Panera Bread in Rancho Cucamonga

This was a very disappointing Panera. It was extremely dirty. We could not find a clean table to sit down. We should have gotten the hint when we had to ask two different employees to take our order. I would not recommend this particular facility.

I’ve been a loyal patron of Panera for the longest time, but today was very disappointing; as I simply was trying to reach out to the Manager or any representative with regards to an order I placed through the Panera App, and I just wanted to update you with further delivery instructions, and someone either doesn’t know how to put “my call” on hold, or someone is intentionally dropping my call.Please reorient the staff to realign themselves with the high standards of efficiency and quality of customer service your company seems to believe and advocate in.

Food would of been good if it didn’t have a hair in it. Forgot to take a picture because I was soo disgusted. Coffee would of been good if it didn’t have soo much milk. Wouldn’t recommend.

Stopped to grab coffee and use the restroom. The restaurant and the restroom were clean. The iced coffee and caffeinated lemonade were delicious. Love the kiosk ordering and they had plenty of seating inside and outside.

Low rating for ambience with music so loud it is like a disco night. I go to Panera breads to work. In other places, the place is full of regular clients that do the same and have meetings. Not very inviting for this, and probably a reason it was empty. Learn from other locations please, youll get more business.

We love this place because the staff there (Ontario location on the 4th St.), from the cashiers, custodians to the food preparers, all make us feel like a part of their family! When friends ask us what gift cards we like, we always say “PANERA” please! There are days I can tell they are literally stressed out from fulfilling their online orders, but they never fail to smile and show their kindness to us or any of their walk-in customers or to each other. I always like to try different things on their menu. Their newly addition or perhaps an old item recently returned: Chipotle Chicken & Bacon pizza is absolutely delicious and is now one of my new favorite items on the menu! You’ve got to try it if you have not done yet!

I come here everyday for my charged drink & candy cookie before work. It’s always soo good! Love the Sandwiches here. Holly is such a sweet manager at this location!!

Came here on a weekday morning to study. Parking was easy. Located in small plaza w tjmaxx. There were plenty of seats inside. Few outlets though. Maybe 3 or 4.Ordering easy at kiosk or in person. Staff friendly. Handsanitizer by the kiosk empty tho. Seems gross since everyone touches the machines. If u need a receipt order in front.Bathrooms fine, need code.Staff were all masked.Lots of 50+ yr old customers.Food and coffee tastes like every panera. Consistent.

Panera Bread is a sandwich shop in Rancho Cucamonga. It’s a counter-serve bakery / cafe chain serving sandwiches, salads and more, known for its bread and free WiFi. We visited this place today early in the morning. Needed a pick-me-up on the way to a busy day. Whether it was a bagel or two, a takeout or a dine-in it was well worth the time. Staff was attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Fresh, favorable food served in a reasonable time whether for takeout or in-house. The price was decent.

The food was okay! The service was nice and friendly. The tables and floors are very dirty. It is very expensive there. There was a little weight to serve you. Great location easy to find. The neighborhood is good. There is enough parking place here. They dont give you a lot of food for the price.🍰🍴💰💸
