Pizza wasnt made to order, I paid even tho upset directions of order werent followed, (I ordered chicken artichoke with double toppings, spinach, mushrooms, olives etc) upon pickup I was told new employees in back didnt specify it in the order, I didnt have time for him to remake it, (said it was 30 min wait the first time & he had three pizzas on counter he was already making, was told I would have to wait)Here is a picture of what I received for over $19 & the lack of attention in making it, lack of ingredients on pizza, the uncare of customer service!I told him I was unhappy & he ignored me, kept making the other pizza after I paid for mine & didnt care what I said!No apologies or offer of discount.This isnt my first time, but it is my first time posting my unhappiness.I should have read the reviewsI usually drive across town to the one on Oakdale Rd which cares about giving good pizza & good customer service.I wont come here againThe manager is here at this one on Tuesday the rude boy said when I asked when the manager was there & as I told the rude boy there Im going to talking to the manager Tuesday, the rude boy ignored me and could have cared less.Is this the attitude the manager approves his employees to exhibit?They say a place is judged on management....guess I will find out Tuesday

Ive been living by this location almost 4 years and every time I order from here its made so sloppy. Its super annoying because Im spending about $60 here. I always think oh its fine itll be better next time but it NEVER is. Not worth it at all. I would NOT recommend this location.

We go there every Tuesday to pick up a cowboy pizza. Called in ahead of time, so I wouldn’t have to wait to pick up the pizza. The girls at work there are so rude. They are too busy in the back room, talking to each other and haven’t even made my pizza yet. Not the first time this will be the last time I ever order from PaPa Murphys again !! Dan lost a customer.

The guys working there have been th er re for a long time and all of them proving great service. Their communication with customers and each other is commendable and should be recognized by corporate. These guys keep me coming back to THIS particular Papa Murphys.

Dude at the front, younger black kid, was hella rude cause they were already cleaning up and putting stuff away half hour before closing.Go here all the time and have never had a problem with anyone else.

I pay high dollar for pizza and would like to at least get a decent pizza its happen last 4 times pic tells all I think .$19.00 pan pizza what I got and pic after i fixed it .

Very good pizza. Very easy and fast for pick up and cooking time. Very surprised at how well established Papa Murphys is in their flavors and quality. So much better tasting then the high priced, low quality pizza competitors. And this location has some awesome people in the back of the counter. I havent had not one complaint for them and Ive been here for quite some time now.

I rated it a 3 instead of a lower rating because the pizza was fine. What was not fine was the customer service. I have been to this store several times and always seem to catch the rude people that are busy. Ive noticed this with other customers as well. I ordered my pizza to be ready in 45 minutes. I got there in 55 minutes so it should have been done. They told me they would start on it but were not apologetic and just told me I had to wait. I had given them 10 extra minutes to ensure that I wouldnt have to wait. 2 more people came in while I was waiting and they ran into the same problem. They also were not given an apology. Just told they had to wait. Both explained that they had already waited far too long and they were given an excuse about being busy. No apology. One lady canceled her order. Just think they could have better customer service.

Terrible TERRIBLE customer service. Terrible. Didnt make my pizza right wanted to charge me 1.50 per topping additionally on top of what I had already paid ($12.99). Told me my pizza actually only cost my like $3 because it was just a cheese. (Wrong). Refused to fix the pizza, give me a refund, or get me a manager. Refused to state her name when I asked so I could complain to a manager Finally someone came forward from the back and immediately offered to add the missing topping -which was all I asked for in the first place!Dont order from this store! That girl was probably going to pocket the extra if I had been dumb enough to pay twice .Dont order online from them. And dont even bother when they dont have a manager present.Worst customer service ever. EVER.
