Chico location DOES NOT ACCEPT FUNDRAISER COUPONS. Yet fundraisers all over town are selling them door to door. Why is Papa Murphys allowing this? Because they get free advertising and know suckers will pay full price rather than go home empty handed.

Yes I went to Papa Murphys, the young ladys working there were very professional and helpful. They all had a very pleasant attitude. I purchased two family size pizzas took it home and popped them in the oven, it was basically love at 425 right after my 420 break. I was hungry.

Because I was shopping at the south part of town, I got my pizza from a P.M. store there. I got home and noticed my pizza was missing the main ingredient, chicken. I didn’t want to drive back to the south end of town, so I took my pizza to this location (Mangrove Ave) and they added chicken to my pizza at no cost. I didn’t buy the pizza from their store and they could have charged me for adding the chicken. Great people! Great customer service! Thank you!

Ordered ahead to fit collection into my schedual, they hadnt even started prepping it when I got there 2 mins before it was due, so sat around on their dirty bench for 20 mins while walk in customers got their food, no communication about why it took so long or even an apology.The pizza was OK, not great but OK, but the customer service was horrible in store, and online.

Usually get pizza from the Notre dame store, often. As guests were going to pick up it was convient for them as we live in Durham.I called it in, as I usually do. When we got the order it was very wrong. 2 pizzas, thin crust, sausage, mushrooms extra cheese.Received 1 pizza not thin the other missing sausage and mushrooms.I called and told them what happens and they rude lady hung up on me. A minute later the manager called. Told me there was nothing they could/would. I said... seriously??? We live in Durham and have a house full of hungry people....she hung up on me.

Papa Murphys is wonderful. Its always cool and clean and smells like fresh cut vegetables---no grease smells, no over cooked meat smells... and the people who work there are always attentive and thier uniforms neat and clean. Its really a fresh and unique alternative to take out pizza. And the pizzas are overloaded if anything!!! Never skimpy on the cheese or meats!

I dont know what it is about this location, but if your store hours state that you close at 8:30 P.M., then you should be open until 8:30 P.M. If theyre going to close early on a semi-consistent basis, maybe they should change their hours? They always say theyre short-staffed, so maybe if they paid a livable wage, they might get more people willing to come work for them? Food for thought.

Just terrible service. They told me a 15 minute wait, it was 45. The phone quality when I called in was straight from 1974 on their side. The worker at the window was horribly rude. Pretty hard to mess up take and bake pizza and yet bad service will do just that.So long, have a nice life.

Must have new people working or they just dont care there because I ordered a chicken bacon stuffed pizza and whoever made it decided it gets white sauce on the inside layer but red sauce on the outside layer. Extremely irritated as I do not like red sauce!!!!!!!! Thanks lazy workers 😡 not that hard to remake a pizza if you mess up, and you know, give the customer what they actually ordered!!!!!

They messed up my order and refused to credit my card back for items that I didnt receive because they didnt give them... Claiming that because I ordered online there is nothing that they can do.Make sure that you dont order online in case they mess up youll be the one thats out, not them!Ive worked in food services and retail and there is ALWAYS something you can do. No I dont want to pick up my order tomorrow. Id prefer my order all together and in one meal!Not happy about that and will take my business elsewhere!

I ordered a family sized pizza on regular crust, a large meat stuffed crust, and 2 mini murphs . I waited for it all to be made and they made my family size a large. They offered to re-make it, so I wait for it to be made again. They charged me $2 extra. I get home and it’s on light crust. So I call and ask to speak to a manager and they said there is nothing that they can do. I am so dissatisfied with their service, with my pizza, and all around experience. I love papa Murphy’s and I am saddened by this. I will never go to the mangrove location ever again. I will also make sure every person I know, knows not to go there as well. Disappointed

A local favorite Take and Bake style pizza shop. Its an efficiently run operation that serves up a quality product every time. When its busy the staff pick up the pace and get folks in and out while maintaining high quality standards. Tip: Call ahead and have your pizza waiting for you! Oh and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Tuesdays your day get the cowboy at Papa Murphys its the best and you wont be disappointed everybody has their favorites but this is an across-the-board family favorite the folks at the local Papa Murphys near 3rd and mangrove are especially aware that ingredients are important and dont skimp a bit dont forget to ask for extra sauce currently only $12 for a nice size medium which will give everyone a nice idea of this delicacy. And please dont forget to visit the tip jar on the way out.

This location is very unfriendly. Been there twice. Dont expect my business again. Not one person smiled while my son and I were waiting. I believe it was the manager who helped us, so cant even call and complain. Besides this being a chain (Im not a fan of chain food places) the pizza here is great. There are plenty of veggies and the gormet vegetarian is so incredibly good. They just added Udies gluten free crust option so people who want to be gluten free can still get pizza here. The Udies crust was quite good and paired with the pizza, I loved it! Their stuffed crust pizzas are quite good too. If you havent tried them, I would highly recomend you do so. My favorite is and always will be the gormet vegitarian. Something about that white sauce and cheese!
