I cant believe I paid $15 for a sandwich that only has 3 pieces of chicken, it had never happened to me before... when I asked ( because this is what I usually eat at Panera) they told me yes, that was the correct portion... 1 scoop ... but I wonder, what dimensions? This is the only panera where this has happened to me, apart from the fact that I get a fat chicken… unpleasant and a very disappointing. Literally paid $15 for a piece of bread…

Panera has really gone down hill the last few years. From their new terrible baguette recipe to their over watered down soups. Seems like they are cutting corners at every turn while raising prices. I dont mind paying more for quality but to lower quality and raise prices is unacceptable. The broccoli cheddar soup used to be delicious, now its just watered down and not very flavorful. Then to charge me $13.99 for a small subpar sandwich is outrageous. Sad to say but today was my last visit to this franchise. I will be spending my money elsewhere.

A solid Panera location with generally friendly staff. As usual, the food isnt quite worth the price. The sitting areas are nice, but the music is pretty loud and the Wi-Fi randomly drops packets. If you want to work out of a coffee shop for a few hours, go elsewhere.

They customized my Green Goddess salad with two over-easy eggs (instead of hard-boiled one) per my request. Note, this combination only available during breakfast. This awesome customer service provided by the team and manager Mrs. Sioe. Thanks so much!P.S. Yesterday I got my breakfast here for free. Accumulated rewards on my Panera card came to about $10 in free food (drink and sandwich). Panera is probably the only place that rewards you so handsomely for being a loyal customer.

I went into Panera Bread, on Stevens Creek Blvd., in Cupertino, the other day. It is store.# 4471. Im 72-years-old. I was very impressed by how welcoming and customer-service oriented the young man who helped me was. He was/is a cashier. His name is Pat. He has not been working there for very long. I let him know hes doing an excellent job, very helpful, pleasant and, again, welcoming. I asked to speak with his supervisor/manager to let the supervisor/manager know of the really nice service Pat provides. His supervisor, whose name was/is AJ, came. He was equally courteous, friendly and very customer-service oriented. I have to say that AJ trains and orients his crew(s) to provide flawless customer service. I never have any complaints about Panera. And now, I have more to praise. Thank you, Pat, AJ and Panera. Best wishes.

There are many good choices here and it is reliable between locations. I enjoyed my Margherita pizza. My granddaughters enjoyed macaroni and cheese and grilled cheese. There are vegetarian options as well as usual meats.

Yummy food.Some nice people, some apathetic.Incredibly understaffed. Standing in line always takes way too long.Looks like the prices keep going up, and the portions are smaller. If you get a bread bowl with a tiny amount of soup, they wont give you any more without making you pay for it. Panera, if you care about your customers, you would do better.

This is a great spot to study or do some light work with food. You order off a kiosk and drinks are self serve. My order with the Chicken Chipotle Sandich didnt take long and the sandwich itself was delicious. Not all of the tables or booths come with power plugs so check before you settle down. The parking lot is a bit small with limited spaces, the spots closest to the curb are 30 min time limits.

Mediterranean Veggie sandwich came with some sauce already in it which caused allergic reactions on my lips. another colleague of mine also had an itching after sensation on tongue lasting hours later after the meal we believe from the salad dressing (ranch with string tangy taste)Need to check with restaurant what sauce/dressing they put to avoid going forward. Had the most rudest customer service here! I ordered You Pick 2 where I specifically mentioned half Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich with a bowl of soup and a side of chips plus a mango smoothie. She gave me a total and I paid the bill. When I saw the printed receipt, she hadnt added the bowl of soup and she had charged for me a whole sandwich instead. I went to the counter to explain her about the situation to which she shouted at me that she would have to cancel the whole order if I want to change it. I explained to her that its not me who wants to change the order but it was her who typed my order wrong even after she was repeating everything I was ordering but she still typed wrong? She then explained me that if I order a You Pick 2 with a bowl of soup, it is going to be expensive for me. Really? Am I asking you to pay for my food? Do you get to decide if my food is going to be expensive for me? This just really frustrated me and I asked her to cancel my order and I am never going back to this place. I drove to Panera in Campbell and had a great experience and ate my expensive food.

Or bigger bowl?Another time I got a Garden Salad and it was like, half a bowl. surely they could at least, add more lettuce? I know times are tough, but Ive been coming to Panera for years. My favorite place, even refer friends. But please dont cut portions maybe add more less expensive ingredients, like rice to rice bowls and lettuce to salads. My review is about food. The store is nice but one of their new sandwich item call Spicy Take is the worse sandwich ever introduce by Panera Bread. It got all the worse ingredients combine together on hamburger bun. I dont know how an item can be approved. The creator of this sandwich is like some kids playing with food stuffs. They put a pice of grilled chicken breast then dump on top with half a jar of Tabasco sauce and 1/3 jar of mayo and few chips then call a Spicy Take sandwich. This sandwich even dog dont want to eat too and it costs $14. $5 big mac could sastify everyone way better than this sandwich.

I really loved the place on my first visit. The food was delicious. I ordered the broccoli soup and turkey sandwich there. The place was well organized and decorated. It is also in the city center, easily accessible to everyone. The staff there was very friendly and cooperative. The service was also great. Though I dont live there anymore, I would surely love to visit the place again. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone who are in search of quick delicious food. I enjoyed myself there. This was our first visit after the pandemic and I would say the place isnt very good now. The chicken spicy sandwich was dry and the chicken noodle soup in a sourdough bread bowl was neither hot nor sufficient. Almost half the bowl was empty and no butter etc was available for the bread served with the soup. Seems pandemic had played havoc with their standards.

This is by far the worst Panera Ive ordered from. So disappointed. I ordered a Baja bowl with chicken. And the avacado was moldy. Literally black. I ordered for pick up and wiated 20 min for my food and had to drive all the way to my hotel just for the food to be inedible. Really bad service if you give your customers moldy food. So disappointed and I wont be back to this location. So check your food before you leave the building.

They quickly put it together for me from the order I could bring up on my phone.There is plenty of space to distance of you want to come in and order, but usually the contactless pickup is preferred. If you order pick up, check your order carefully. They often forget to put some items. The last time they missed: bread bowl for my soup, put only half of the sandwich instead of full, did not put any fork, while I ordered one salad and two fruit cups, put only 2 spoons, while I had 2 soups and one cup of yogurt. Went there for dinner with my rugrats and apparently I left my wallet there. I didnt realize until 3 days from my visit last week so when I called to ask if they found it, I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you Panera Team for your honesty. An another note when we were there they provided awesome service. They were patient while I took ages to order for my family and even hooked it up with an extra Apple juice for my kids when I mentioned it wasnt brought with the food. I didnt ask for anything extra nor was I even upset, I just wanted the juice and politely asked about it. Instantly the manager (she looked like one) profusely apologized when she brought the drinks. Thank you for making the end of a super long day for my family a happy one. Be careful Panera. I might hit up this location for recruiting for my office. :)

Decently clean, pleasant environment good for working or lunch meet-ups or early dinner. Its not too loud, but theres normally a certain volume of noise from people talking. The food itself is surprisingly fresh and delicious for a fast-casual restaurant, not dripping with oil or soggy with melted cheese; plus, there are many vegetarian items on the menu, if thats your thing. Wi-Fi is free and not terrible. Overall, an unremarkable but comfortably casual place to get some food and chill for an hour.

Coffee, food, snacks all taste great. I go here regularly with my kids, and also for work related meetings. Its well maintained and very central in Cupertino.The biggest flaw in this coffee shop is the counter service -- there are usually a number of registers open, but the cashier who takes your order then moves to a different counter to make your coffee. This can cause delays while multiple cashiers are waiting to make coffee.

This happens to be an easy review and one that is pleasure to write. It combines the two things that I have high expectations...the quality of the food and the genuine desire to provide the best service. I started coming to Cupertino Panera on a regular basis with my best friend and brother-in-law about 3 months or so. We would stop by Panera after leaving the YMCA around the corner. There have been a couple times where they would be low on jalapeño bagels, they would somehow manage to find a couple for us. We had the manager, Richard Reyes, come an personally talk with us about our experience and asked how they could make it better. This, I might add, was without prompting. We made some light comments in passing, not really taking it too seriously, because for most places don’t take feedback too seriously. Richard took our comments seriously and had more jalapeño bagels on stock regulary. This may seem trivial to some people, but for me...with expectations of great service, was a huge deal. The manager always makes it a point to come out and interact with the customers and listening to their thought. OUTSTANDING!! Here is another point I wanted to make, the quality of what they serve. The bagels are right up there with the best of the competition. They take the service serious enough to make the eggs, on a pan, not microwaved. Over easy, with the perfect amount of seasoning. So my point is this, Panera stands above and beyond in the quality or the service and, just as importantly, the quality of the food. I know some people have reasons or not for liking Panera. All I can point to is the consistency of my great experiences at this Panera. They are genuine in their desire for quality in service and food. I hope this was a helpful review. CHEERS!

This is my moms favorite place for lunch or afternoon snacks. The Fontegra chicken is the best of the best! The corn chowder or tomato soups are wonderful whether during summer or winter. Panera bread on Stevens creek is not good. Food doesnt seem fresh and anything with cheese on it ends up with the cheese looking disintegrated (how is that possible!?). I asked for a bowl of their Turkey chili and they didnt have ANY toppings (cheese, scallions, sour cream, avocado etc.. WTH), NOTHING as a topping. The look I was given when asking for the toppings made me think topping on chili is something no one does...REALLY!?
