Ordered delivery. They delivered the wrong pizza I called and asked if they could redeliver or give me a refund and they refused and hung up on me. Horrible customer service.Couldn’t eat pizza that was delivered because we are allergic to some of the toppings.

They have credit card skimmers. Dont use a card if you go here. Not sure if the owner or employees are in on it, but to be safe you might be better off getting pizza somewhere else.

Stars are for the customer service only.Came in last night, 4/15...The customer service was wonderful. Two lovely ladies working. Got our pizzas done very quick too.The quality was just really bad and didnt taste fresh at all. The dough tasted old. Pizzas were dry over all, the ingredients were skimpy and did not taste fresh.

My family and I have been coming to this location for years now and they are always welcoming, friendly and with some of the new or younger workers they have hired currently and in the past- they have always been very polite and they seem to get the job done. Its always nice to see some business owners take the initiative to hire the young folks as we all know its a lot of work, stress, and full of taking chances on some of the new booties ☺️ so thank you very much.

My pizza was sitting on the rack, waiting for me. It took less than the 15 minutes. Everything on it was fresh. The woman at the counter made me feel welcomed. I could hear the smile in her voice behind her mask and her body language reenforced the feeling. Excellent customer service.

They get it right every time.I genuinely dont know how many times Ive been to this particular Papa Murphys location and our pizza is perfect every time. Not one mistake in dozens of orders and the customer service is always friendly and quick. Highly recommended.

This place over charged me today, made a skimpy pizza and its not the 1st time. The employee who rang me up had no mask on. When I called with my discontent he just wanted to talk over me and would not even give me his name. Not helpful at all and though this is my neighborhood pizza I will not return. What a jerk!!! I feel over charged and cheated.

Ordered a pizza 4 hours in advance and found out it hadnt even been made yet. No apology from the lady behind the counter. I stood there and waited as they made my pizza. I have family waiting on me. Really took any level of convenience out of picking up. That is why I prefer delivery.

This location ripped us off. They said they honor $10 Tuesdays over the phone, but when my fiance went to pick them up, they said they wouldnt honor the deal. He was frazzled and paid for it anyway. I was furious, called corporate, and they assured me theyd return the overcharge. Nothing has happened yet and its been a few weeks. The Madison and Garfield location is much better. The food appears fresher and the place smells cleaner than this location. I wont be eating at Papa Murphys if they dont refund the theft from this location, but either way, Im steering clear of this location from here on out.UPDATE: After dealing with corporate, I only received one response to my compliant in the form of an insulting and rude email from this stores manager. As a result, we dont spend a penny at any Papa Murphys anymore. Theres no accountability, this store could overcharge your card and nobody in corporate will care. But if you like Papa Murphys, theres a way better location 2 blocks away, food is fresher too.

Who ever was working tonight on the closing shift was super nice and friendly. When he heard I was picking up pizza for my daughters birthday party he threw on some extra cheese. Small things like this make a difference and is much appreciated.

The people working there were great so certainly the people are not an issue. The way the pizza tastes though... I am very particular because i usually make my own pizza from scratch, but every time i get pizza from papa murphys the dough just doesnt taste right and the sauce seems too watery and unseasoned and the toppings lack flavors im used to. My friend likes these pizzas, but for me it just isnt for me.

This place is terrible the staff is slow rude and very unorganized. It took them an hour to prepare one Pizza that isnt even cooked I still have to take it home and cook it. I asked for some type of compensation such a soda or something and they said no they just let me sit there. I was very unhappy that evening dont see myself going back there ever... If you have more time then average person then by all means go here but if its an after-work trying to get home quick bite this is going to slow you down and ruin your life.

Papa Murphy Take n Bake is a Great Choice! Your pizza is put together right in front of you. Fresh ingredients. The sauces (red, white, garlic) have good flavor! Fresh grated cheese. Crusts are deep dish, stuffed, thin and cauliflower. They have a new crustless choice! Interesting!PapaMurphy also serves salads, cookie dough and cinnamon dessert pizza, and sodas.

Service was poor to nonexistent. I came in with gift certs that have already been paid for. They argued with me and refused to take them and refused to call the manager to clarify. I went to the other store on Greenback and Hazel, they took the certs as cash, (as they should) without question, and were very friendly and apologetic.
