EDIT: Papa Murphy’s reply below is performative —did they even read my review? The wait they apologized for was not the problem—I expected a wait and said so in my review. The problem was the poor service, yet they don’t address that in their reply. Why??They now want me to recount my experience again using a link? No. I’ve already let them know what happened when they emailed me following my visit, and they never replied.Don’t be fooled into thinking they care by their reply to my review. it’s all for show. I don’t want anything from them to “make it right” I just wanted to share the sh!t show that was my experience.REVIEW: Terrible service, high prices. Food is good, but due to the terrible service duringmy most recent visit, I won’t ever be back.I arrived on time for my online order pickup, and proceeded to the online order pickup counter. There was one customer there already so I waited behind them. After several minutes, that customer got their pizza and left.So I stepped forward to the counter and waited. And waited. And waited. There were lots of employees buzzing around behind the counter, they walked by me multiple times, but never acknowledged me. It was super busy, so I remained patient knowing there’d be a wait. Several other customers came in and lined up behind me while I continued to wait.After many minutes of waiting, an employee came to the counter, stood in front of me then looked over my shoulder to ask the woman behind me for the name on her order. She then turned, grabbed the woman’s pizza and handed it off. I was clearly at the front of the line, I had yet to be helped, or even acknowledged.That employee then skittered off to make pizzas and I was left there waiting again, now many mins since I arrived. Eventually, I had to flag down another employee and ask about my order, which hadn’t even been started yet (I’d ordered it over an hour before).Common sense would dictate that the person in the front of the line is helped first. Even if the employee thought I’d been helped, wouldn’t the most sensible thing be to confirm before helping the second person in line?With so many pizza options in EG, I can’t see ever coming back here again.

I had originally given this place 4 stars, but based on service over the last month Ive had to downgrade1. Online order is kind of a joke these days. Why put in a pick up time if you still have to wait 20 minutes or so for your order to be ready? Yesterday, my husband went in 45 minutes after his scheduled pick up time, and it WASNT READY!! Seriously people? They did call him another 45 minutes later (now were at 90 minutes) to ask if he still wanted the order, then after saying NO, was told it would be referred to the manager and it would take at least 10-14 days before being refunded.I wouldnt be bothered if this was a one off situation, I get that things happen, but this has been a thing for us over the past month.2. Orders have been incorrect, however, since my husband orders and I go pick up, I have to trust that he put the order in the way he wanted it.3. I know they have new ownership, but this really isnt the way to generate positive word of mouthI hope you guys get it together soon, as you are much closer to my home, but for right now, were gonna have to change locations

Waiting too long the computer didn’t work. I had to pay cash. The 3 teenage girls were new. Didn’t know how to operate. Customers were very angry. The pizza was not the same. The crust was very thin and the veg were not fresh.

I took my elderly mother here today (6/17/23) around 5:00 PM and was surprised by the complete lack of any service whatsoever. When we entered there were no other customers and a boy working the front gives me a look and says nothing. While we wait for any acknowledgment my mother asks the boy a question and he claims that he does not know the answer, and that perhaps his coworker behind him does. However, he never asks his coworker and she never acknowledges us. We continue to wait for any service for a few minutes before I convince my mother that this establishment is not worth our money and we leave.I highly recommend against going here. I believe automated machines would offer significantly better service compared to these mute employees.

Roaches!!!Last time I went they had a new ownership sign. My last order didnt have sauce on the pizza at all. Welp, gave it another chance and definitely shouldnt have. Called in advanced but they didnt have my phone order. Whatever, no biggie i guess, but after watching multiple upset customers come and go with a (x)ish quote and TikTok customer service i found a dead roach on the floor. NOT those EG Waterbugs, a legit roach. Asked for a refund and the chick seemed offended after immediately giving a Karen the managers number. This used to be a good location but avoid it now.

The place was like a ghost town. One worker and no one inside of the place.I went on Sunday and I figure there be a line.That was a surprise. Food was good but no customer service. I didnt get greated with a smile.

I started going to this location in mid 2021 but am going to find another store. About 6-8 weeks ago there was a significant change in staff. My pizza at that time was murdered. The dough was tough and it just didn’t taste right. I waited and returned tonight hoping that staff have experience now. I think there are new new staff and again I am disappointed. The order was wrong and I had to have it corrected. The girl was beyond dispassionate and clearly didn’t want to be there. I might return in a couple of months but for now I will visit another location.

Not sure if the entire crew was new or if they started celebrating the holidays while on shift. It just looks like a 3yr old could have done a better job.

Walked in to pick up my online order for my pizza, staff was arguing with each other. Water bottles were thrown. Got my pizza, baked it. It was amazing. 5 stars.
