No complaints whatsoever, I’ve been going to this location for years and can’t say I’ve ever had a single issue. Service is great, staffs always very efficient and courteous. Definitely a great last minute, fresh, and affordable meal option!

Ordering online wasnt working properly. Girl working gave attitude and when I asked for help she said there was nothing she could do. Drove across town to Mangrove. They were friendly and had no problem taking my order.

Best place in town to get a takenbake pizza 🍕. Often I add extra toppings at home that they may not have. They do have a wide variety of toppings, however. Prices are decent since getting a pizza at a dine-in pizza parlor costs 2x as much. 2 locations, have tried both and both offer commendable service.

Im not supposed to eat cheese so this was a cheat. I ordered the Hawaiian special and was very happy I didnt burn it. You should undercook it first and then top off with a few extra minutes. Dont trust the directions . My oven runs hot.

Went online and ordered a Papa Murphys Pizza tonight. In general, I like Papa Murphys pizza, and Ive been going to this place about once every couple of weeks. Usually, I just order once I got into the store, but thought Id save myself some time by ordering online. Nope.The email that the store sent to me said 4:52, but my pizza wasnt ready when I got there, and I was alright with it because it wasnt 4:52 yet. I had to wait 15 more minutes than what was indicated, so I thought that maybe theyd want to make this right and give me a coupon for a discount the next time that I go in.The Papa Murphys employee told me No. No discount. This indicates to me that Papa Murphys really doesnt appreciate their customers or their customers time, and while I had been providing this Papa Murphys with consistent business, I have decided that I will not be providing them with any more.

There are three Papa Murphy stores in Chico I have only visited two. The one on the Mangrove is dirty they need to sweep underneath their counters and dust their ceilings and everything else. The one on the esplanade that I went to last night very clean very nice people working there I will continue to go to the one on the esplanade

I called and ordered a pizza at 7 PM. When I arrived at the store at 7:45. The doors were locked. I was told that they weren’t taking orders even though I had placed my order 45 minutes before hand. I arrived to learn that They are not taking orders off of the phone. They are not completing orders. They’re turning people away and the customer service is horrible there minors and running this location, with terrible customer service and yelling at customers because they are frustrated. The owner needs to be held responsible and accountable!

Ive always loved this place. Every employee at any one of their many places here in Chico has been nothing, but friendly, polite and more then helpful. My pizza is always ready within the 15-20 min that they give me. If they dont have something that you want already out they will go in back and do their best to bring out what it is that your looking for. The food is always rite on the money unless you screwed up, but even then Ive seen them make another one and put that pizza on express lol. Ive given out maybe 2-3 five star ratings because theres always room for improvement, but they def deserve 5 stars. Before I go Id like to add in that theyre always giving CRAZY deals almost everyday online or through texts. So if you havent signed up yet. What the hell are you waiting for, chop chop.

Called in my order. Was told 30 minutes for pick up. Drove in through the drive through after 30 minutes. Waited behind the car in front of me for 10 minutes. Once it was my turn I paid was told they were still working on mine. I was asked to pull around and wait in front. After another 10 minutes I walked in the check on my pizza order. Only two people working. I asked how much longer and discovered my pizza hadnt even been started. Went back to my car . By this time two other car waiting besides me.I love the pizza yet my last two visits have been frustrating with the service.

Im a big fan of Papa Murphys, but this location is notorious for its bad service. Ive heard some unfortunate tales from past staff members which would likely explain the poor morale and work ethic of the crew, but over its always a negative experience for all parties involved when ordering from here.Update in 2022: It continues.

I love the drive thru pick up window, its so convenient. You do have to order ahead to use it. If you sign up on their website, youll get coupons regularly. Even without calling ahead, Ive only had to wait a few minutes in store to get my fresh, made-to-order pizza.

This place warrants a negative star so if I could I would give it a negative 10. Scammed in the Drive-Thru. They refused to give me the food after charging my card more than what the order would have been even if I had received the items that I ordered. And then I was told that the card was not approved so they refused to give me the food. I arrived home empty-handed without any food and then found out that my card was charged and I had to spend an hour on the phone making a fraud report. They actually told me to go inside so they could attempt to charge me again. And they told me to come in after I told them that I had a cough and I didnt want to risk exposing anybody in case I had covid-19.

This was our first visit to this location. Parking is tight. We pre ordered online and scored some very good deals. They have a drive through and special counter for pre-ordered pick ups only, we decided to go inside to pick up and see the store. We were waited on immediately, our food was ready as promised, the service was exceptional and the store very clean.
