I visit this location often and they are the best one around the area. The food is quick & good, and their staff is always so nice. The restaurant & bathroom are always clean compared to the other locations. I highly recommend this location vs. other ones if you didnt have a good experience at panera.

Enjoyed a delicious lunch on the patio today! The food was ready quickly and accurately. The Manager Will came out to check on us a couple times and even took our plates when we were done. Great meal and even better service!

I had been in the Paneras in Chicago. I just didnt know the menus would be so different. The choices in this location are minimal. I got a two item entre which included chicken soup, cheese macaroni and bread. When it came to my table I was shocked by the tiny portions. It felt like I was having a snack. The macaroni was good. The soup was watery and not hearty. And the bread was cold. Good thing the food was not overly salty. The staff was friendly though. The total lunch bill, including tax and tips, was close to $14 which is more than I want to pay for lunch. I really should have walked next to Chipotle.

They used to bring your tray to you, now you have to pick it up yourself. But at least the soup was nice and hot. Which was a whole lot better than a lot of other restaurants.

I eat at Panera at least twice a week. So obviously I like it a lot. This particular day I was surprised to find my Napa chicken salad sandwich and pickle thrown in the bag without the usual wrapping. I ordered two sandwiches and one was wrapped but the other one was thrown in the bag without care. I asked the employee if she could take it back and have it wrapped properly. I was nice about it. I got an eye roll and a sigh. Really?! Do you want your food thrown in a bag like trash? I couldn’t believe that I got attitude for a mistake someone made or was just lazy and didn’t care. I’m not going to name names but if it happens again I’m going to talk to the manager.

The sandwhich was made terribly. Ordered my son a grilled cheese and was headed home to eat with him. His sandwich had half a brick of cheese and 3 or 4 bacon bits. See pics. That was $3 extra worth of bacon.

Food is okay, but the customer service is awful. I was looking to pick up a rapid pick up item and asked one of the workers where to pick it up (its normally near the shelf for pick-ups, but it wasnt there). He angrily told me where it was and was incredibly rude, snapping at me. I really dont appreciate being practically yelled at when I pick up my food. This place desperately needs to hire some better workers. Wont be back to this location.

EDIT: This location needs improvement. Today I had my husband pick up a to go order for chicken noodle soup, a turkey bacon sandwich, and blueberry muffin. As you can see from the pictures, there was more lettuce on it than anything else! I picked most of it off because it was way too much! There was hardly any bacon at all, and again, from the pictures, the only piece of bacon I found was mostly fat. Hardly any turkey and super small piece of gouda cheese that didnt even cover the slice of bread! For the prices they charge, this is completely unacceptable! They better step it up on their food prep before they start losing customers. I wont continue to pay high prices for crappy food.Overall, Panera is a good, healthy place to eat. Their breads are good, and they have the best blueberry muffin ever. Recently I made an online order for two southwest chicken broth bowls. I did not care for it at all, and neither did my husband. There are other good food items on the menu though, and they have a nice assortment. Also, the online order system is really fast and easy. My order was ready in 10 minutes and waiting in a special section when I walked in. Since you pay online, you can just walk in and get it without any interaction with employees, which makes it even faster. Ill definitely use that again. I also joined the rewards program and got a free pastry since I just joined.

I used to come here frequently, but today was the first time in a couple years. It was disappointing. One of my favorite dishes is the Green Goddess salad. When I get here today I learn that the prices have increased by close to 20%, which isnt that big of a deal. However, when the salad was delivered it was perhaps 2/3 the size it has been for the previous 10 years. It literally only filled up half of the bowl they are served in. I asked the folks behind the counter, and they readily added some more to the salad for me, no questions asked. But it should be known that theyve increased their prices significantly and at the same time are cutting back the food significantly as well. It tasted good, as usual, but the value is now very poor.

Our favorite comfort food place. We always tend to pick their Pick 2 option with Soup + Sandwich. Their chicken noodle soup has such a warm and nostalgic touch to it. Their sandwiches are yum too!

Terrible! I ordered a new chicken and scrambled egg breakfast sandwich on ciabatta. I took the small sandwich out of the wrapper and all I saw was bread! I opened it up and it was sad.it was the epitome of sadness. It looked like rationed army food as if we I waited in a line like during the great depression. There was no egg so I went back to request a refund which I got minus the $1.00 tip which they said they couldnt refund. Hilarious. I used to enjoy Panera, however like many places, employees just dont care. The prices have become ridiculous. I will never go back to a Panera! Bad experiences at other locations.

Update as of 4/1/2023, now three stars. Terrible experience today, I ordered Rapid Pick Up on my phone and three minutes later, the app said my order was ready, when I went, a line cook told me my order would be over there, and I looked in both cubbies where the completed and bagged orders are placed, but nothing would be there. I waited at the waiting area forever for nothing, because I decided to leave and call customer service to get a refund and the customer service called the restaurant and the restaurant responded to the rep saying it was already picked up. This Panera was lying to me! I waited for NOTHING!This Panera is almost perfect, but 4 stars, because the staff keep marking the orders as ready when they are not ready. I ordered a caffe latte for dine in and my buzzer went off when it was not even ready. When I was dining in I ordered a salad from rapid pick up from my computer and it was not even ready yet. How inconsiderate!

I ordered for curbside pick up at 2 pm and waited till 230 with out somebody coming out to bring my food. When i called it would go through the automated ring s few times and hand hang up. As a result i had to go inside to get my stuff leaving my dogs in the car on a hot day. I WILL NOT GO TO PANTERA AGAIN.

I ordered 4 beverage + family breakfast. A white lady accused me of taking beverage cups for free. Even after I told her I have already paid and showed the receipt in my phone, instead of saying sorry, she again accused me of taking more than I paid. I had to take my phone very close to her to show all my orders. Still, without saying sorry, she just shrugged her shoulder and walked away. Her attitude successfully ruined our weekend family breakfast. Somebody needs to train her how to approach customers when her feeling gets suspicious.

I eat here almost every day before work. My order is always fresh and correct. During the lunch rush, I get me food in about 5 minutes. Not only that, but the staff is incredibly hospitable, kind, and hard working. Shout out to Jason for always giving a warm greeting and making sure that Im doing well. Another shout out to Sarah for also providing kind and personalized service. There are other employees here that also deserve recognition, including the managers who are constantly walking though the dining room checking up on guests or taking orders during the busy hours. I have nothing but good things to say about this location. Keep it up!

Panera is great! Tasty food for a reasonable price for what you get. Generally clean, not crowded or loud, family friendly, and with friendly servers who check in on you often. Lots of healthy options and vegan or vegetarian options. As a vegan this used to be one of my favorite places to go because of the variety of vegetable soups, bagels and spreads, etc. They have electronic ordering menus if you like the convenience of that as well as extensive and unique drink and pastry options. The parking lot is large but usually packed so plan to walk a bit.

Although this is one of the smaller Paneras (compared to the Concord bakery), it is big on customer service. As I walked in and one of the staff greeted me with a smile. As I placed my order, the staff had laughter and was lighthearted. They included me and I laughed with them. I had ordered a lemon drop, which was gone, but one of the staff was able to find in the back - freshly baked.Speaking of fresh. Normally at the Concord bakery, anytime I have ordered bread with my soup, its hard. Im always fighting it. The bread roll here was soft and melted in my mouth. I didnt have to fight my food.The only con, is that this is a smaller location, so it was hard to navigate around tables comfortably. However, if I wanted to sit outside, it was gorgeous. Ive included a pic because the water fountain is amazing.

It was a bad visit this time around. It took us 51 minutes to get our to go order. A few patrons asked for their money back. I have to admit that this is our first bad experience at a Panera Bread. It should be customary to have a sign showing that a long delay is expected, the reason is unnecessary. This would allow the customer to either decide to stay or go. Because of the short staff, customers complaining and asking for refunds caused further delays. You could see that the employees were doing their best, so the poor rating is not on them.

Came here with my daughter on a Sunday afternoon. Ordered through the kiosk for the first time. (Were vegetarian so that affects our choices.)Had the grilled cheese, vegetarian tomato soup, and the Vanilla cinnamon roll. But pricey but everything was warm and tasty.The people who brought it good to our table were friendly and working hard to get all the orders out.My only knock would be that the coffee urns cool down to fast. So, if you dont get a fresh urn and it does a while the coffee is lukewarm.

I love Panera (at other locations) but the Dublin location for dining in is getting 2 stars from me. They dont clean up the tables, the floor, or the carpet. The place is not clean. Ive come here three times now, and each time Ive dined here, I see trash around and plates left on tables. They need to do a better job with cleanliness.I also did an order from table to place an additional item. The server never came by bc she assumed since we had plates at the table already, it wasnt our food... even though the order from table has our table number.

Great food - and despite being insanely busy, I get my food pretty quickly. Gotta love the French baguette - absolutely bangin. Cant get enough of it! The employees are great and must have a world of patience because Ive seen them putting up with some horrible customers. People who are too impatient or ignorant to realize that a place this busy isnt always going to be super clean every minute. The food is great and the service is spot on. Thats the important bit.

Only one cashier and Ive been waiting to order for 38 minutes... There was only 6 orders in line. Matt was nice to customers but he didnt know anything about the items on the menu making the experience take longer than necessary because as well as having to repeatedly stop to train a woman named Kiya, who i had asked a question and gotten ignored completely. he also didnt have any knowledge of what was in stock or out of stock. I didnt expect to spend over an at a fast food restaurant trying to get a simple meal. The food took 24 minutes to come out of their food bar. And the kitchen staff, Larissa mainly, seems to be moving in slow motion and missing things on several different orders leaving the food runner to tell her about her mistakes. At least the food runner is doing his job well. I have also witnessed several dishes and silverware being dropped making very loud noises. I have never had such a bad experience at Panera Bread.

To all the Panera bread customers reading this, PLEASE check your food before you eat it!!! I found a LARGE ALIVE BEETLE in my sandwich which was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I screamed so loud that my sister jumped. It looked like the beetle was buried inside of the sandwich while it was trying to crawl out. I felt like I was going to throw up and immediately washed my mouth like 50 times. I have never been so frustrated in my life and there is nothing that Panera bread can do to erase that memory from my mind. Not sure if it was because it is Sunday or if their quality has gone downhill. We waited at least 5 minutes to place our order (there was one cashier and one person ordering when we arrived) no lines. Tried to use the self serv kiosk but it was not working. Ordered and sat at a table to wait for our meal. Took 20 minutes for it to arrive at our table...the dining room had 4 to 6 other customers already eating. It was basically empty. Our food arrives, we all ordered bread but they only had one knife (we were 5 people). Went to the counter to request more knifes, they were put of knifes and had to get more un the back, more waiting. I ordered tomatoes soup and grill cheese. The bread of the grill cheese was hard as a rock!!! The cheese was melted and spilled out of the bread (it was crusty and hard as well). This is usually my favorite meal from Panera....not anymore.

Love love love me some Panera. How did I live before their souffles? And an orange scone? For special events I order Catering, pick-up and bring to work. Everything is always a hit with the team.The Dublin location is charming. Sitting outside is lovely. Chairs are actually comfortable! Booths are also but they are almost always full. Ive been there with special requests and they always take care of me. They even know my name when I arrive in the morning to pick up my orders! How great is that?

Ordered delivery catering for a large group event.It was there 20 minutes early. I get it, thats not usually an issue but here the thing....I had some coffee immediately and it was COLD. Not warm but Cold! The sandwiches and souffles and wraps...all COLD. if youre gonna be early, Atleast make sure its hot when it gets there. This place is gets a solid meh from me.The people behind the counter are either helpful or surly. The food is either well put together or a mess. Some things, like the baguette side, are unreliable in portion size. Ive had a huge chunk or a tiny chunk ripped apart by hand, or small or medium pieces cut with a knife.Ive also had to-go orders messed up. Missing baguettes or chips, wrong entree, that kind of thing. Its made me one of those people who gets the bag, and then has to rummage through it to make sure Ive gotten what I ordered. Anyone who has or had a moody teen knows that if you open the bag at home and its not what they asked for sets the tone for the rest of the evening.I really do like the bakery part though. The baguettes are reliably good, my son is bonkers over the muffies (think muffin batter treated like a cookie) and as Ive sampled through the other things presented in the window Ive been happy.This place would be four stars if it the service and food presentation ware more reliable. Ive been close to rating it two stars a few times, so thats why Ive waited to make my review. I like Panera as a place. The menu is good, the food (when prepared well) is good, I just wish this location were more reliable from a service and kitchen standpoint. Ill keep going and hope that the service gets better.

The food delivery in the table is more faster than how it was. I noticed there was a person in the kitchen to get the order out as fast as they can. Noted that there was lemon seed in the lentil quinoa bowl - that is not acceptable!! Also, the bus person in the Dublin section is so quick in wiping the table that my food was thrown away. I was going to take it to go. I wasnt done eating and went to go get to-go container. By the time I came back, my food was all pick up and table is all cleaned up.

Went there last week to pickup a delivery for my family. The manager came to deliver the order to the car. It disgusted me when I saw him walking around without a mask inside the store, just wrapped around his neck (you can actually see him through the glass window). As soon as he got to the door, he would put the mask on right before leaving the store. He actually forgot one bag, so he went back in, removed the mask, got the bag, put it back on and then got out. When I asked him why he was not wearing his mask, he lied and said he was using it all the time. I should have taken a picture, but unfortunately I am never coming back there.

I really like the Fuji apple salad but now that theyre putting them in to go containers theyre quite a bit smaller. Also youre not allowed to touch your drink cup but THEY put their ungloved hands all over the top of your cup. I experienced this in 2 Paneras. 🤔🤔

Okay, after reading all the hype about this place I decided to give it a try when I was out doing jury duty in Dublin. I ordered half a classic ham and swiss sandwich. Turns out it was really quite boring and mediocre. I probably should have gotten the turkey bacon gouda thing but I didnt see that on the menu. I suppose if youre doing jury duty this place might be okay but unless I ever have to do jury duty again I probably wont be going back

Staff was pretty friendly and helpful but the food and maintenance could be improved.Ordered and handed a sensor to buzz me when my order was ready. Sat for 5 minutes and left a cup of water on the table I had and went to use to rest room while I waited. When I walked back to my table I saw a plate on an adjacent table with what appeared to be my order. My buzzer didn’t vibrate so I asked them and they said they put it on a table over there. Thanks?They have the AC on FULL BLAST and it’s winter and it’s colder inside than outside! Constant draft of freezing cold air. I needed to put my gloves, hat and scarf back on to eat. My soup got cold quickly because of it.Food was ok. I ordered the half soup hand salad. Got a black bean soup and an ancient grain and quinoa salad. Soup was extremely salty. Salad was mediocre with the veggies diced REALLY small (1/8” dice!) There was probably about 1 table spoon of quinoa and a very scant splash of vinergary sour dressing that was also very salty. The Apple came in handy to get the salt out my mouth along with copious amounts of water.Bathroom floor was smelly and the floor slippery but fortunately the placed a wet floor sign Upon your very first step into the bathroom that you walk right into it.I’ll probably not return here in the future.

Ordered the BBQ chicken flat bread which I have ordered several times from other Paneras. The chicken was not cooked when I asked for something else they didnt want to give me anything. Spent the next few hours throwing up from food posioning and Im 5 months pregnant. Not that the manager cared at all. Thanks never eating at any Panera again.

Every Panera Bread Ive been to seems to have things down. Ive only had one negative experience here where my friends order wasnt brought out for a half hour because the first time was incorrect. I havent been to the Dublin, Panera in at least a year and now I remember why. Its been very cold in the evenings so my son and I thought a bread bowl would be perfect on a cold night. We arrived at 8:00pm, the facility closes at 10:00pm. I ordered a chicken noodle bread bowl for my son and asked for the baguette as our side option. I was told they were out of baguettes. I accepted a piece of sour dough bread instead. Then I ordered a broccoli cheddar bread bowl. I was told they were all out of broccoli cheddar for the day. So I settled for southwest tortilla soup. After we paid and sat down the food runner walked over to us and saif they were all out of bread bowls so they could only offer a bowl of chicken noodle. I asked if there was a price difference the young girl said no. Well there is. Not enough of a difference for me to ask for my money back but enough for me not to come back to this location. This ALWAYS seems to be the case with this location they are ALWAYS out of breads, which I find funny since its called Panera BREAD!! Not mention they ask for tips upfront before you receive food or service. Highly annoyed appetite ruined.

Some ways I love panera bread. Their clam chowder is delicious and their broccoli cheddar soup. Three cheese tortellini good. Pesto pasta good but lately its been getting hard and too cheesy. Looove their steak and blue cheese salad. Awesome dressing. I dont like that their always running out of souffle. I wanted to try the spinach and artichoke. I do like that they have sweets and sandwiches and other stuff.
