This place has employees that don’t care. The bowls weren’t even full had way with the soup that was ordered and they denied my daughter the bathroom because they decide to clean them both at the same time and close them both, is this even legal? Corporate places are garbage. I have to give it 2 stars because the Mac n cheese was good but the experience with the staff wasn’t…. Bummer

This location is always super clean, and the staff is friends + makes consistent great tasting food. Estella is my favorite cook! Always remembers how I like my order. The manager Nicole is also super nice and remembers my name when I stop by for breakfast. My work now only uses her catering for meetings (thank you for todays order!). Thanks!

Sandwiches, Flatbread pizzas, soups, everything is delicious here. Friendly staff and indoor dining now makes for an excellent lunch. I should also include salads. I love the Greek salad and the Asian chicken salad is awesome as well.Update 11/5/2022: Employees are usually friendly and helpful. I try new sandwiches most times. Hard to go wrong with any of them. Asian chicken salad is awesome as well. Most of the soups are delicious. Flatbread are good also.1/21/2023: Really enjoy the variety of food and the freshness of everything. Its a little pricey but worth it. Costs more to get quality ingredients. Give it a try if you havent already.Update 4/16/2023: I know that its hard to find good help these days but employee quality seems to have slipped a bit. Not terrible but sometimes less than expected. Par for the course these days.Update September 2023: Employees stepped it up. Awesome lady coordinating getting the food out quickly. Busy on a Monday afternoon. $9.00 thin pizza was really good, kids give them 10/10 score. Little sauce and cheese is not greasy, but it is not too big, we had to order a 2nd one.Also soups in a bread don’t have enough soup. But it was good.

Walked in cashier was a young lady no greet waiting for us to order just staring. After wer order our meals she proceeds to saying they have no chips and all we can get is an apple.asked if we could substitute something else she said no. If a restaurant does not have the necessary supplies for a meal dont charge me for something i dont want. Just like i have to spend my money and they charge high prices you should also conside this. Also we know the soup is just warmed up please warm it up warmer next time no one likes eating cold soup.

Visited around dinnertime. Wasnt very busy. Staff was helpful. Had Salad and Sandwich combo (called Pick Two). Salad was really good and fresh, filled with flavorful ingredients. Sandwich was okay. Dining area clean. Indoor/outdoor seating. WiFi as well.

This location of Panera bread is my personal favorite. It’s because of low crowd in this location compared to other bay area locations and other reason being the attention to detail on your order. Their grilled four cheese sandwich is so-so. The Mediterranean sandwich is good. Broccoli cheddar soup and creamy tomato are great. Pecan roll gives a good ending for your meal. Don’t miss the mac-n-cheese with baja style.

Not the Panera I remember. This location is very loud because of the staff. Not sure why there are so many workers being loud for no reason shouting at each other. The staff are snarky Latina woman. Not the Panera I remember. This used to be a mellow calm place to drink a coffee and have a pastry. Difficult to relax in this environment.

Party of 5 with minimal eats was $56.Restaurant seems to be on downhill. Not as clean as before. Pastries are less often available.Just ok. The chain or individual restaurants need to pick up their customer service and food taste.

I got the toasted pepperoni sandwich. It looked amazing. The problem was it was surprisingly tasteless. The sauce was undetectable and the pepperoni had very little taste. Sooooo disappointed. Maybe try a grilled cheese on a baguette. Or maybe use actual pizza sauce and better pepperoni.

Went in there wanting to check out on their self check out just to get a better view of their menu. During payment the machine wouldn’t work. The lady saw us struggling while on the phone for 5 minutes and didn’t even acknowledge, so we ate somewhere else. Next time acknowledging your customers if they are having issues.

I love picking this place to eat to get salads, soups, sandwiches and refreshing drinks. The pick two promotion the restraunt is perfect for when you want a little health food mixed with comforting creamy mac and cheese or a hearty soup. I love the drink selection, always providing different flavors and never too sweet. The staff here are very nice and accomodating. Muy amable. Online orders are easy and almost always on time. The only off thing about this place are the apples, they are very bland and not sweet at all, but that is me nitpicking.

I went to this PANERA today..Im one of those people that dont mine to pay extra when it comes to food. I order to pick up a salad ND a soup I paid for extra dressing and everything else. My fault was not to check my bag before leaving PANERA, I drove home and of course after a long date at work I want to enjoy my food there was ZERO DRESSING THAT I PAID FOR 😠. Likely I was home otherwise there WERE ZERO UTENSILS!! no for no spoon and no dressing. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I called the store and the phone just rings. Very disappointing. Terrible experience

Lady taking orders was apparently the manager of the establishment on 12/7/21 had a horrible attitude 🙄 wouldnt speak up and got frustrated when I asked her to repeat herself, also denied me a coupon. Staff in the kitchen however, are very friendly. Im sorry they have to put up with someone as arrogant as this lady manager. Maybe she shouldnt be the face that greets the customers. Plus I come here often Im really sorry to have such a negative comment about this place. She didnt want to answer my questions. Not sure if she had a bad day but other staff say shes always this grim.hope her life gets better and she has something to smile about.

I put in a large order for lunch meeting and called to check that some of the orders were gluten free. The woman who helped me went way above and beyond to research the ingredients and she even threw in an extra gluten free salad as one of the meal orders was classified as “may contain gluten”. I was so shocked by how much care she put into my order. It’s really hard to order gluten free food anywhere and servers often don’t understand it. I’m really grateful and impressed!

The most horrible Panera… the girl on the front “manager” Spanish young girl on Jan, 28 at 5:30 pm gave such a rude and unwelcoming attitude. As my wife and I were walking in my wife was looking for a mask in her bag as she did see the front signed warning about wearing mask. She couldn’t find one in her bag as she left it in the car and asked the “cashier manager”, if she has any available she rudely responded that there are two signs in the front entrance in case next time we don’t see them. It’s not a big deal we get it but the attitude was such a low class unneeded welcome and terrible customer service. The next time we walked by her she gave us a dirty stare also…. She made us feel very uncomfortable.. we wanted to leave as fast as possible.. also no napkins or toilet paper in restroom, out of several menu items like (BREAD) or avocados .. won’t be returning

This Panera has you come get your food from the counter rather than delivering it to the tables. A bit challenging if you are in a large group as customers gather there waiting and you are juggling plates trying to squeeze through. The staff is helpful and assisted us in bringing the platters to our table. The food was delicious as always.

That Panera Bread is smaller than another one I used to go. They serve the same foods with same quality and services. But I used to order foods with the apps on my cell phone because it saved all the customized foods I ordered, but they can only do it with Rapid Pick Up, not available for Order from the Table. Also they dont have the Self Order machine, you have to order it with the cashier. Hope that they will add it later on.

Ive been going to this Panera for a little over a year now and their food is delicious! There are only two items in the menu that I personally dont like but in general the rest of the food is amazing! Its delicious and nutritious and the people are nice too. I highly recommend going to Panera for food.Sadly, due to COVID they cut down the pastries and dont have the chocolate chip muffie, which is my favorite pastry. As sad as I was in the beginning, it allowed me to try different pastries and I found a couple that I liked. I hope the chocolate chip muffie comes back soon but for now Ive found some substitutions for those days where I crave something sweet.

Try the Autumn Squash soup. Incredible. Theyll even give you a sample while youre ordering. Also our favorite item is the Apple and chicken salad. It had dried apples in it! Delicious. Chicken, spring mix salad, blue cheese crumbles, walnuts and an amazing dressing. I wish theyd bring back the soba noodle dishes they use to have. They were my main reason for going there.

I dont know why I keep torturing myself. Maybe because I think oh, panera, thats healthy. Sure there are healthier things on the menu but they are NOT allergy friendly. Most of their salads listed on the menu do not have ingredients listed. Hence I order salads. Their menu does not state all ingredients or has things like ancient grains. What are these ancient grains? No one apparently knows. Had to get a manager and then found out I was allergic to these ancient grains. The salad I finally ordered didnt say it had cheese and luckily they exchanged it for one without. But it was frustrating. I need to remember to not go here.

This location is right off the freeway. There is a large amount of space right in front of the cashiers four lines but there havent been long lines when Ive been there. They are friendly and make the food quickly. The location is clean and the bathrooms are clean.

Waited in line behind a woman who kept pulling her mask down for over 30 second intervals while i was behind her. i get down at places for my immunocompromised grandparents because this respiratory plague is highly contagious. the workers walked by her while she had her mask down and did not say anything to correct her. Panera seems to be complicit in letting people spread this highly contagious virus and doesn’t care about people’s safety, as their hand sanitizers were all empty (while the building was empty and clearly not during a rush hour) I hope that anyone who goes in there has an N95 mask or higher grade because this restaurant doesn’t care about your safety. how hard is it to enforce a simple mask that doctors and nurses wear for 24-48 hour shifts daily.
