My pizza didnt bake well. I ended up taking my pizza back for exchanged. I follow through again, applied all the information given. Unfortunately the doe was still uncooked/raw. I couldnt enjoy my pizza at all. I ended up throwing away half the pizza this XL family pizza. My so reminded to stopped going to Papa Murphy Pizza and go to others locally pizzeria here in town. I agree with my son definitely this time around.

Pretty good pizza, and convenient for picking up a quick pizza to bake at home. Dont like that when they have specials that you cant even make the simplest of substitutions without paying for an additional topping. Also coupons are not good if an item is on special, so coupons are very hot and miss. On a plus side, if they have a special you like its a pretty good deal.

They make exceptional ready to bake pizza. The disposable baking sheet really does the crust justice by browning and crisping it just right! With over twenty pizza toppings, to choose from you can make a familiar run of the mill pies, pepperoni, hawaiian, or you have thousands of different combination pizzas of your own invention. Enjoy!!! Missing 5th star because the prices are getting too high. I know inflation. But that comes from having to pay, high wages to employes by order of elected officials, if you are a labor which people are you need to realize that what you do is not worth $15 dollars an hour. Back to pizza, good pizza.

Had never ordered before, the young lady who took my order was very nice and explained everything to me the store was super slammed on a Saturday night. When I went to pic it up the woman who took my order showed me around the store and explained how the whole process worked. She was very sweet! And the pizza was great!

I tried to order one of the specials. I wanted the chicken garlic bacon thin crust pizza, however I told him to leave off the bacon and I did not want the thin crust. I would pay extra for a regular crust, the guy told me he could not make it that way. So I walked out. Went to Round Table Pizza, across the street.This was the second attempt to order a pizza from Papa Murphys. And my LAST.

11:30am, on Saturday. Young woman that made my Cowboy Pizza was extremely nice, and the Pizza was amazing. Looked like she was the only one there, and she was doing a great job! She must be the manager, because she was awesome!

My pizza was suppose to be ready at 6:45, I showed up at 7:00 and it wasnt ready. There was only 1 girl working and i had to easily wait another 7 to 10 minutes while she finished whatever phone call she was on. Terrible service for only halfway decent pizza. I will not be coming back to this Papa Murphys location

Pizza was good. Ordered pizza and dessert pizzas for an event. Good was good. Ordered ahead, however, they did not begin one part of my order until I was there and paid, so I had to wait another 20 minutes.

What isnt to love about the Mediterranean pizza? Actually, all of the pizzas have been great. Good prices and I can cook it at home when Im ready. Clean store and friendly staff.

Manager doesnt discount correctly as does Gerber (knows math). Even though its my favorite pizza he gave me the reason why I will not buy there! Like seriously you cant honor a two day old coupon and have a returning customer? Instead your fired!

Great location! Customer service was outstanding. The server was very helpful and nice. She helped us even tho she was closing in 5 minutes. I forget her name but my experience was pleasant and funny.

Large chain for take and bake pizza and definitely one of the better sources for this style of pizza and related items. They have a variety of pizza crust styles to choose from and put out a good quality product. My favorite is the herb chicken Mediterranean delite pizza -- especially if you pull it out of the oven just before the crust started getting crispy.

I receive coupons in the mail and email at least 2 times a week but this store will never honor them. You cant order online for only this one. The store on Bradshaw in Rancho Cordova and the one on Elk Grove Blvd are much better.

My son has a dairy allergy. I asked for a pizza with no cheese. They refused to make me a pizza without cheese. Said the owner would not allow any changes to a pizza. Stay away from this location. Poor management.

Always friendly, always quick. Great pizza with very little waiting and you get exactly what you want. Coupons are always accepted without treating you like you are a cheapskate.

I went to buy a pizza and I found a fly on it. after I took it back they took it inside and came back saying that there were no fly then I show them the pic. and I request my money back, finally tired I left with out my money or pizza. I dont recommend it.
