Staff here is young but friendly and professional. I like Papa Murphy’s because of the price and quality. I actually prefer to take my pizza home, bake it, and eat it fresh out of the oven. $7 for a medium 2 topping pizza, who can beat that? Highly recommend!

Came here last week for the first time. The girl working here was super friendly and welcoming! Didn’t wait long at all after ordering and the pizza tasted great. Great price too for a family size pizza. Look forward to coming back soon!

Fantastic and efficient location. Friendly staff, pizza always tastes amazing. Nothing hits like the cowboy pizza with light sauce and thin crust for me!!!! Highly recommended! Online ordering and the cubicle pickup in the door makes ordering a breeze. Yes!

Alyssa was very kind and understanding in regards to serving us as customers. Her initial greeting was very welcoming. She was attentive to our requests. We take out from this franchise often and never before have we received this exceptional service. Please make sure you keep her as an employee as she is a great asset.

Lady manager is not good for business. Speaks of customers poorly. I’m a regular and have a real problem with anyone who speaks or belittles others. Especially when you represent a company as a store manager. I’ve always gone in there with coupons and I’d consider myself and my family thrifty smart shoppers. Never would I expect anyone say what she said towards me as I was leaving. She told her employees things of my character that were belittling and uncalled for.For me and my family, we value the buying experience, the price And most importantly the taste. I do want to point out that it’s fairly easy to get the taste right when you are part of such a large chain. I shouldn’t have to write a review of how poor service is in a hand-and-go establishment.

Excellent customer service. Typically I order and pay online from my home PC. Recently while out-and-about I instead ordered from my mobile phone. Something when wrong, most likely my fault since Im a bit of an iPhone ID10T. I had to reset my Papa Murphys password after which I thought the order went through. Upon arrival to pickup my Large Cowboy pizza I was told there was no order and it would take a few minutes to prepare as they were quite busy. I was in a hurry and frustrated my order wast ready so I said forget it, Im out-of-here. A man, who Im guessing was the boss, grabbed from the rack a prepared pizza and handed it to me! Nice touch. I paid and off I went thankful good service and square dealing arent just terms from long ago. Yippee Large Cowboy saves the day.

Hello,I went in to order a Pizza. The 2 employees were just talking and I didnt even get a hello when I walked in. I ordered a Cowboy pizza. I didnt even get all the ingredients on it, they left out the olives and were skimpy with the other ingredients. Very poorly made, will not be going back.

A young man named Justin assisted me this afternoon. He suggested a salad and cookie dough as add ons. He explained how they only use the freshest ingredients while making my pizza. He obviously loves his job and the Papa Murphys philosphy. There should be more young people with his passion for their role in a career path. It was the best service I have ever had, and the best Papa Murphys Pizza I have ever had!Promote this young man!!!
