Not at all a happy potential customer. I ordered my pizza and you can see this receipt that it was suppose to be ready at 4:47. My friend went to pick it up and it was not only not ready, they had no idea about the order. Now its after 5:15 and oh they finally found it - I am so ticked about this.This is not the customer service I expected, now my friend has to wait for your workers to finally get to it .... It was an online order. Definitely will reconsider if I ever order a pizza from this place again. NOT a good experience. I am still waiting for the pizzas, btw .. and I still have to bake them. Dinner is being held up as a result ... Re-coach, re-train, learn how to do ... whatever it takes ..

Nice place to go when you want to grab a take n bake pizza. Good food but lately has kind of gone down hill. Just the standard of how the pizzas are made and a couple employees seem so miserable they cant even muster decent customer service. We continue to order just in the hopes that they are just having a rough couple of months.

Usually weve had great experiences here, but today the employees were a bit rude. I asked a question about the pizzas and they all looked at each other as if i asked a trick question and didnt answer. Then i ordered a bundle special they had and as i was waiting i looked at my receipt and realized the young man charged me the pizzas individually and it was an inconvenience for them to issue the refund. Like I said to start, usually they are great so Ill be back and take it as its bc its the day after Christmas

This is my favorite papa Murphys. It is nicely done for take and bake pizza store. The crew is very helpful in getting orders when you are not sure what to get. Many different pizza specials are available daily. Parking is a bit difficult at certain times but a little walk is good for you. The pizza is easy to make in your oven and tastes great too.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE USING AN EBT CARD!!!!!!!! They are thieves. We ordered from them and 5 days later or $ was completely wiped out. They watch you enter your pin and then sell your information. I kno of one other person they did this toass well. There is an active investigation with the police. If this has happened to you, please reach out so we can prosecute these terrible people. They took enough from me to be a felony

Every time I call to place an order, they’ll put you on hold, and then they’ll purposefully hang up on you so they won’t have an extra order to make.I’ll never go back to this place again, and I’ll spread the word about their terrible service

Papa Murphys Caldwell in front of WinCo, they are friendly, provide great service! Honor Local Fallen Service Personnel on their wall which coming from a military family I believe is wonderful. The pizza is so yummy. I have tried several. Even made my own. Fresh ingredients 👌 Kudos to them and the work they do!

Was a little disappointed in my local Papa Murphys today. I had my wife call in a pizza, she ordered a family size pepperoni, so when I get there to pay they are running a special on large pepperonis for $4.25. Common Sense would tell me that they should have offered her the larges on the phone when she ordered especially considering the fact that we have to go pick these pizzas up from them and were going to see the sign about the sale. so I ended up with a $15 family size when I could have got two larges for $8.50. 😕

This is the most awesome pizza place ever! We were there last Thursday and it was so good that we went back today! It was so great! I recommend the stuffed pizza, it is reasonably priced and lasts for two days!I think it is the best pizza place in Visalia!

Excellent customer service at first yet she didnt seem like she was happy or enjoying her job in any way then gave us a extra pizza on accident and didnt expect us to get out cinnamon wheel that we paid for so we had to go Back in give the extra pizza back of course and then got our cinnamon wheel! Pain in the Butt If you ask me !!!

Order before we leave the house. Its usually ready to be picked up by the time we get there. Pop it in the oven when we get home. Ready to eat by the time we set the table. Love the fact the pizzas are freshly made to order.

Its been a couple of years since Ive had a Papa Murphys pizza but its just as good as I remember. Im in LOVE LOVE LOVE with the stuffed pizza!!! And the young people that work there (@ the Lovers Lane store in Visalia, CA) are polite, helpful and have a ready smile. Am on my way back right now!!Ps. They take food stamps too!!
