They constantly serve this quality of lettuce it is unhealthy and very upsetting the serving standards that are being provided. Multiple different times have I received the same quality of molded slimy lettuce

Loved it! Would definitely recommend it as a place for family lunch, dinner, or breakfast. I came here for a study session and the service was wonderful! Rebecca provided such an amazing service and had a genuine and lovely personality. You can tell that she is awesome at making people feel welcomed by the way she talks/helps others as well!

I usually love Panera, its in my top 3 places to get a quick good meal. Lately their salad has been off though. Theres literally spoiled pieces of lettuce and kale in the last two salads Ive had. Its really not cool also being that a salad and a drink will cost between $13-15.

Cashier Was Amazing Perfect Customer Service, Only Issue but BIG issue, my order was accidentally put in as dine in ; instead of to go, which she then told the kitchen within 1minute of placing the order not like it was right before the order was ready, the kitchen staff than had a attitude the whole time after that than proceeded to plate the food which i then had to tell them a 2nd time it was TO GO, and that i was “sorry” which at that moment the male who was plating food i assume thought i couldnt hear tells the coworker who gave me my food with such attitude “they aint sorry dont take that”

Cashier did not want to take order. Sent me to kiosks. The place had no line and only one other client in store. Kiosk said they are out of the two desserts. I had to go back to her and kioski timed out and lost original order and then she rang up the dessert separately minus the kiosks discount. Terrible customer service. That explains the empty restaurant.

Nobody was at the drive thru speaker for a whole 5 minutes which made me think nobody was even working. The girl who finally took my order was mumbling and had no customer service skills. Of course, my order ended up messed up and I didnt get a receipt either. This girl forgot the entire soup which was the point of the grilled cheese and tomato soup combo. The macaroni bread bowl was cold. Never coming back and im mad that I even wasted my time here.

Definitely do not recommend visiting this location close to the end of the night. With this location advertised as being open until 9pm, I figured it would be acceptable to visit for dinner at 8pm after a long day at work. When I arrived they stated they were only able to serve soup and salads, which isn’t really a problem I can usually make that work, until I went to order soup, and it seemed that this wasn’t really an option either, as every time I tried to order something, they started they maybe had a cup of soup left, which led me to believe they were scraping it from the bottom of the container, and became a fairly frustrating back and forth. I’m not sure if this locations hours are incorrectly stated and I just showed up right as they were closing, or if it’s standard for a restaurant to stop serving most of the menu an hour before closing, but would have loved if menu availability had been more clearly stated upon arrival so I could have come to the conclusion sooner, that if I wanted fresh food, that I needed to go somewhere else.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and salad and to save their service Timer they made me park in the parking lot to hand deliver the order dozens of minutes later. They had two cars ahead of me do the same. Kind of shady to do that as a business to curve their drive thru service numbers.

Horrible experience tonight where they failed to give me a sandwich I ordered at the currbside checkout. They had a checklist on the bag completed with all of myitems. Even the soups they told me they rant out off. I got home at 815 and found out my sandwich was missing. I called them and they told me they could not help. I needed to come back in tomorrow. I ordered online and figured it would be easy to correct. Or their store manager could at least call me back. They told me that is not their normal protocol and that I can come in the next day to speak to the manager. What a waste of my time and money.

I tried the Thai Chicken soup; not a familiar taste, however; it was okay. The chicken bits were tiny and few. I didnt think a bread dipped in it would compliment the soup, however; it actually made the soup taste better. Im giving it a three simply because it was definitely tasty just not a familiar taste to me. I much prefer a clam chowder or chicken noodle soup.

I love the food here. I like to eat healthy. This is the first drive through that Ive seen that has healthy food.I love their Autumn squash soup (I think thats what its called). They put cinnamon and other spices in it that give it a sweet taste. Its topped with pumpkin seeds.The people that work there are very nice and act professional. I would give it 5 stars but they got my order wrong more than once.When Im in a hurry I can order on line and its ready when I get there to pick up. Their drive through moves fairly quickly as well.If you like to have a quick healthy meal this is the place to go.

I was traveling through and needed to stop for a bite. Drive thru only had 4 vehicles ahead of me yet I was in it for 30 minutes. I was very specific that I did not want meat in my Greek goddess salad but they put bacon in it. My sandwich was about 4 bites long. Literally speaking. I thought they had given me a kids size sandwich, thats how small it was. They were out of pretty much anything I ordered. No chocolate milk, no Flatbread, no tomatoes. Who is doing inventory and ordering at this place? My total bill was $32 and some change.

My Fiance and I went to this Panera Bread in the Gateway Plaza, in Vallejo, CA. Worst experience ever. We ordered a Broccoli Mac and Cheese, not just Mac and Cheese. We ordered a Turkey White Cheddar and Cheese, not just meat and bread with nothing on it. We ordered a Regular Sized Sweet tea, not a regular size black tea. We ordered a chocolate chip cookie, not a oatmeal cookie. The cashier who took my order has a attitude problem and so does the one who gave me my order, while I was parked on the pick up order parking lot. Unprofessional restaurant. It doesnt take 5 minutes to get a drink.I understand they must have been through a rough day and or busy, but do your best to endure your hard work until the end of your shift. I am never going back to this Panera Bread ever again.

I like Panera even though I think the food is overpriced. It feels more clean and natural than a lot of fast food options. However, the location in Vallejo can be very disappointing. Sometimes the drive thru cashiers are rude and act annoyed for having to work.I drove across town to get soup last weekend because I wasnt feeling well. The place was closed an hour early! The staff were inside, cleaning up. When they saw me, they ducked their heads down, like they were trying to avoid being seen. I think they just wanted to get off early. Its this kind of thing that gives restaurants and Vallejo a bad reputation.

This drive thru is the slowest in the world. AFter waiting 1/2 hour with 1 car in front of me, me, and one behind. It was my first visit to Panera bread and I ordered a sandwich that had bacon on it and asked for it to be extra crispy. I was at the drive-through and generally with most places it’s hit or miss whether your order is right, on this occasion the gentleman that took my order I believe his name was Cory went above and beyond to make sure my bacon was extra crispy and even wrapped it separately to ensure my order was correct. Very dirty restaurant! I was very uncomfortable eating here. I love that Panetta is in Vallejo but would rather travel to Walnut Creek before eating here again. The floors and carpets were filthy. There was spilled food under the tables, and on the floors all over the restaurant. They do not offer the same level of service that other stores do. You have to pick up your own food rather than it being delivered to your table. The food was not well prepared or hot. They also do not offer the same kinds of baked goods like the other stores. Come on Vallejo clean it up, step it up and get with the program!! I was excited to see Panera in Vallejo. It was very clean, pleasant decor, promo friendly and efficient, but....the sign board over the pickup window toellls the story. A stenciled blurb about the proteins, written to lull the reader into a belief that the proteins might be other than factory raised, talking about the proteins being fed a diet consisting of organic material, as if anyone feeds herbivores anything else? But no discussion of grass or range fed, no discussion of non GMO feed, no discussion of antibiotics and hormones. And a similar blurb trying to invoke an image of farm to table by discussing vegetables being harvested at the farm and delivered to the company. Well where do you think vegetables come from? And again, no discussion of non GMO, no discussion of FDA certified organic, no discussion of processing, storage and shipping. At the end of all that, the food was unsurprisingly mediocre. The bread was no better that that at Subway. The cheese was a lump at the bottom of the lackluster onion soup. The meats were highly processed and no better than Quiznos. So a better alternative than McDonalds but no better that other sandwich chains and only fit for on the road with no great options meals.

I am so glad Panera opened this location. Vallejo needed a healthier fast food option and this one comes with a drive thru, which I had never seen before. The store is beautiful, clean and full of windows. We set by the window, in a 2 person booth. So cozy! We had steel cut oatmeal, in real glass bowls, and they were delocious. Our pastries were also delicious and service was good. The pastry case was so nice. It made me want to eat a pastry, which I had not considered before walking in.We will return!

A brand new Panera Bread has finally arrived in Vallejo, CA. Plenty of available parking and is well-lighted during evening hours. The drive- thru is a welcome addition. Beware it is not easy to navigate for large trucks. Oh, I almost forgot: the food is fresh and delicious, no preservatives and no oily residue. I recommend Panera Bread if youre searching for a fresh, healthy, five-star meal.Update: I am concerned about the ability of this establishment to keep the eating area clean and neat. A recent visit in the early morning hours had me concerned about the lack of cleanliness of the dining area. If necessary, this franchise needs to hire an employee who does nothing but clean the place every hour.

The tall white brown haired manager woman with glasses got mean when I asked where something was, Condesending as if I was tall enough to see where it was right heRREEe-and tapped on the butter on the way Tall pick up desk, AND I notice its Made in our city to Get You In and Get You Out, its a shame our city cant deserve a lil more comfortable respected design like all others :/ it wasnt busy but kept being cirlced by the waitresses, asked while eating if anything needs a pack up thing made me feel rushed.

We made the comment to the manager about the unpleasant taste of one of the flavored waters, which did not taste good and his response was very rude, another person made the same comment about the same water and his response was similar, I think before answering inappropriately, you should try the product from which the comment is made, it could be in poor condition and cause some symptom or negative reaction in people
