This place is going down hill. We moved here about 3 years ago. It was good then. Since then the pizzas have gotten smaller, have less toppings, and the price has gotten way higher. I only order now when they have specials. For a few bucks more I can have cooked pizza that tastes waaaaay better. Tonight my husband wanted to try their Calzones. I got him 2 as hes a big guy. Cab you spell DISAPPOINTING!!! THEY ARE SO SMALL!!!! 2 is not enough to fill him up. The photos show then next to my hand. I have pudgy fingers, but my hands are small. You cant even see it under my hand!!! I think my pizza business belongs elsewhere in the future!

This place has turned into an absolute clown show. Turns out its due to new ownership. I ordered an hour in advance. I arrive and you can clearly see no orders are ready for anybody. Training was the reason one pizza wasnt made in an hour. I managed a papa Murphys for 10 years, this guy thought he was in a rush. Oh I definitely dont wish his arrogant attitude any luck in the future. As I told him Im leaving he said doesnt matter I explained to him it does matter. Laugh now, cry later. Ill purchase the location at a discount if need be to prevent your future bankrupty. Just hit me up. Thank you.

I ordered a pizza online, so I could pick up and go. I ordered for the pick up to be at 11:00 am, at opening. I was having a visitor and was hoping to pick up the pizza and take it home to cook. My visitor showed up before I even got home, because the location did not open at 11:00. I had to order subway next door to make sure I had food to provide my visitor with. When I left the Subway at 11:17, they still were not open and when I looked inside, it was a ghost town. Noone inside. This is horrible service. Thank God, I didnt pay online and planned to pay in person. Im sure getting a refund would be a nightmare.

Absolutely horrible!! The female at the cash register was a rather large Hispanic female with extremely obvious fake eyelashes whom I asked 7 times for stuffed crust pizza and she repeatedly said do you want stuffed or thick crust?? I repeatedly said stuffed crust and she literally laughed at me as I heard her tell coworker that we had no idea what we was trying to order, then had them make the completely wrong pizza with no regard as to what I ordered at all..I personally will drive the extra distance to any other papa Murphys besides this one!!!! I dont understand how somebody could be so rude, and ignorant at the same time!!!

I picked up 2 pizzas 3 weeks ago and decided to get my daughter and son-in-law a $50 gift card. The lady had to go get additional cards because the first one wouldn’t load. She loaded $50 on another card and I went away happy.My daughter goes to use the card and it is not working. I can’t get a refund on it.Today, I order pizza online and realize I have no car seat so I can’t go get the pizza. I call the location and he says I have to place the order again using a delivery app. This would make it a $40 pizza. Hell noAgain, no refund. I will NEVER go to this location again.

I went to this Papa Murphy’s a few weeks ago because it’s pretty good for a take and bake pizza. I ordered online, asked for stuffed crust, didn’t get the stuffed crust. The pizza was still really good so no complaints. Now my second time going has been the worst. I had to wait for my pizza for over half an hour. I did an online order so I wouldn’t have to wait too long. Everyone was helped before me then I watched as one employee working there washed dishes and texted before ever helping me. Not to mention no stuffed crust again and definitely not extra cheese like I paid for. I really liked the pizza overall, but I won’t be going back.

I stood there waiting to be greeted and served for 5 minutes. 4 people working and not a single one would help me. When I finally got the pizza the toppings were all piled in the middle. The cashier kept walking into the back at one point another woman took off her gloves to help me but then the other girl came back so she went back to making pizza and still nobody took my order. Once I got my order taken the pizza was ready in 2 minutes there was no other customers in the store. The staff was very rude and there was plenty of workers so it wasnt because they were understaffed.

I ordered a split topping family size pizza online at 1pm for a 6pm pick up yesterday. When I arrived at around 6:10pm the pizza was not made and they said there was no ticket for it.. I pre-paid for the pizza online and luckily I kept my email confirmation to show them.I had to wait longer for my pizza to be made which also made me late to the birthday party I was taking it to. The pizza was good but it was a big inconvenience that I had to wait for it to be made when I thought it was going to be ready by 6pm. Most likely wont order from this store again.

This location has improved significantly over the past few months. Thank you for the delicious pizza.Ingredients are fresh, stacked aplenty on the pizzas, and the staff seems to be more attentive and friendlier. Keep on the right track!

Let me begin by saying that 1 star ⭐ is too many stars unfortunately theres no 0 star option. I called this store at 8:39 p.m. to order a pizza to be picked up (I live less than 7 minutes from this location) the girl that answered the phone said that they were no longer making pizzas for the night. I asked her what time they close and she said they close at 9:00 p.m. When I asked why they wouldnt make me a pizza since it wasnt 9 oclock yet the girl stated that they want to leave at 9:00 so they dont make pizzas after 8:30 p.m. she then rudely told me to have a good night before hanging up on me.

All I wanted was a pizza on my birthday. Just a Chicago stuffed to the face with beer and court tv. They close at 9p on the weekdays. I called to place an order on a Monday at 8:30p. If youve been to Papa Murphys, you know thats more than enough notice for 1 pizza. First girl answered the phone sounded like she was 13 and immediately stated they were not serving pizzas after she stated the store name. I was frustrated from a previous pizza incident that occurred about 30mins prior to this one so I hung up in frustration. Called back and got Nick and asked what time they closed. Politely he stated 9 BUT they are not serving anymore pizzas tonight. I asked why since they do not close until 9 and he stated it was because they were really busy that day. Uummmm no no no. You cant just turn down a customer and close early because YOU had a busy day. I was amazed he just admitted it like that. I confronted him on it and asked the managers name and he gave me his and Harmons name without incident. I called and spoke to Harmon and she agreed it was not handled properly and helped me with a 50% off next purchase without incident. I LOVE Papa Murphys but tonights experience kinda sucked. Its rare but I am sure they will work on the issue at hand and keep being the Papa Murphys Im used to👍

We get pizza from here once a week. Service is usually good however tonight I called at 8:36 to place a simple 2 pizza order. They girl stated that because they close at 9 they had already put away all their ingredients and would not make me anything. I called the Roseville store off of Douglas and they were doing it right and made our food, no problem. I wont return to the store off of Tupelo again.

Worst Papa Murphys. Moved to the area recently and will never come here again. Made 3 online orders and they were never ready by the time I got there. This most recent time having to wait 20 minutes past pickup time. My suggestion is to avoid dissapointment not to order online.

Ive tried this location twice, both times the employees are RUDE!!! I wanted to try the Keto Friendly - chicken bacon artichoke... its $14!!! The tray is small... I should have ordered a regular pizza and scrapped the toppings off, I would have gotten MORE toppings! I will NOT give them any more business!!!

I will not go to this location again, the woman at the counter is rude, she will not even honor papa Murphys own coupons. When we asked her for a number for the Supervisor she refused to give it to us. So sad, this lady must be hurting. I am adding her to my prayer list.

Parking is kind of weird in this little area next to the freeway, its like an after thought. Ive only been here a couple of times because its on my way from work but it seemed pretty busy. Im sure there location has a lot to do with that. They were just okay, kind of rushed and not too friendly. Just business as usual. I go to the one on greenback and hazel now always quick and friendly. Love the bacon chicken artichoke deluxe.

New Employee, Coral, was very, very helpful. She knew all the specials, and was able to tell me about all the pizzas over the phone. She told me she was new when I mentioned how bad the reviews for this particular place was. I told her this after she had helped me. I do hope management notices my comments, and other are again willing to try this site.

I have a coupon app that I purchased from a young girl at church for her school fundraiser. When I went to use one of the coupons the lady at the register acted like I was trying to use a fraudulent coupon I created on the internet. The coupons show right on them the address of the business.
