We used the online order portal which we found very easy for a moderate size get together our order was ready in less than 30 minutes for 4 pizzas on a friday I got there a little early but all of my pizzas where already ready and waiting for me. These pizzas were a huge hit. Cant wait to have a calzone so glad to see they came back

They are very accommodating. They made us a salad without green peppers, since we are allergic to them. Love the chicken garlic pizza.

Have been eating with Papa Murphys since I was a kid. I totally love them. Their pizza is phenomenal and this time I got a simple pepperoni as well as a simple cheese pizza but I have had their combinations and garlic chicken pizza which were also amazing. And their salads are wonderful according to my fiance and child

Very accommodating, helpful and the pizza was very well-made. This papa Murphy’s is a bit out of the way, but since the one closest to me shut down, I went to this one- worth the drive!

We placed an order online after a long weekend of camping and driving. I didnt catch the womans name, but she actually walked it out to me right after wrapping it for us❤️ she went above and beyond, and quickly. We received our order 15 minutes early! Thank you!

My wife and I have been regular customers of this Livermore pizza for several years. We just picked one up today. Alyssa is particularly cheerful and prompt. Always great pizzas and service.

Alysia was so patient with me. I can be a real pain in the butt. She is a Saint. Excellent customer service. Good pizza for a great price too. Store is clean. Smells nice in there.

I called in an order and my mother went to pick up for me yesterday. When she got there the older guy behind the counter acted like an A hole towards her. Really happy to have his job..She presented a coupon and he said its too late for it as he completed the transaction and would not honor their coupon.She asked why do you send these in the first place and then do not honor them? Mom said he acted in an aggressive manner towards her and she said Ill remember that for next time Its a good product but Im losing my appetite for this store. The pizzas we brought out by a pleasant woman though.

Theyre OK. My gripe is that they very clearly make your pizza different if its a coupon. Ive ordered several times from here since I moved to the area. Its my local Murphys. I have noticed if I tell them I have a coupon, because they always ask, that the pizza is skimpy af. But if I say no, and then just give it to them when I show up, the pizza is full. I get it. Costs and all that. But its still pretty lame. If this is cool with you, order up. But I just think people should know that they make their pizza very different depending on what they know about how youll pay and how much youll pay. So, just keep that in mind when ordering.

Cant even give then a star. google forces 1 i guess. san ramon closed so tried Livermore for 1st time. rude lady. poor customer service. they made custom pizza wrong and she refused to listen. said my fault. other locations would have remade. she refused. i mentioned will let corporate know. will never return. then she flipped she could do something. i said too late. i had requested nicely twice. so she had her chance. will never go to this location ever. will drive to further away vs rewarding bad customer service.$60 order and we order least 2 if not 3 times a month
