I broke a molar on the garden salad served to me. I threw all items purchased from there away. Steve was beyond high on something . Super slow I had to correct him 3 times on what I had ordered . I wish I would have asked for refund and left because he was so high. Thought maybe he was slow and gave him benefit of the doubt... I ordered online at 6:55 was told pizza would be ready by 7:30 not done until 8:10 with only one customer in front of me that he took before fixing mine. I do NOT recommend Papa Murphys on Watt and it will cost me 1500.00 to fix my tooth because of the ICK they served me. That guy was so high and or stupud. Manager was therre in back and wouldnt make eye contact with me. I soo wish I would have asked for refund and left. Or even given them the 25 bucks and left. Now I have 1500+ dental bill... yea do not recommend at all!!!In addition, Owner wouldnt even call back to ask about what happened or apologize for poor service and wouldnt give refund. So ridiculous customer service. The reviews the last couple months are exactly what I experienced minus the broken tooth...

Ordered a pizza online for my sons Birthday!, and was told to pick it up at six-fifteen got there at 6: 22 and they pointed to the closed sign the door was locked and I never got my pizza!! WTH so I am highly disappointed with this store! The store hours indicated that they were still open until 8 that day I waited around and they closed it up.. bad business!!

Ashley, Isabel, Kai are all literally the most amazing people ever! Their boss is one lucky boss to have these 3 on his team. They always have a warm welcoming smile that greets you when you walk in and this is important to me! They even help you if you arent sure what kind of pizza your in the mood for. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone gets exactly what they asked for and they even do it super fast! (It takes me forever to make pizza at home lol) I always get 1/2 &1/2 pizza (his side and her side lol) and they ALWAYS do amazing at making sure my order is correct or even going that extra mile when I ask for a special customized pizza with no red sause. While I wait they ask how my day was and it makes it feel like they care, its like a family friendly atmosphere which is something most places dont have. I usually come in on Tuesdays as its usually my day off and I feel like they might have my order memorized.. I hope their boss recognizes each one of them on their excellent work, great work ethic, amazing customer service, always having a smile, and being welcoming and friendly when everyone walks in the door. These 3 are a great group of individuals who deserve a riase! To the 3 of you, keep doing what your doing and Im sure Ill see you again on Tuesday. 😊😄😁🍕💙❤💜

I called in my order for my pizza the young lady took down my order word for word but when my daughter brought home the pizza it was nothing like I had asked and when my son in law came back the next day for them to be remade. The attitude he has to endure was absolutely uncalled for. I heard the whole conversation because he had me on speaker.You are supposed to be respectful you are in customer service after all. If youre not happy with youre job dont take it out on other people.Just RUDE

The five stars are for the the young lady (melanated woman) making my pizza. she was pleasant and kept her composure while working by herself . I mean solely by herself! which i believe is a safety issue to say the least . it was nearly closing and she kept her happy face. kudos to her.on another note, the manager/owner of this location is obviously lazy and unthoughtful. i can imagine him/her sitting at home watching the cameras.Do better.

Called at 1130am. The website says they open at 11am on weekends. After calling twice with no answer,the girl answered and said we dont open until noon on Saturday either the owner is unaware of the employees doing this or they need to update their hours.

At 7pm Ashley was working alone and she was super helpful with taking orders and did a wonderful job talking to every customer who came in and letting them know approximate wait times and was wonderful dealing with the rude group behind me. She was handling everything amazingly well.

Great service and speedy! Many times Ill order on the way home from work since its on my way and no matter if I call 15 minutes ahead or 5 minutes, my pizza is always ready upon pick up and the staff are very friendly always. No complaints!!

The other Papa Murphys near here is much better. This one is pretty cheap on the toppings for the stuffed pizza, definitely will go to the other one from now on. Otherwise the staff is nice and the ingredients are fresh; they just dont use a lot of them.

The kids working there were courteous and helpful and wasted no time getting about their jobs. There were only two other customers that came in while we were there but they had our three pizzas together in no time. Those other two customers were out of there in short order as well.We had a little trouble locating the place because it moved from its former location near Freedom Park Drive, to 4600 Watt Avenue, where the old Rexall Drug Store used to be by the gas station.

***FOOD POISONING ALERT***Called for 15 minutes straight, nobody answered. Showed up and nobody was in the front, had to call girl out of back (had multicolored hair). My girlfriend and I wound up with violent food poisoning last night after eating the pizza and are still throwing up today. Called to complain to manager and surprise surprise, nobody is answering the phone.

Come here at least once a week for $5 Friday or for the $8 one toppings deal. And for some reason tonight I had an awful experience. Maybe it is because I ordered my large pepperoni with no topping cheese(cheddar on top of pizza) about 20 minutes before closing.Said pick up time was five mins. Got there in ten. Bf paid for pizza and when he came to the car I noticed it had topping cheese. So I go back in as theyre locking the door.I politely told the girl across the counter that there was a mistake with my pizza and I didnt order it like that.Immediately Aleasa or Alicia said no you did not. You ordered no base cheese (mozzarella cheese on top of sauce). I giggled and said Oh did I speak with you on the phone she said said yes. And I reminded her that I said it twice bit maybe because she sounded so busy cleaning on the phone she wasnt paying attention.Anyways after telling me I was wrong twice I said hey could you just remake my pizza please and she started being very rude and impolite. So I just asked for a refund.Very rude employee. What happened to the customer is always right? And I really was. Regardless I didnt deserve her attitude.The employees there are normally nice thats the only reason for the 2 stars.WONT BE BACK

Cashiers inexperienced, didnt know how to charge cash on a card, had to go get cash from a ATM and come back, then upon returning the cashier figured out how to push the right button to charge my card, two employees and neither knew how to work a cash register, so I bring cash because employees have limited experience with input technology., Its a good thing you can see them prepping your pizza they seemed a little annoyed.
