I am surprised that this is a major chain considering how awful the pizza is I normally go on a huge rant but to even put that much effort Is not worth it dont come here

I used to really love PM. Everytime someone asked about pizza I would say PM is the place. I would say great value for the price and good service. Sorry to say that is no longer the case. Over the past year they have raised their prices about 20%. Which can be expected cinsidering the circumstances but it appears they have also reduced the amount of ingredients that are on the pizza. No a good mixture.PM is no longer a place of good value for the cost.

Gina made me the wrong pizza twice. She doesnt listen to what the customer orders and she doesnt know her menu. I guess the music was too loud for her to hear the order correctly. I had to ask for a different employee to make my order. Gina gave terrible service.

Their pan pizza with extra cheese, is awesome! Every slice is a meal in itself, theres so many toppings and the extra cheese on top, put it over the top!! 😀 Service on the morning of 3/30/23 was flawless, (I was their 2nd customer) and there were people picking up and waiting in line, and they were both smooth as butter! Ill definitely be back... Again! 😉😊👍

This is horrible pizza, no flavor at all to a combination. Was my favorite as a kid. Is garbage now. Just bad

Could not break a $100 bill. My order was over $55. I offered to buy a 2 liter and some dessert. The manager said I needed to order at least $90 worth of food for her to have change for a $100.I told her to enjoy my pizza,and left.

Papa Murphys has been my go to place for pizza ever since I first tried them out about 5 years ago! I rarely order from anywhere else and I constantly recommend them to friends and coworkers. The quality and quantity of pizza that you get for the price is outstanding! A family size feeds me and my two (toddler)boys for dinner and lunch the next day and my boys love their pizza.If you havent tried take-n-bake pizza yet, I recommend starting out with Papa Murphys. And might I suggest one of their stuffed pizzas. Chicago style is our favorite!
