We usually go to a different location. This was the best gourmet vegetarian pizza we have ever had at Papa Murphys . These kids deserve a raise. We will drive out of our way again to come back to this location 😃

Specifically asked for this deal the guy then says I didn’t get cookie dough with my order, I asked confused because the sign clearly says “sweetheart of a deal” that is comes with cookie dough and a large heart shaped pizza. The manager who had an attitude the minute he came out says no you don’t get cookie dough. And I said the sign and online says you do. And he says if you want cookie dough I can charge you for that. I said no. I’m not gonna pay extra now for your mistake. This place is a joke

In the past Ive gotten pizza from here 5-6 times a year. Its always been reasonably good considering the price and I like the thin crust option. Unfortunately my son talked me into ordering the jack o lantern pizza for Halloween. I placed my order online in the morning for a 4:45 pickup. When I got there lines were out the door. It took 20 minutes to get to the front of the pickup line only to be told my pizza was not started and it would be another 30-40 minutes. I also overheard them tell other people they must have called their order into another store. That lack of preparedness and customer service is just not acceptable.

Horrible customer service on the telephone. Decided to go to another location. Couldnt understand the young guy on the phone. Sounded like he was high when speaking. Obviously did not like having a job with his tone of voice. Sounded inconvenienced when taking my order. Taking my business elsewhere.

Papa Murphys is great for busy families. You call in your order before you leave work. Its ready for you when you get there and head home. Put it in the oven while its cooking everyone, who hasnt changed clothes have time to get that done. Then everyone can eat their pizza, and hopefully a tasty salad. Then on to any homework that isnt done. I always buy the, I believe its called Cowboy, its got chicken, artichokes and other goodies with a cream sauce. It has really thin crust and is delicious. I love it.

Our favorite go to meal when schedules get busy. This outlet is clean and the staff seems very receptive giving us a friendly smile always. We add some veggies at home before baking however but other than this their wonderful choices of pizza are all good, not to mention a fair and more than reasonable value.

I always order online. I can always rely on it being ready when I pick it up.Pizzas are good too, not like those cardboard things you find at the other Papa places.

I called in my order on 11/18/16 at 3:36pm. I ordered my pizzas and was told they would be ready in 30 minutes. When my daughter arrived at 4:15 to pick up my order she was told they did not have my order and that I must have called a different store. I texted the screen shot of my call to them and in fact was the right store. I can except an honest mistake, but what I cant except is rudeness on the part of the employee who I talked to on the phone. He was rude and insisted that I had called the a different store. I asked to then speak to the store manager if he/she was there and was told he is too busy to take my call. I will never go to this location again. I wanted to post no stars but you have to give at least one in order to post.
