Had never been to this location before. It was clean, staff was nice and friendly. Didnt take very long to get my pizza once ordered. Pizza was good could have used a bit more refried beans and meat but over all good.

I love this place. Clean interior. Staff is friendly. The pizza is yummy. I love the vegetarian pizza because I love vegetables and my husband loves the Hawaiian pizza. I love that they never skimp on the toppings.

Will have to find another take n bake. I ordered pizza from here and had a 100.00 bill...mind you order came to 70 plus dollars, was told this time and last time they could not break the 100.00 bill. I spent close to the whole hundred in their business and they tell me they dont have change? I went next door to a different business spent two dollars and 50 cents and the business cashed my 100.00 bill no hassle at all. How is it that the 26.00 in change couldnt have been given to me by them taking my hundred in the first place. This is second time but last time. Sorry my money will be spent elsewhere. Cashier was rude today also she didnt have name tag and a snotty attitude during ordeal.

This is my wifes account but ny name is David and Papa Mirphys has excellent customer service. They are fast and I have never had an issue with them. We order all the time and are always satisfied.

I have to say I was very disappointed with my order. I ordered our usual pizza a family size chicken & bacon stuffed crust when I got it home, it was not even the correct pizza. I should have noticed when I picked it up, but I also picked up other items as well and since that was the biggest item it was on the bottom. When we put it in the oven, we noticed that the top looked different than usual - but figured maybe they are cutting back on their toppings? When we cut into it after baking, it was NOT a chicken and bacon! It had spinach and ham and other items not found in our usual pizza. I have to say I will probably not go back to this location. The only reason I did was because I was in Turlock. I will stick with the location on Hatch, they have never made the WRONG pizza for me!

Love me some take n bake Cowboy pizza....tis the bomb. At least once a month for this bad boy. The Turlock location is on point with their staff, cleanliness, and customer service. Highly recommend this location. Never had any issues. Fast and curtious service. What more could you ask for?

Not the store where I live but up the road in Turlock. Got to say there pizzas arent as goo as where I live. Cheap on the sause and every thing else. Disappointing, one would think that you could get the same pizza at any Papa Murphys but nope. Oh well. Gotta go. See ya.

I have excused the mistakes of this place all year and although the pizza is good the service is rude, inconsistent, irresponsible. They have given me a time of 30 minutes and I still had to wait 1 hour in the store. I have ordered on line and paid and they had no record of it. I have received wrong size and wrong crust. I have called an order in given all my info. and order and they have no record of order. 5 times this has happened. I will now give my business across town to Deans pizza and pay the difference.

This store needs to be more organized on days that are expected to be busier than usual. I ordered a pizza for pick up at 4:15pm and had to wait in line for over an hour with everyone else, whether they ordered ahead of time or not. I dont see why they wouldnt open two registers, one for pre-order and the other for walk-in. No coupons or incentives offered after this long wait. Overall very poor common sense, organization, and customer service.

The worst pizza Ive ordered from Papa Murphys! Missing ingredients and what was on the pizza looked thrown on in a heap. I ordered a family size with half Papas Favorite and half custom but couldnt even differentiate which was which. We purchase almost every Tuesday but if this the new norm, Im done🤨

Papa Murphy’s has fresh ingredients and flavorful pizza. They typically provide a generous portion of toppings as well. This Papa Murphy’s has fairly friendly employees and they went above and beyond to provide for my request. This is Take and Bake, so they do not cook it for you.

We call in our order from home and our pizza is ready when we get there to Papa Murphys Take and Bake Pizza. They have great employees, they are always happy and friendly. The place is kept clean and smells good. There are many choices for puzza toppings, sauce and crust. They also have desserts, tubs of cookie dough and two liters of soda you can buy. We have bought the pizza, cookie dough & soda. Food has always been good.

The employees here are extremely welcoming and accomodating. Their salads will feed 2 people and are reasonably priced. If you want your pizza made a special way simply ask and they will do it. This is take and bake, not a place where you order pre cooked pizza. You may also place a phone order.

Called in order and they said 20 minutes. When we arrived after 20 minutes we had to wait another 20 minutes for our order. Walk-ins got their order faster than us. It took 40 minutes!! The cashier asked every customer if they wanted their receipt. The receipt has a survey URL. Very disappointed in the lousey service.

Longest wait EVER!! Called ahead and ordered pizza, told 20 minute wait. One hour and 20 minutes later we finally got our pizza. My husband was waiting inside. He said orders were getting messed up all over the place, and people who came in after him were getting their order first. He received no discount - nada. After I called and said What are you guys going to do about this? excuses were made and she offered a couple dollars off. Seriously Papa Murphys?

As Take n Bake goes, its pretty standard. The staff is typically apathetic to rude, depending on who you deal with. Sometimes they dont have the pizzas ready when they said they would. Overall product is fine, but the store is usually busy after 5pm and the service is spotty.

I called in my order for a family size pizza, they said about 20 minutes but when I arrived about 25 minutes later they didnt even start making it. I had to wait another 10 minutes. When I thought it was the wrong pizza instead of correcting the order the supervisor said she would have to charge me more. I was not very happy. Probably will order pizza somewhere else with better customer service.0

Pizza is always delicious and correct even with specific toppings. Never have to wait long either. Walking in on a busy day they will typically say its a 15 min wait. But I have only ever had to wait 5 min. max. This is my go-to pizza spot❤

$10 Tuesday is a great day to get a take and bake pizza. Pizzas are made pretty quick. Great option for an easy dinner after a long days work. There cookie dough is also good.

They had a special meal deal in which I ordered ahead of time and when I got there they had no cheesy bread and instead of substituting with something. They. Charged me full price for the pizza I ordered so it cost me more for less. Was not happy about it

I purchased a salad, went back a couple of hours later because she forgot to put the salad dressing in the bag. She infatically insisted that she had...seriously...dont think I would have driven back there if I had it. No, it did not fall out of the bag while in my car. Just lost a customer!

I am not sure who I spoke to on the phone but the girl, Im pretty sure her name was Ivory or Avert or something of the like; Anyhow, she was very rude! I called in 9 mins before closing and she didnt want me to order because of this, which is understandable and I would have kindly said ok thats fine. Now that I have dealt with her I will NEVER order from this location again and I will let everyone I know how they treated me!

They used to be one of the best pizza places in town now theyre one of the worst, the young lady preparing pizzas had her hair done in her face and wipe your nose several times with her bare hand and then kept creating pizzas not only did I cancel my order but I have not been back there since but several of my friends and neighbors have all had terrible pizzas from them in the last year
