I ordered online ahead of time, when I arrived they didnt even start my order. The lady who Im guessing is the manager was just distracting the young worker from doing his job and complaining about doing hers. The young guy was very slow and was all over the place. When my pizza was done over 20 minutes later, they forgot my cheese bread which took even longer because a guy walked in that they knew so they want to get his order first and were chatting with him. Very upsetting since I had company waiting at my house and I was gone for over 30 minutes just to get our order which should have taken less than 10. Seems like everyone working there needs to go through training again. I doubt I will order from this location again.Update: I decided to give them another try, I ordered 35 minutes ahead online. 2 pizzas and a salad. When I arrived none of my order was done. The guy was in the back eating and had no idea what order we were talking about. Took about 20 minutes for him to get my order done and the pizzas were made so poorly.

I hate this store, its worth the drive to the location across town. Every time I have tried to give this location another try Im reminded why I dont come here.The order is always made wrong, they dont offer the party pack. While I was waiting for my order I watched as the employees struggled and ultimately couldnt process a refund to a customer who wished to cancel their order.If you want a quality pizza made right and with the better staff do yourself a favor and go to the one on monte vista.

This location seems to be under new management, to bad I have been coming to this location for years and always got good service and great product, the past few orders (with new staff) have not been positive, staff doesn’t seem to be engaged, nor customer service oriented!There isn’t any effort in the quality of the product as well! So sorry it has gone down hill. I will need to go elsewhere!

:Very disappointed. ordered pizza at 8:21, all good $26. Go there to pick it up and no they are closed. Got a hold of them on the phone, 8:31 pizzas made, registers closed? What? Why didnt you tell me that when i called and ordered. I had someone to there to pay before 8:30 if the employee would have told me doors were closing. Loyal Papa Murphy lover, not today.

I spent a week in New York and basically ate NY pizza the entire time. I came home and tried to find somewhere that could compare to the real deal. After trying every advertised NY pizza around I found Papa Murphys. The XLNY is absolutely the closest thing to NY style pizza. Not to mention the staff at this location is wonderful and the manager is extremely personable and upbeat.

I have been to this location over rhe couple i will say that i have always had excellent customer service and the pizza always looks and as good as it taste. Also Cristina always gives the best service whenever i come to grab a pizza, definitely look forward to seeing her!

Who doesnt love Papa Murphys take and bake? I love the thin crust with white sauce, chicken and artichokes. Mmmmm. The service is always great, theyre always appropriately staffed, the food is fresh and you get your pizzas fast.
