Well, I made a mistake, tried this place again... Ordered two pizzas one was pepperoni and pineapple, this pizza was made very well and the family members who ate it said it was good. Now for the flop, I ordered a chicken bacon stuffed. Lets just say thats not what we got. My son ate the pizza we got and said it was actually very good and tasted great but, it just wasnt what we ordered. Last time for Papamurphys for me I think. Not sure what kind that is but its not a chicken bacon.

Papa Murphy’s sucks !!! the manager is not only rude, but they messed up my order and they said they couldn’t do anything about it, even though they’re the ones messed up. The manager told me to never call again, their customer service sucks!! They didn’t even admit they made a mistake, this is horrible. Papa Murphy’s isn’t how like it use it be. I can definitely see why people don’t go to Papa Murphy’s anymore.

Good Pizza, have your patience if you order on Friday. It takes awhile longer than they tell. Almost double the time.Still good pizza.

Short version: Dont come here if you value your time or good customer service.Long version: I placed an order by phone today. I had company coming and wanted a good and easy dinner for everyone. I ordered ahead so it would be on time. When I ordered I was told it would be ready in 25-35 minutes. I arrived after 45 minutes. They hadnt even started making my order. Not the biggest deal, I thought, they must be busy. They rung me up and told me itd be ready in 10 minutes. I went and waited in my car. When I came back 10 minutes later they still hadnt even started making my order. The lady at the front asked my name again, ruffled through her receipts, and didnt say another word to me. She then slowly started preparing my order. I waited inside for 15 more minutes before it was ready. Thats 35 minutes longer than I was quoted, if were keeping track. No who worked tonight seemed to care about their customers time or even their job in general.And after all that, they didnt even get my order right.I dont usually write bad reviews, but this place is beyond awful. Ill never spend money here again, and I recommend that you dont either.

Ive been going here for about a year and always received good service and excellent pizza. Tonight I called my order in and the worker had a hard time hearing me. When I arrived I noted that she was on the phone with another customer with the mouthpiece under her chin and the music really loud.Needless to say my order was wrong. I ordered 2 family pizzas. I got a large and a family. The thick crust family was the size of the large and the easy sauce on the large was anything but light sauce.I didnt have time to wait for a fix so took what was there. I am thinking that someone needs to be trained on how to use a regular phone.Disappointed. Too much sauce and smaller sizes.

Ordered a pizza, the employee read back my order, so she understood. My husband picked it up, not only does it not have the things I ordered, but was charged for, but my husband asked about the crust(supposed to be thick) and the employee told him it WAS a thick crust, just thin around the edges) --totally not the caseIll drive out of my way to NOT go to this Papa Murphys again. Lying is a peeve, and making us pay for things we didnt get is NOT something that will occur again. Do not pay these people to mess up your order

I love this Papa Murphys. The workers are always super friendly and accommodating. First of all, they make a gluten free pizza. Second of all, theyll make it without cheese too. Third of all, theyll even offer to cut it in the shape of a heart for Valentines Day! See what I mean?!?! So nice!

Second time Ive had a bad experience here. First time I ordered and they said 20 min it would be ready I get there they hadnt even made it. So second time around I ordered and called before going in to see if it was done because they said a 35 min wait and they didnt even have my order. They asked if I could wait another 15 for them to make it. Wish they had it done on time
