Ordered from PanPan Wok through DoorDash and i received extremely soggy chow mein and the orange chicken had fell apart as i poked at it. the orange chicken was flavorless and did not taste well. WHAT IS THIS???

Food was ok at first now nobody listens they slap food together that you ask them not to touch because two sauces are gross...they give you dry chicken, bland soggy or dried up coconut shrimp . Crab ragoon sauce is more like vinegar flavored ketchup, I dont get good food so i cant eat here anymore itd gross

Ordered shrimp egg foo young. ONE shrimp in a separate bowl of tasteless gravy with mushrooms, peas and carrots. Not compatible with egg foo young patties . Received 4 patties that were, in texture, similar to a fluffy omelette, which was flavorless also. Service was not great, but one step above poor. If you’ve been eating egg foo young as I have as a 72 year old woman from the east coast, you will be sorely disappointed!

Been going here since it opened. The two hispanic women servers have terrible attitudes . They were completely disrespectful to a senior citizen in front of me today.the old staff used to be so friendly and out going very sad to see this happen to a nice place.

I came here for the first time today. I found the service very friendly and workers very upbeat and happy to serve you. The food is good. Very generous in their portions and good quality vegetables as well as their meat. The meat was tender, and not chewy like other Asian restaurants. The fried chicken is also very good, not greasy like Popeyes, not salty, just the right about of Cajun seasoning. The price is very reasonable, a great value, with good food!

For the price you pay you get an amazing amount of food, this is probably the best deal of any chinese restaurant in palmdale, their food is also very good in quality. I recommend this place to all my friends and co-workers all the time. real great chinese place 5/5

We absolutely love this place. Their food is delicious. I love the pepper chicken its so good! They serve you huge amounts of food. I can always get dinner and lunch the next day out of one order. WAY WAY WAY better than Panda Express! No comparison. The people are always nice, they always smile and greet you when you walk in. They will make anything you ask for fresh if you want it but the food in their trays is always pretty fresh so unless you want a special order there really is no need.Oh I almost forgot...you absolutely MUST try their pot stickers. OMG I could eat those all day everyday.

Loved this place one of of those little hole in the wall places that pleasantly surprises you. Same familiar items as most Chinese fast food restaurants plus more than the usual except their portions are bigger and quality is way better.Very clean and set up to safely serve the public.

It was difficult to find a good, authentic chinese restaurant in palmdale that was not too far.and then we found panda wok! before the pandemic, this restaurant was always busy but never crowded as most orders were carry out. their lobby is not too big but nice to hang out in.the food is delicious!! they have several combo options and the plates are packed tight.great food for a great value!we have also gotten the boba thai tea which we pretty much drank all summer long. so good.employees are efficient and friendly. they are very generous and we are lucky to have them here in palmdale.we have ordered their food thru delivery apps but i prefer to go and pick up my orders. the apps dont list all their items.is always a place to eat at when you find yourself in palmdale! they never disappoint 😁

Very clean but... lady was very rude rushing me to get my food and no one else was in the restaurant but me and my wife. Also my food tasted old this was around 12 p.m. I felt the food should not taste that old that early it was not fresh maybe they made it yesterday. But it took the excitement out of my meal and I really just didnt want any more felt like I waste my money. This was the first time I had a problem.

Was 5 star review last year, now 3 star as 2nd time in row food was not prepared as ordered; no cashews in cashew chicken and ordered without bell peppers and loaded with extra peppers and forgot to put onions. Fountain soda was flat; they did replace with canned soda.Todays server/cashier is my favorite, she knows our order by heart; wish her husband was the cook again. Todays cook did not follow instruction nor prepare the food the way it was ordered. Other server/cashier & cook on our previous visit got order wrong too and put raw cashews instead of candied cashews on the chicken; I guess that is better than zero cashews in the cashew chicken like today.Asked for extra veggies in soup as i delete the won tons and chicken, there was only 2 pieces of zucchini, 1 slice of carrot, no cabbage or water chestnuts or onion, --- basically a bowl of lettuce, celery and 4 piece of shrimp in broth for $8.The food tasted good and I love the friendliness of todays cashier/server, so three 🌟 🌟 🌟s. Were it not for that, todays experience would have been a one 🌟 rating.*********************************************LAST YEARS REVIEW was 5-STARThis place is the best. Delicious food, super friendly staff that serves large portions. You can order from the trays or get a special that is made to order. My favs are the cashew chicken (dark meat) (i ask to hold the bell pepper) and the Wor Won Ton soup (i request no won tons) ( zucchini, shrimp, white meat chicken, broccoli, carrot, greens) Super clean eating area and bathroom. With the specials you get to choose one of three sides (rice noodles, fat noodles, or fried rice) Their string bean chicken (white meat) is real good too! Highly recommend. I have gone there 3-4 times per month for over a year. Always a pleasant friendly smile with tasty food items to choose from. I like that the soups are made to order. The portions are so large i normally get 2 to three meals out of one order.

You get a LOT of food for the price (about the same price as panda express) and the people there are super nice! Love their Thai tea and their sesame balls. Their teriyaki chicken is better than any other chinese restaurant Ive been to! If you dont like skin on the chicken, just peel it off. I personally love it since it adds so much flavor and preserves the juices when you cook with it. I highly recomend this place. I wish I wasnt on such a tight budget or Id be eating here a couple times a week lol thankfully the anount of food I got (3 item) will be enough for lunch tomorrow, and maybe even the next day too

Good food. Quiet little place tucked away in a shopping center with several chain restaurants and grocery stores. Two and three item combo meals are plentiful. Choices of rice, chowmien and rice noodles with beef, chicken or vegetable main dish items.05/04/20 update: they are open for pickup during the pandemic. No inside seating.
