The pizza was ready on time, the service was great, and the food was delicious, but the price is much higher than it used to be, in comparison to buying cooked pizzas.The cost for a Take N Bake pizza used to be considerably less expensive than cooked pizzas, but on this visit I realized that is no longer the case. Now it costs more to buy a pizza that you have to cook yourself than it does to by a pizza thats ready to eat, which makes it lose much of its appeal, in my opinion.

I have been to this Papa Murphys lots of times and 90% of the time employees and pizzas were great! Unfortunately the last couple of times Ive been here one of the employees, Hannah (thats what the name tag says) helped me. Her tone is very rude and off putting. She rolls her eyes and huffs and puffs like its an inconvenience to do her job. I could do without her interaction, maybe not let her interact with customers. Ugh

I walked in at 6:45 pm on a Wednesday and there were two employees behind the counter. Neither actually looked up at me. One said something to me but I couldnt hear her and asked her to repeat herself and she practically yelled at me. I was the only customer in the store. I told her I needed to order a pizza, if that was ok (ha ha). She didnt respond to me but looked very frustrated (almost upset that I was even there) and walked me to the cash register. I asked her, Pretty busy night? And she literally didnt respond, still not looking up at me. About 15 seconds later she said, huh? And I replied with nevermind. She then threw the receipt at me and said, Have a good night. I had to ask how long before the order would be ready and she said 15 to 20 minutes. Her name tag said Hannah. I was sitting waiting and there were 3 staff members up front, all busy ignoring me. I hope that management understands that the customer experience really should matter. I paid $18.50 to get treated horribly, like I was a nuisance. I work in customer service, I understand the pressure that is being put on workers right now but does it really need to be said that businesses should hire people who are friendly? Smile? Are kind? Too much to ask? To your management team: please do better.

First, the staff is young but very friendly and they provide very good service. 5 star service, but the pizza is a little pricey for what you are actually getting, which is a pizza you have put together for you and you have to take home and prepare yourself. The The establishment was clean and thats essential. I ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza with mushrooms and olive oil sauce with zesty herbs. The dough really leaves much to be desired, but the cheese is delicious and high quality. I will never order a stuffed crust pizza from them again, because even though the interior of the pizza was fantastic, the crust is a huge twisted hunk of flavorless, dry bread. If you are a fan of flavorless, dry bread, the stuffed crust is definitely for you! I imagine a regular or thin crust pizza would have been absolutely amazing. Another knock against the stuffed crust is that you have to bake it for over 30 minutes. My son got a plain cheese pan pizza with red sauce and he loved his, and hes quite picky. If the dough were higher quality and the price a little bit more reasonable, I would have given 5 stars for sure. This was my first visit and I will order again now that I have a better idea of what to order!

Staff is always friendly, toppings are always generous and everyone in our home is happy with the results. This isnt the closest Papa Murphys to our home but we pass the other two on our way to this one because we know well get the expected bang for our buck. Thanks Douglas Papa Murphys...Happy New Year!

We truly love the pizzas at Papa Murphys, particularly the Douglas Blvd. Roseville location. Skinny crust is perfect and the toppings are always fresh and bountiful! In over 10 years we havent been disappointed.We have a pizza stone which adds a delicious crispiness for the crust. Yum!!

Pizza is always amazing and delicious. I love the Keto pizza and thin crust pizza. The Cowboy Pizza and the Murphy’s pizza are good but it’s also hard to pass on the best veggie pizza you will ever have, the gourmet veggie!Amanda is the best staff member by far! She always goes above and beyond and is very patient for a person who can never decide on a pizza like me lol. Give her a good tip.

I make a couple of visits a month and usually order a family size. The price is a bargain for the amount of delicious food you get, even without a coupon, which are plentiful in direct-mail ads. Lately our favorite has been the vegetarian, but the Gourmet Chicken Garlic is outstanding too. The owner has a knack for hiring friendly and enthusiastic staff. Been a customer of this store since it opened, and enjoying Papa Murphys since 1994.

Great and friendly service. Nice energy this day. Great pizza.Finally, they seem to be all wearing masks and taking the community’s health seriously. Two months ago the manager (a young woman) consistently had excuses why NOT to wear her mask. Not a good look.But, I don’t see that woman around anymore.

Always pleasant....we love their pizza. Although I wish we could get regular crust instead of thin on the $5.99 Friday pizza. My husband has been eating PM for years and does not like thin crust. I prefer it so usually get my own pizza. 😀 Overall we love them.
