Ordered a mushroom pizza end of the day. When I picked it up it looked black. Thought it might be black olives. Question the manager. He said it was mushroom. Got it home it was disgusting. It was covered a half an inch thick. Obviously dumped the bottom of his mushroom container. I picked it off and sliced some fresh ones and cooked it. Called the manager did not pickup. End of day. Next day I called and reported the problem. He told me mushrooms turn black when you slice them and would turn white when you heat it. Crazy. I told him it was disgusting and I have sliced mushrooms and that is not true. It would have been better if he had said they were out. He became abusive and adversarial over a twenty dollar pizza. I said I wanted another another pizza sometime he laughed and hung up. Really was terrible customer service. And a crappie little hole in the wall. The Papa Murphy’s in Sebastopol is great. Super staff and clean and fresh ingredients. I’ll never go there again.

My daughter bought this pizza at Papa Murphys on West College Ave in Santa Rosa, CA, a couple weeks ago, and after it was baked in the oven, (which she did cook it at a lower temperature than it was supposed to be cooked), well after cooking she and her boyfriend saw maggots walking around on top of it, yes MAGGOTS! So disgusting, immediately ruined everyones appetite, and as of now, were still scared to eat anymore pizza from anywhere after that disgusting and traumatizing experience. My daughter and her boyfriend took the pizza back to Papa Murphys, showed them the pizza and the video she took of the moving maggots on the pizza, and they immediately reimbursed her money. We called the Health Dept, but they couldnt send an inspector till the next day, which of course gave them plenty of time to clean up and check their food and throw out any evidence. When the inspector called back the next day, she said she couldnt find anything, of course, and like she herself told me, a whole day went by, so they could have cleaned up real good. Well people, just be careful when eating at Papa Murphys, theyre not as clean as you think

Avoid at all cost Doesnt even deserve 1 star. This owner and son really know nothing about customer service. They are ruining a perfectly great franchise pizzeria company reputation with their poor attitude and rude service. They should remove the hassle free pizza sign from their window. Heaven forbid you ask for something they have offered previously. They certainly do know how to say we dont offer that anymore cuz they certainly cant remember how to make it. Have a problem with something that theyve made you. As they both will role there eyes and thats just the beginning. Then you become the problem. I could go on but I hate writing bad reviews. Go to any of the other 3 Papa Murphys in the area. You will get a better make, no hassle and friendlier service. These folks are not happy with their franchise. It truly shows.

They always get it right and it’s easy and quite good pizza at a great price. Only four stars because they close so early.Closing time is 8 PM, sharp. They will not answer the phone after 7:15. You better have the money in hand and ready to order of you make it there after 7:40. Seriously. They will lock the doors. “No soup for you!”

The staff was friendly and courteous= 4⭐. However ordering on/from the app can be confusing and at times down right stupid=2 so an overall 3⭐.

Used to be much easier to catch a pretty great deal on their pies but unfortunately theyre pushing up prices higher and higher, especially over the past 4 or 5 yrs. Quality seems to have taken a bit of a back seat as well. That being said, I continue to be a regular customer for around 30 yrs now.

Been coming here for 12 years and never again. Ordered online with loyalty coupons that they sent me. They made the pizzas with no toppings or cheese. When asked they said that they made the pizzas accordingly to how much I paid for them with the coupons. The manager Brian was rude to my wife and told her that he was loosing money selling us the pizza’s. Well Brian, I can tell you from all my years being in customer service working at franchise dealerships we never skimped on the service we provided or treat customers any differently weather they use a coupon or pay full price for a service. Imagine I fill your crank case 1/2 full because you didn’t pay full price with your coupon! It’s part of your franchise agreement, you deal with it and hope that they keep coming back for other services and maintain your customers. But Brian rather loose customers I guess.

As long as I cook them right their pizzas are always delicious. 👍
