocha. Their machine was broken but they made it good by giving us a cinnamon roll and a large iced tea. The employees were very courteous and helpful.

Clean shop with all booths open.Friendly staff.Wide variety of beverages.Had the broccoli and cheese soup, with chicken an bacon flatbread pizza. Both were delicious, but bowl seemed less than half full. See the depth of the spoon.Parking was available and wheelchair spots nearby.

Wow..literally stood in line for over 5mins to get my kids and I food. Didnt have my card, but had cash. Staff saw that I was there in line and passed me MULTIPLE TIMES, yet NO ONE took our order! Just customer service has gone down hill! Never have I EVER waited that long or been passed up to be helped! And trust me..I work customer service, so I know things need to be done in a timely manner. Yet customers shouldnt go as unnoticed! Just soo bad lately😣

Psychological abuse, the managers manipulated, abused, and fired me afte the time sheets so I had only 4 hours a month while everyone else got regular work. They got away with it too and Panera covers it up. Wouldn’t be suprised if this garbage corporation takes this review down.

It was a really bad experience. Firstly, the plates of the food were grimy and the smell of the place was horrible. In addition, when I ask the staff, they don’t care at all such disrespectful. I don’t advise anyone to dine in this place .

I think I’m done eating at Panera. Just spent $13 on a salad and it was so small - didn’t even fill up the container. I was still hungry after eating it. Shrink-flation I guess, but other places give you decent portions for $13 and and I’m not left hungry.

Never a smooth experience here. Salads seem OK but often take longer than they should to prepare. Screens make ordering easy but this location struggles with getting the orders out.Near a middle and high school means its busy between 245 and 330.

Very friendly staff. I have the app so its easy to place an order online and pick up. I park in their 5 min spaces (which are usually available), pick up and go! Easy peasy! Items are fresh, food and service are great!

I go to Panera at Clayton for quite often, at least twice a week! I love the place!! It’s really clean, food is good and absolutely great stuff! I will even point out one of the teen workers Artur, he always helps me with the kiosks since I’m not really good with technology and always knows enraging about the menu and Ingredients!I also want to point out the fact that Artur is able to sign in American Sign Language which makes it easier for us (Dead people) to order and enjoy our time spending at Panera. I would highly recommend!!

Plenty of parking. Delivery options. Vegetarian and keto friendly. Questionable wheelchair accessibility. Clean tables. Outdoor seating.Overall, love having a Panera closer to home. Downside is having to double check my order to make sure it’s right. Careful with drinks in general but especially iced coffee drinks. Sometimes they pour hot coffee over ice, 😂Otherwise, the healthy options and portions are great. Totally customizable via the kiosks or online ordering. Just double check your order and be kind to the employees.

Ordered through Doordash, somehow lost the order and after waiting for about an hour, said our order wasnt on the screen. Said there was nothing we could do, either get back in line and order again, or wait for the other 18 pending orders.. Ended up getting Jamba Juice down the street with far better customer care.Also incomplete orders were being handed out left and right, silverware missing, missing food items, etc. Just something I noticed with my hour wait.

Outside eating area was pretty dirty and stinky, like dog pee. Tables and chairs need deep clean. And concrete very dirty.Tuna sand was good. Vege soup ok. Wouldnt get it again.

Normally the service here is Ok. But today......come on. I ordered a pepperoni pizza. Got to my destination (within 8 minutes), removed the broccoli cheddar soup and other things on top of the box of pizza, opened the box of pizza and #DISAPPOINTED! COLD, COLD, COLD!!! Like someone else ordered a pepperoni pizza and didnt pick it up so they gave it to me. Too tired to drive back, Took 2 slices to warm up in my toaster oven. Never again. Ill get my pizza from elsewhere. Not cool guys

First visit to the new Panera near my house. This location is definitely not ready for prime time! Ordered a sliced loaf of bread and a Mocha while waiting for the pizza I had ordered at Roundtable 40ft away. My pizza was ready before my buzzer went off. This was 6:30PM and there were maybe 3 customers ahead of me. Hopefully they will get their act together soon.

This is the worst time Ive had so far at this Panera. My order didnt include my piece of bread, and my mothers didnt include her extra dressing, and didnt list her customized ingredients. She also got some skin from the avocado in her salad. After all the good work they did while not being able to have sit down guests, things are falling apart for their take out orders! So sad, this was my go-to Panera!

Pleasantly the Manger Kyle Brady Was out to greet me as I was getting my large cup of coffee I am apart of the Panera family for about a month now I enjoy the calming atopmhere there breed was the best I tasted in a 10 mile radius I had been to several different Panera bread they are very hospitable and everything is fresh as they say some less cleaner then other but this one in concord tops the list from the valley to Bay Hope other stores are willing to challenge them in the rise to be the greatest Rise Up

I got bagels and cream cheese which were very good. They even had a bagel with cinnamon crunch on top of it, it was very, very good. They have a variety of soups, salads, and sandwiches that all look really good.

There was a minor issue with my order, but when I drove back to tell the manager, he made up for it. The staff and manager exceeded my expectations with making up for the mistake and were so nice while I waited for my order. I’ll definitely come back again!

Clean and fresh. Can get crowded during meal times and thus not get seats inside. Use the app or in-store kiosks to save time. The arrangement of the kiosks and queue line can throw you off, but go to the counter for any help. Staff is friendly.
