I was at the montebello mall my daughter was craving Chinese food and they were sold out of everything at Panda Express so I gps the nearest Chinese food without even checking the reviews it had since she just wanted beef and broccoli 🥦 but we ended up getting a combo and was very satisfied with the food it’s DELICIOUS 🤤

My boyfriend and I usually LOVE coming here. However, during the time that we are in a pandemic, I do not appreciate the fact that a woman employee was eating her meal right next to the already prepared food in front. Nonchalantly she put her food back down, and proceeded to rush us to order. Why would someone be eating right next to the food, that will be served to many people? That’s a possible factor for more disease spread. Please everyone refrain from eating here for the time being. We were loyal customers, but this is shameful. She proceeded to talk negatively about us, assuming I didn’t speak/understand Mandarin. So, there you go.

TL; DR: Great Food. Courteous Service. Call ahead to order the Mongolian Beef, delicious flavor and tender beef. The Chow Mein is unique and delicious. The Coconut shrimp is also a favorite and must be tasted to be appreciated.

Customer service is horrible here the grill wasnt welcoming had an attitude charged me for a combo B when I asked for combo A then threw my change on the counter refused to give me hot sauce til afterwards threw it in the bag.

2023-09-30 03:32:04The man who takes orders can come off as rude and pushy. People need time to decide! Don’t come here at 8 PM or before closing because they will have limited items (6 today) out. The food was also cold. $10 bucks for cold chowmein and orange chicken, no thank you! I should have gone to Panda Express :(

2021-01-06 20:41:17Food is okay but the lady only wanted to give me 1 hot sauce. I’ve never gone to a Chinese food place that limits their siracha sauce like that. I asked her for more and even asked her if she’s charging for them. And she said sorry only one hot sauce per combo 🤦♀️
